五个绝招让烘培新手也能做出奢华的至尊披萨
今天教大家用简单的办法来做披萨。而且这款披萨的配料是我自己研究出来了,应该没有人做过同款的披萨,不信你看一下我添加了什么新的配料!惊喜啊哈哈!
绝招一:喜欢吃什么加什么。这个很简单吧,你平时喜欢吃什么零食知道吧,葡萄干?芒果干?哈哈,那就试一下吧,做披萨就是你自由发挥的好机会啊!
绝招二:不用称!你和面做馒头包子会吧。对了,所以你只要把一些必须的原料加进去。和做面团会吗?别告诉我你不会啊哈哈!挽救:面和干了加水啊!面和稀了加面粉啊哈哈!简单吧!
绝招三:没有做披萨的烤盘?没关系,家里有盛菜的盘子吧或者就干脆用烤箱里配套的烤盘。
绝招四:做披萨要自己做番茄酱要放大蒜要放...?好吧,这些你真的用不着,直接到超市买一瓶番茄酱吧!
绝招五:人家说的温度我怎么烤出来就变焦了?哈哈,那是因为每个牌子的烤箱温度是有差异的。解决方案:烤披萨的温度一般不同烤箱温度在160度到220度。好吧我们折中一下180度吧,时间?请守在烤箱旁边,观察披萨的颜色变的很深,快要焦的时候拿出总没有问题的!一般8分钟到15分钟左右!不长吧哈哈!
现在我们一一来实践!
披萨上面的原料:马苏里拉奶酪
红椒
青椒
蘑菇(可以不放)牛肉粒
腊肠
芒果干
胡椒粉
做披萨面胚的原料:普通面粉
橄榄油(或色拉油)鸡蛋
发酵粉
水
盐
糖
做法:
1.上面图片里的材料切成细条或者切成块。牛肉粒最好选碾碎的那种牛肉粒,不要选很硬的那种,你看看上面的图片就知道了吧。用剪刀剪成小碎块。
2.把马苏里拉奶酪从冰箱冷冻室里拿出来,室温放一会后刨成丝(有的买来是已经给你刨好,你只要提早拿出一部分在室温下软化能分得开就可以了)。
到现在为止非常简单吧呵呵!
现在我们来和面。不用称的哈!
3.在一个大的碗里(我这个是家里最大的汤碗,其实是很大的,没有这么大的碗其他随便找一件大的容器就可以了)。在大碗里放入两小碗面粉,放一大勺发酵粉(平时喝汤的勺,中的大的都可以,只要不是婴儿喝的那种),两大勺橄榄油或者色拉油,一勺白糖,再放一点盐,多少呢,烧菜时你放多少就放多少,这样明白了吗。打一个鸡蛋,慢慢加水开始和面吧。
4.和成这样会吧呵呵!放在家里让面团发酵。
5.现在把面团擀成你家最大的盘子那么大,那么圆。尽量要薄一点,最好是中间薄周围稍微厚一点。如果做不到,没关系,你把面团放进盘子后再调整。
6.你看,这就是我家最大的一个盘子啊!没有的话你就用烤箱里的那只长方形的烤盘。要刷油吗?如果烤盘是干的根本不用刷油。
7.把面皮放在盘子里,调整一下,不够的适当拉一下。然后一定要记得用家里的叉子在上面“叮咬”一下面团,在上面扎出很多细细的小洞洞?为什么要这样?哈哈!如果不扎,面团一烤会鼓起来的啊!要扎到底啊!
8.烤箱先开到160度,行话叫“预热”,也就是让炉子先达到这个温度啊哈哈!把放了面皮的盘子放到烤箱中间烤3分钟就可以了。
9.不要烤焦了啊,要在烤箱边上守着啊!你看,就是这样,没有发大起来就对了。看看底部稍微有点粘牢就用刀铲一下啊!

10.现在在上面趁热刷上番茄酱。
11.刷好后是这样子的。
12.先在上面铺上一层马苏里拉奶酪。
13.然后把刚才前面切好的食材撒在上面(我没有加蘑菇,因为我家宝贝过敏)。要加多少?你看看我加了多少,不要多到满出来就可以了。
14.最后再撒上马苏里拉奶酪把食材要盖牢的啊!适当多放点更好吃啊!
15.我的这款新配方里在上面要撒上黑胡椒粉啊!现在仍旧先把烤箱提前热一下开到180度。看到烤箱里的钢条都红了后再等个一分钟。一分钟后把烤盘放到中间层。不要走开,观察面团的颜色变化啊。面皮颜色不仅要变的金黄,而且上面的奶酪一定也要变色才会是美味的披萨,如果你烤完后发现表面的奶酪还很白,那就还没有好透啊,这样的披萨不够香的!8分钟到15分钟。
