各位同学们：

今天，我非常荣幸的站在这里给大家做一个关于高中学习方面的报告，下面我将结合自己在高中三年和在大学三年所见所闻所感所想，通过一些事例向大家说明一些我们将会在高中遇到的问题及处理办法，我希望大家可以从我的报告中吸取经验教训，少走弯路，并且为自己树立目标，坚定信心，最终走进理想的大学。

我们如何确定目标，树立理想

在座的各位都是我们正中的尖子，的确，我们正中每年考上重点大学的人数六七百，所以两年后的你们都有可能进入一流的重点大学或者超一流的名流大学。我在高一的时候有这样一种困惑：我的目标是考上好大学，但是我要考好大学是为了什么，我们为什么一定要走求学这条路？江泽民的答案是“为了中华民族的伟大复兴”、好多家长的答案是“光宗耀祖”、好多老师的答案是“为了你

们将来的前途”、作家郑渊洁说“我小学毕业一样当作家”、比尔盖茨说“大学退学也能世界首富”。。。在经过三年清华的磨练，我现在的答案是求学这条路是我们通向成功的捷径

这里我举几个例子证明这个观点：我在清华电子系的一个师兄刘自鸿，他通过自己一年的钻研，在去年全国大学生挑战杯科技竞赛上获得特等奖第一名，他的专利“人体生物传感片”被一家企业以300万元买走。看看吧，一名大四的本科生就已经身价百万了，这样的例子在清华很多。

邓小平说：“科学技术是第一生产力”。不错，再给大家举一个例子：我们都该玩过的那种红光激光笔，我前几天在市场上看到最低的一款是3元人民币。我们系信息光电子所做的一个项目“绿光半导体激光笔”，现在在美国买一只200美元。事实上成本也就10元人民币，但是我们做出来了。别人没有，我们就可以决定一切。

我查阅了一下福布斯《财富》杂志，中国大陆35岁以下白手起家的亿万富豪100%都是靠科学技术起家的。说道这里文科生可能有点不高兴了，都是靠理工科的科技。我们文科生怎么办呢。别急，我这里还有一个

例子：这位同学是清华经管学院朱镕基教授的博士生——文科生，现在是中国招商银行的副行长—今年只有29岁。他因为在一个月内解决了河北一个城市建行的十几年的呆账坏账，被朱镕基破格提拔。他获得重用所依靠的就是自己出色的专业知识和专业技能。

这样的例子多得是，他们走了求学这条捷径。他们用几年的时间达到了其他人可能需要几十年才能达到的高度。因为一流大学会给你全面的专业知识，会教会你快速学习新知识的方法，会给你一个广阔观察世界的视角。这就是我所说的：求学这条路是我们通向成功的捷径。你在学习上面耗费再多的精力也不过分。那么好：我们现在应该明白自

己今天的努力是为了什么了，我们也应该坚定信念来争取考上一流的大学了。现在的问题是我们要考什么样的大学。

现在好多同学可能心里没有什么概念。你们的成绩的确也可以考上不错的大学，但是不同大学之间的差距我们必须心里有数。名牌大学的学风、师资力量、科研经费是一般的重点大学没有办法相比的。全国排名三十名之后的大学对于你们来说就太差了，所以我希望大家都把自己的目标定的高一点。

在座的各位同学现在的成绩有高有低，可能前几名的同学想的目标是清华、北大、中科大、靠后的同学可能在想河北工大也不错。我的观点是，在座的尖子生至少要把目标定位在复旦或者是上海交大一级的水平上。不要怀疑自己的能力，举我的例子，我在高一入学的时候曾经排在140多名，后来有一次还到过200名。但是我从来都认为我将来一定会走进清华，当你从骨子里认定 是清华的水平，你自己的行动上就会处

处表现出你这个准清华的素质。

现在我想大家对自己的未来都应该心里有数了，那么我们现在应该做一些什么呢？

1、永远不要说你已经尽力了

有的同学觉得自己应经尽力了，可是就是没有办法把成绩再提高一点。他自己安慰自己“我已经尽力了”。我记得电影《勇闯夺命岛》有这样一句台词：“永远不要说你已经尽力了，失败者总是抱怨自己已经尽力了，只有胜利者才能赢得选美皇后的芳心！”我个人觉得，当你还有力气说出“我已经尽力了”的时候，你根本就没有尽到力。我觉得人的潜力是无限的。举一个我自己的例子，大家看看人的潜力有多大。我在高中的体育特别差，跑1000米都很要命，从来都是不及格。相信在座的好多同学也对这项体育达标深恶痛疾。到了清华之后，第一节体育课，老师告诉我们体育好是清华的传统，我们每年要测3000米长跑，跑不过不许毕业，取消推研资格。怎么

办？谁来到清华都不想拿不到毕业证吧，我的同学大部分和我一样体育很差。于是每天晚上10：30我们的自习教室关门，清华的操场上人就多起来了。跑半个小时再回寝室继续学习。练了一个学期，我瘦了40斤，最后考试的时候我仅用了12分56秒就跑下了3000米，我们最胖的人也在15分钟内跑完了。想起我高中向体育老师抱怨：“我已经尽力了，1000米就是不及格。”我现在觉得很搞笑。清华的校训中这个“自强不息”我觉得给我影响非常大。当你觉得自己已经尽力的时候，往往再坚持一下就会突破自己的极限，唤醒自己的潜力。思维科学研究表明，人的大脑可以把全世界图书馆藏书的信息都装进去，然而，人类思维至今才仅仅开发出百分之七到八。所以在这里我希望同学们一定要努力再努力，永远不要说自己已经尽力了。什么叫成功？人们死活不相信你能做到的事情，你做到了，这就叫成功。

2、怎样挤时间

下面，我告诉大家我在清华了解到的一个湖北同学的高中是怎样度过的：他在一个县城的重点高中，他们学校全体学生住校，每年春节放假三天，其余每个月放假半天。一年一共放假9天。我想正中还不敢这么变态，但是那些湖北的学生真的是比我们少浪费了太多的时间了，这也是到最后他们的基础比我们要好得多，也导致了清华宁可在湖北扩招30人也不在河北扩招一个。回想我的高中，我现在非常后悔，如果当时我像那些南方的同学那么抓紧时间，我高考绝对会拿状元。同学们，我们已经不是小孩子了，我们身上责任很重，如果我们还是把好多时间都用来娱乐和休息，当我们进入大学、走向社会的时候就会感到南方省市来的人对你的巨大压力。

那么我们怎么挤时间呢？首先，我个人觉得在座各位的走路速度太慢，我看到的是大家有说有笑的踱着步子慢慢走。大家如果到了清华可以看到，所有 的学生骑车都是飞车，走路几乎都是小跑。我们没有必要把时间浪费在这些没有意义的事情上。你很快从校门走进教室就可以比别人多看一会书，多做一道题。时间久了，日积月累，你就会在时间上占有绝对的优势。

其次，我们的课间10分钟也非常宝贵，这一点我到了高三下学期才意识到，充分利用课间10分钟，我们一天可以挤出将近2个小时，可以比别人多做一套题。再有就是我们最好别看电视了。我在高中的时候每天必须看电视，当时主要是因为要面子，看了体育比赛、晚间新闻、去和别人侃，看了电视剧和别人吹。整天装出一副不太用功但是成绩不错的样子，归根结底还是希望别人说自己聪明。我现在的观点是被人说“他聪明但就是不学习”的人是最蠢的人。不管你是否真的智商超群，但是如果我们把太多的精力用在那些与自己前途无关的事情上，就是对自己的最大的不负责任。我现在在清华的好多同学都是在高中期

间没看过一眼电视——包括春节晚会，有点同学甚至是从初中开始都没看过一眼电视。现在在学校，我们每个寝室都有电视，但是我们寝室的电视几乎就没开过。期末考试之后都没有看一场欧洲杯。大家考试后没有休息放松，所有人都是准备下学期的课程，准备托福考试，或者是学一些实用的技术。所有人脑子里想的都是利用别人休息的时间来充实自己，使自己在今后的竞争中占据优势地位。同学们不要把清华的学生想得太牛了，清华学生中智商超群的人至多占学生总数的四分之一。其他学生的智商不会比在座的各位高到那里去。他们比你们多的东西我觉得只是对待自己未来的态度。清华学生身上有一种令人敬畏的精神力量。他们可以为了自己的目标放弃任何诱惑。就算在大年三十清华的自习教室也会人满为患。用一位美国教授的话说：students of qinghua,no saturday,no sunday,no holiday!”就是这种精神铸造了清华的神话。不这样就很难

考上清华。

有的同学可能会说：你说的很对，但是我们很难让自己坚持下去，最多三分钟热血。之后就不想再努力了，好的，我们下面就讨论怎样让自己的血一直热下去。

3、给自己找压力

我和清华大学精密仪器系的教授许纪敏先生有一次聊天的时候说：“我觉得电子系的学生压力太大了。”许教授说：“清华的人才怎么培养出来的？就是压出来的！”不错，巨大的压力才会有巨大的动力。有的同学说：“正中学生的压力已经太大了。”我现在觉得，我们当时在高中时的压力太小了。

说实话，清华的学生有的也不是那么喜欢学习的，比如我就有点厌学。但是清华的要求极为严格，四年之间只要一科不及格就取消推研资格，三科不及格就退学了。所以清华有的系的淘汰率是30%。太可怕了，所以我们都要疯狂的学习。

比我们还恶心的还有美国的mit，我大一的辅导员现在在mit读书。他给我发emai说他上学的第一节课，教授向他们宣布考核要求：“上我的课，最后的成绩是一个a,两个b，一半c，一半d”。就是说有一半的人将会不及格。mit的淘汰率比清华还高，这也是为什么mit的学生只要是拿到毕业证就会被各大跨国公司高薪聘请的原因。

我再给大家举几个例子，可以说明在巨大的压力之下人可以做多么不可思议的事情。大二的时候，我们有一个夏季小学期共两周。第一周周一上午，我们在一间教室上了两个小时课，学了计算机的vhdl语言。下课老师要求我们在周五之前编出一个主频30m的cpu来。所有的人都疯了，因为上午根本就不知道他在说什么。后来我们知道，在其他大学的电子系这门课要学一个学期的。但是老师说得很清楚，做不出来就不及格。于是大家就疯狂的跑到图书馆借书。回去废寝忘食的看，第一天看不懂，第

二天稍有点明白，第三天白天编了几个简单的程序，晚上开始正式编程，编到3点。周四编了一天加一个通宵，周五早上8点通过了验收。大家松了一口气。接着第二周周一早上，老师告诉我们周三交一个超声波测距仪。又是疯狂的两个通宵，周三下午把超声波测距仪交上去了，在此之前，我们没有想到我们还可以在这么短的时间里做这么多事，但是在巨大的压力之下我们完成了。

还有一个例子，我们大一的英语课，要求我们一周背下500个单词。我觉得这是不可能的，但是第一次考试我只得了43分，没有办法。以后每天早上我5点起床，背单词到7点再去上课，最后还是能背下来的。所以在巨大的压力之下我们的确可以发挥出巨大的潜力。

在这里，我给各位一个建议，就是尽可能的给自己找一些压力，比如说规定自己一个星期之内必须做500道题，考试不得140分以上就算自己不及格等。

大家不要觉得这些很过分。如果各位真的发誓要考上一流的大学，我觉得这是我们必须做的，并且现在的南方高中生就是这么干的。

4、情感问题

在高中阶段我们还必须面对的就是情感问题。相信咱们的班主任老师和校长也不止一次和大家提过这件事，三令五申不许谈恋爱。我个人觉得，我们在高中阶段的这种感情是美好。我高中的时候也非常喜欢和漂亮的女生做同桌，也喜欢打篮球的时候听全班女生的尖叫。在体育课打篮球的时候如果边上有女生观战，我肯定会拼命做出几个漂亮的动作。如果老师把那些我比较喜欢的女生调到我的座位附近，我肯定会非常注意个人形象，说话也会不那么粗鲁了。那种感觉还是很甜蜜的。主要是学习压力不容分心，还有我觉得高中时候谈恋爱太麻烦了。给大家说说我高中时候那些谈恋爱的同学的处境吧——首先你得偷偷摸摸的，不能被老师和家长知

道了。但是一定会被发现的。接着又是一次又一次的被找去谈话。最后只顾着烦了，什么甜蜜的感觉都没有了。考上了大学之后天南地北就都分手了。我自己还没听说有什么成功的案例。就算是上了大学，清华的情侣们到了大四也是基本都分手了，所以我们好多大学的同学觉得与其费心劳神的找个女朋友还不如安心的好好学习，于是清华就有了本科僧、研究僧的说法，这正是这些苦行僧生活使得清华的学风在世界上都有口皆碑。我们这个年龄多学一点安身立命的本事，比寻求那些短暂的甜蜜要有

意义得多。我给大家的建议是：我们不妨做三年高中僧，千万不要到了最后发现自己浪费了太多的时间和精力儿自责和苦恼。

5、不要抱怨老师不好当我们某一科的成绩不理想的时候，不要抱怨我们的老师。我可以毫不夸张的说，咱们正中的老师都是不错的，至少都是非常负责、敬业的。我和大家说说我在清华的

经历大家就明白了。

清华的老师做研究都是大牛，但是几乎没有老师好好给本科生上课。有一次上微机原理课，老师说，今天回去用protel把课上的电路模拟一下。同学们都说，我们是这辈子第一次听说这个软件。老师说：“这是电子工程人员必备的软件”。转身就走了。没办法，我们回去在图书馆熬了三天终于把这个软件学会了。还有一次数学课，老师让我们回去用matlab画一个三维的图形。同学们都说没学过——这好像是数学系的一门必修课，老师只说了一句：“没学过？回去学呀”！我们又是在图书馆耗了好几天，基本弄明白了。我们现在用的好多计算机工具老师们都默认为你们已经完全掌握了，没有人教你怎么办，你不会倒是不正常了。所以，我们的同学当你觉得有哪一科学得不太好的，一定不要埋怨客观条件，自己的努力才是成功的基石。当你总是抱怨客观条件的时候，成功也离你越来越远了。

6、好的身体是一切的本钱。同学们如果真的要为自己的理想拼命的话，我告诉大家，我们必须好好锻炼身体。清华的口号是“为祖国健康工作50年”。所以清华的体育课之所以要求那么高、那么严格，就是逼着大家好好锻炼身体。清华的体育传统的确非常好，我们刚上大学的时候的确身体很差，学习很容易累。现在，我们班有20人报名参加北京国际马拉松。一是为了体验一下，二是对自己的耐力很有信心。就我个人而言，现在我熬几个夜没有问题。我们千万不要忽视锻炼这一点。我的建议是，我们每天的间操大家一定要用力做，体育和体活课也要努力运动——我推荐大家多练习长跑，最好每天泡个1000米。相信吧，等你们到了一流大学需要熬夜做研究的时候，你们将会发现自己高中打下的身体健康根基是多么重要。

7、一些学习的小技巧前面我已经说过了，我们学习的最终技巧是多做题。现在我再给大家讲一些学习方面的小经

验。都是我从大学的同学那里获得的，都很容易，但都很难持之以恒。

首先是语文的题目、字的发音和错别字、成语运用和文言文分析等等。我的技巧就是我们找一本新华字典，一本成语词典、一本古文鉴赏词典。每天看5页——不会超过半个小时。你们距离高考还有一年半，如果大家检出下去，相信高考之前可以把这些词典看几遍，对于高考语文的相关题目可以说非常有好处。然后是英语，大家可以利用某个假期把大学四年级单词都背下来。一个假期不够可以多用几个假期，这对于我们这些尖子生并不难，只要大家用心，还是那句话，相信自己的能力，现在清华也有好多学生两个准备gre就考了满分，两个月2万个单词也背下来了。巨大的单词量对于我们高考英语也有巨大的好处的。大家不要怀疑自己的能力，清华15食堂的小师傅农民工张立勇利用业余时间学英语，托福考了630分，清华高材生考600分都不容易。我吃饭的时候

经常和他聊几句，他就是每天挤出能挤出的任

何时间来学习英语。他的英语基础教育和在座的各位根本没法比——农民工几乎没有受过正规的教育，但是他现在已经被北大录取了，看看积少成多的力量吧。

我对在座的各位的一些希望

同学们听了这个报告，可能觉得我好多地方说得太夸张了，根本做不到。而我说，只要你们心里有着不考名牌誓不罢休的信念。我相信，以你们的智商，绝对具有冲击超一流名牌的实力。现在我们省其他高中的学生还是按照原来的方式学习的，只要你们从现在开始向南方的高中学习，最后高考的时候，你们将会相对于河北的其他高中生有着巨大的优势。我希望两年后，你梦当中会有人考入清华和北大。如果你坚持住像我说的这样做了，你身边的人没有的话，最后你将会发现自己的成绩一定会突飞猛进。

最后我送给大家几句话和大家共勉。第一句，是朱镕基教授在给清华的学生讲话时候对大家的要求“为人为学，追求完美”。你们的成绩没有任何大的问题，但是我们的目标是名牌大学，这就要求你们不能在细节上出问题，不该丢的分数绝对不要丢。追求完美就是要求我们即使得了99分也要认真研究自己存在的问题。因为高考的一分之差就可能断送你的梦想。

第二句，就是清华的校训：“自强不息，厚德载物”。我希望在座的同学们不要在任何困难面前退缩。即使是一时的失意，也绝对不能磨灭自己赢的激情。同时我们也要把自己的心态摆正，一定要尊敬自己的老师和竞争对手。

期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?” 我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使

病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。
