水龙头不停地流出清澈的自来水，用水人却不知去向;开着电灯、电视，房间里却空无一人;笔记本只用了几页就随手扔进垃圾桶……这样的现象在生活中经常看到吧。我们不能浪费自然资源，否则，地球上的自然资源都枯竭了，我们很难活下去。

美丽的校园里，大家愉快地玩耍，可校园却渐渐变得“丑陋’起来。草丛中、冬青带，常常出现花花绿绿的零食袋。这让值日生们很苦恼。那些乱丢垃圾的同学，你们有没有想过，如果所有的学生都图方便随手丢垃圾，我们还能在这样的环境下学习吗?

我想，产生这样的原因是，学校门口的小卖铺很多，有些同学克制不住自己，偷偷地去买零食带进学校，吃完后嫌垃圾桶太远，就直接扔在了地上……

针对这样的不良现象，我要提出以下几点意见和建议：

1、禁止同学们把校外买的零食带入校内、教室内;

2、让每个同学自带一个垃圾袋，并且相互监督，如果发现立即告诉老师;

3、清除学校外的小卖铺;

4、把脚下、地上的垃圾主动弯腰捡起来，扔进垃圾桶，养成良好的行为习惯;

5、在校园里多设几个垃圾桶。

读过美国著名作家欧·亨利小说《最后一片叶子》的人，想必还记得这句话：“当最后一片叶子落下时，生命就都结束了，我也得离开这个世界而去了。”酷爱生活的女画家约翰西，患了肺炎濒临大限时，“害怕在她轻轻抓着这个世界的手越来越乏力的时候，她会真的像一片轻轻的、纤弱的叶子那样，随深秋的寒风飘逝而去”。初读这篇小说时，少年不识愁滋味，对主人公那仿佛病态的痴语我并不以为然，而正是在人类对绿色顶礼膜拜，绿色食品、绿色能源、绿色电脑、绿色冰箱、绿色建筑被人们广为崇尚的今天，重读小说《最后一片叶子》，才感悟到，这分明是一个寓言故事，约翰西的心语，分明是警世之言，大籁希声。

就在欧·亨利自己的国家美利坚合众国的土地上，不是就有过深刻的历史教训吗?著名总统罗斯福对梅花鹿可谓情有独钟，从这点小小的总统私人利益出发，他便下令对北利亚桑纳州一片茂密的大森林进行大规模扫荡，大批鹿的天敌——狮子、狼等食肉动物被捕杀殆尽。四千多只鹿于是生物爆炸一般，呈几何级数迅猛增长，十几万只伸着长脖子的可爱精灵们，吃光了树上的叶子，仿佛只在转眼间，著名的大森林就从地球上消失了，最后剩下的，只有几头病鹿。鲁迅先生说过，悲剧是把美好的东西毁灭给人看。

在我省南部，有一个美丽的地方，她向来就被人们称为镶嵌在我们这个植物王国皇冠上的一颗绿宝石。她的美丽，当然是绿色赋予的。可是，就在这绿宝石之上，有8家红砖厂的大烟囱，不分昼夜地喷吐着氟化物和二氧化硫严重超标的浓烟，致使1262亩的天然橡胶林受害，三万零五百株橡胶树为之枯死，胶民们虽然怨气沸腾，却眼睁睁地奈何不了它。无独有偶，在同一纬度的广西某地，也上演过惊人相似的一幕，如果说那一幕还有点不同的话，就是红砖厂的废气除了使大面积胶林枯死外，还造成50多亩芒果只开花不结果，出现果荒。我们知道，天然橡胶是目前地球上极为少有的自然资源，仅生长在赤道附近，我们也知道，芒果是公认的“水果之王”，那么何以会出现上面那样的情况呢?——因为红泥巴变成砖块，只需要几天的时间，远比橡胶芒果来钱要快!

绿色是和平和生命的象征，在很小的时候，我的心便融进了一个绿色的海洋。穿了十几年国防绿的我，在老山战区那片阳光充足，绿色最浓的亚热带丛林中，度过了人生最美好的一段年华。就是在那样一个空气、阳光、风雨充足的天然大氧吧里，我步入了而立之年。此生最难忘的，能维系我生命的，大概就只有那特殊的一片绿色了。而事实上，那片我魂牵梦萦的土地至今还不富裕，一些地方生产力水平低下，社会发育程度不高，边民的农事，至今还离不开刀耕火种，纵火烧荒。我曾目睹过两个边民合伙买一盒火柴平分的事，开始想当然地以为他们太穷，买不起一盒囫囵的火柴，后来才发现，在他们的生活里，四季灶膛火不断，一根火柴烧一年，大树小树变成灰。我能给他们的，就是一个毫无用处的忠告：可别把咱的林子都烧光了呀。

我的一个同事的办公桌上，摆着个木制的水杯，是什么木呢?红豆杉。昆明植物研究所的专家们，从世界珍稀植物红豆杉树皮里，提出了纯度达99?9%以上的抗癌新药紫杉醇，可没料到的是随后发生的事，竟会令这些专家们痛心疾首，老泪纵横，滇东北相当数量的红豆杉被人剥光了树皮，砍光了枝叶，连树根也被拔走。因为一个商业秘密被公开，1克紫杉醇在国际上可卖到1万美元，那些人还相信一个神话，红豆杉做成的水杯、容器，甚至根雕可以防癌。

在99昆明世博会期间，谈论这样沉重的话题，或许不太合时宜。知我者谓我心忧，不知我者谓我何求?我们知道，当今世界性的十大环境问题，即气候变暖、臭氧层破坏、生物多样性减少、酸雨蔓延、森林锐减、土地荒漠化、大气污染等，这其中就有9项是因绿色植被遭破坏直接导致的。楼房越盖越高，生活越来越好，绿色却越来越少，越来越远，有感于此，我曾写下过这样的诗句：烟囱长成了森林/钢筋和混凝土切断了视线/我的瞳孔里就再没有了绿色/那天空的湛蓝呢/那海水的碧绿呢/那河流的清亮呢/那空气的爽朗呢。

人类只有一个地球，我们对这个星球上的生态系统有着永远摆脱不完的依赖性，需要地球源源不断地提供植物和动物的食物，需要有足够厚度的大气层，来保护人类不受过高或过低气温，以及过量紫外线的伤害，需要地球提供足够量的水和氧气来维持生命的存在，而没有了绿色，这一切岂不成了无本之源，好比毛长在皮子上，没有了皮，毛又咋生根?

绿色锐减，吞噬绿色的，正是人类自己，是人类发展模式中那种对自然资源的掠夺性、破坏性开采。人类对绿色的无尽索取仍在威胁着生态平衡，破坏着生态的结构。据

(一个保守的数字)统计，全世界每年有2000万公顷森林横遭盲目砍伐，这是5700个昆明市的面积啊。这已经造成了全球性的“温室效应”，与之相连，全世界每年有近5万个物种濒临灭绝，有近2700万公顷的农田蒙受沙漠化之灾，就连海底也日趋沙漠化，就不必再说那令我们痛心的去年在华夏大地发生长江、松嫩大灾了吧，也不必说我省的泥石流，山体滑坡了吧。如此盲目的行动如果得不到有效的制止和改变，势必爆发可怕的生态危机，而一旦它的爆发超出了人类控制的极限，其后果不堪想象。那时，我们都会明白，最后一片落叶将带走人类的命运，也决不是危言耸听。

我们欣喜地看到，可持续发展战略已经纳入了我国的政府行为，我国已颁布了10多部环境保护法，200多项环境标准，绿化财政，正成为人们的自觉意识，“天人合一”，更是我们千年的愿望，我想我们应该叫响这样一个口号：绿色就是生产力!我省的金沙江等流域，坎坎伐木兮，置之河之干兮现象也已悄然消失。你可能问我，这一切还保不住你那最后一片叶子吗，那么，我要说的是，你还是去问问我们的《国歌》里，为什么至今还要唱“中华民族到了最危险的时候”这一句吧。诚然，正像我们的抗洪救灾能取得决定性胜利所昭示的那样，我们坚信，人类的本事能够挽狂澜于既倒，扶大厦之将倾，但是，常言说的好，人无远虑，必有近忧，居安思危，要防患于未然。我们怎么能够等到头上见不到日月星辰，满目酸雨纷纷，脚下洪浪滔天，人间无处不飞沙，等到“千山鸟飞绝，万径人踪灭”时，才悔不当初呢?

聪明的作家欧·亨利是以其“欧·亨利式的结尾”著称于世的，那最后一片不凋的叶子，带来的是一个危亡病人的新生。我想，我们也会创造出另一个欧·享利式的结尾，迎来人类新生的。坐以待毙，从来就不是人类的选择，人类既已觉醒，就会在危机面前积极行动起来，把握历史机遇，化压力为动力，保卫绿色，保护我们共有的家园。

面对现实，我们迎接挑战，展望未来，我们充满信心。

老师们，同学们，大家好!今天，我演讲的题目是《珍爱生命之水》。

同学们，我们知道，人不可缺少水，如果没有了水，动物和人都无法生存。没有了水就没有了生命，没有了水，地球就是一片死寂。

大家知道，地球上的面积被水覆盖，然而却很少有人知道这么大的水量中可被人类利用的淡水总量只占地球上总水量的十万分之三，占淡水总蓄量的0.34%。目前，世界上已有超过一半的陆地面积，遍及一百多个国家和地区缺水，二十亿人饮水困难。而人类正以每15年增加1倍的淡水需求消耗着水资源。到目前为止，人类淡水消费量已占全世界可用淡水的54%。我国水资源总量为2.8万亿立方米，人均水量不足2400立方米，仅为世界人均水量的四分之一，居世界第110位，我国水资源总量中，可用水储量只有1.1万亿立方米，而目前用水量已达5600亿立方米，城市每年缺水60亿立方米，全国668个城市中有400多个供水不足，其中108个严重缺水。因缺水每年造成工业损失2300多亿元。

如果我们不节约用水，后果就会不堪设想。所以相对于不断发展的工农业生产和不断增长得人口，供我们使用的水是非常有限的，所以节约用水势在必行。

同学们，行动起来吧!节水行动就在你我的身边。

你可以在日常生活中随时随地的节约每一滴水。

下面，我给大家提几个节约用水的建议。

一，用淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药;

二，洗衣水洗拖帕，帚地板，再冲厕所。第二道清洗衣物的洗衣水擦门窗及家具，洗鞋袜等;

三，大，小便后冲洗厕所，尽量不开大水管冲洗，而充分利用使用过的“脏水”;

四，夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水;

五，自行车，家用小轿车清洁时，不用水冲，改用湿布擦，太脏的地方，也宜用洗衣物过后的余水冲洗;

六，家庭浇花，宜用淘米水，茶水，洗衣水等;

七，家庭洗涤手巾，小物件，瓜果等少量用水。宜用盆子盛水而不宜开水龙头放水冲洗;

八，水龙头使用时间长有漏水现象，可用装青霉素的小药瓶的橡胶盖剪一个与原来一样的垫圈放进去，可以保证滴水不漏;

九，将卫生间里水箱的浮球向下调整2厘米，每次冲洗可节省水近3kg;按家庭每天使用四次算，一年可节药水4380kg。

十，洗菜：一盆一盆地洗，不要开着水龙头冲，一餐饭可节省50kg;

十一，淋浴：如果您关掉龙头擦香皂，洗一次澡可节水60kg;

十二，手洗衣服：如果用洗衣盆洗，清衣服则每次洗，清衣比开着水龙头节省水200kg;

十三，用洗衣机洗衣服：建议您满桶再洗，若分开两次洗，则多耗水120kg;

十四，洗车：用抹布擦洗比用水龙头冲洗，至少每次可节水400kg;

十五，冲厕所：如果您使用节水型设备，每次可节水4一5kg;

十六，洗地板：用拖把擦洗，可比用水龙头冲洗每次每户可节水200kg以上;

节水的方法很多，只要我们做有心人，节约用水，利在当代，功在千秋

同学们只有从我做起，从现在做起才能维持我们人类生生不息，记住吧，珍惜水就是珍惜我们自己的生命。我的演讲完毕，谢谢大家!
