研究生应不应该学英语
语言的本质是信息载体,其外在作用表现为通过语言表达来进行信息交换。研究生的根本任务是发现并总结和表达自身领域相关的信息,即信息创新工作。科学研究表明,信息创新工作的成效和信息工作者所掌握的信息量正相关。研究生所从事的工作需要研究生具有更强大的语言能力,以获得更大的信息量以辅助其研究任务。从这个意义上说,研究生应当尽可能的掌握多种语言,以获取作全面的信息量。
然而事实上不能如此。每个人的精力有限,信息量只是信息创新工作的一个基本的条件,完成信息创新仍旧需要研究者花费更多时间来整理这些信息,以从中发现线索。对信息创新工作来说,发现信息线索的能力要比获取已有信息的能力重要的多。每种语言所包含的信息量非常多,有时候掌握一种语言已经能让信息工作者很好的完成信息创新工作。例如欧美国家的研究生教育就没有硬性规定学生必须掌握多种语言,但他们的研究成果同样显著。
由此,我认为研究生教育对于英语的学习可以依据研究生的研究重点而有所不同。对于人文社会科学类研究生,他们的侧重点在于本土文化,则可以选修英语课作为研究辅助。而对于理工科类研究生,由于本国的技术能力和国际存在差异,其研究创新必然要向国际看齐,所以英语的学习应作为他们学习的必修科目。
The essence of language is the information carrier, whose external role is exchanging information through the language performance.The basic task of the graduate students is found and sums up and expresses information in the fields of themselves, namely, is information innovation work.A scientific research shows that, the effect of information innovation work is positively correlated with the quantity of information mastered by information workers.At work, Graduate students are engaged in more powerful language ability, to get more information to help the research task.In this sense, the graduate students shall master as more as possible kinds of languages, in order to get comprehensive information.However, the fact cannot be so.Everyone's energy is limited.The quantity of information is only one basic conditions of information innovation work.Researchers need spend more time to sort out this information to complete information innovation and to find the clues.For information innovation work, the ability to finding information clues is more important than the ability to getting information.Each language contains much information, sometimes information workers can already do information innovation work well by mastering one language.Such as the occident countries are no hard-and-fast rules that graduate students must master a variety of languages, meanwhile the results of their study is the same significant.Thus, I think graduate student education for English learning should be vary according to the focus of the research of graduate students.For humanities and social sciences class graduate students, the research emphasis are local culture, so they can take English study as a research assistant.And for science and engineering class graduate student, because of their counties technical capacity exist difference to international, its research innovation must look to international, so English learning should be a compulsory subject for them.

今年三月,在日本福岛,九级强震引发的核泄漏事故牵动了全世界的神经,关于核电的争论也被推到了风口浪尖。一边是巨大的能源缺口与不断恶化的环境,一边是民众对于“核电”安全的恐慌。站在天平的中央,中国 应该何去何从呢?
首先让我们从明晰概念展开思考,核电,即核能发电,是指利用核裂变所产生的热量发电。核能作为新型清洁能源具有极强的发展潜力,它原料来源广,包括铀、钚、铯等元素;同时能释放巨大的能量,经计算,1千克原料释放出的能量相当于2700吨的煤。
大力发展是指在现有基础上,从低级到高级,从研究,改进到不断完善 核电技术及其配套体系,达到使结构平衡的目的。
审视当下,展望未来,我方认为,中国应该大力发展核电,理由如下:
1首先,大力发展核电能够满足我国的电力需求,优化能源结构。
作为世界第二大经济体,中国每年的用电量高达4万亿千瓦时,每年的电力缺口也不断攀升,2010年更是突破了1250亿度。另一方面,在能源结构中 占有78%的火力发电,其主要原料----煤,在2024年即会开采殆尽。面对巨大的用电缺口,与单一的能源结构,核能发电的转化率高、可再生的优势得以凸显,成为了中国发展的理性选择。
2再者,大力发展核电,能够保护生态环境,做到可持续发展。
与传统的发电厂,排放大量的二氧化硫,二氧化碳,烟灰等有害气体不同,一个同等规模的核电站,在上述三个指标中能够做到零排放。即使是为人诟病的 周围居民所受的辐射剂量,也仅为同等规模火力发电厂的1/4,远低于“天然本底水平”。凸显了核电第二个特性,清洁性。
面对哥本哈根会议上中国代表团 “2020年前碳排放减少45%”的庄严承诺时,核电成为了未来中国遏制气候变暖、推动能源发展的最佳选项。
3回顾日本的核事故,它留给人们阴影尚在威胁尚在,可是它带来的启示与挑战仍与发展同在。不同于日本核泄漏事故中的第二代初级技术,中国已在完善二代的基础上加强了四道保护措施,并且在研发第四代技术上取得了成功。中国的核事业已筹备了近30年,时至今日我们已有能力发展核电,并且是在更加保障安全,完善监督体系的基础上发展核电。
诚然,安全问题是民众心中最大的质疑与忧虑,但这种质疑要以科学为依据,这种忧虑不应该让人停止追求的脚步。昨天的错误造成了今天的问题,如果我们再不加以行动,等待我们的将是明天能源枯竭的灾难。面对明天,是要带来一场危险的生态灾难,还是选择一个有核电的未来呢?
