尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学，大家晚上好!

今天我站在这个小小的舞台上，就像一年前、两年前一样地站着，却是不一样地激动。

在这里，我很荣幸等够当选苏州大学机电工程学院沙钢钢铁学院第九届学生会主席一职。在此非常感谢李老师两年来的栽培和信任，感谢陈恺学长一路来的教诲，感谢各部门一年来同甘共苦的伙伴们，感谢那些曾经的、在座的以及将来还将一起战斗的兄弟姐妹们！谢谢各个干事的支持！谢谢大家的信任，谢谢大家的友谊。

院学生会是在院团委的指导下独立开展工作的学生组织，是切实为同学们服务的团体。新一届学生会是承前启后的一届，更是开拓创新的一届，我们深知肩膀上的重任。在继承并发扬学生会优良传统的同时，我们更要在新的形势下搭建新的舞台、开创新的局面，使我院学生会提升到一个新的发展平台。学生会作为联系学校和广大同学的学生组织，每年都会注入新的血液、新的思想、新的内容。此外，我们还有永远不变的宗旨——服务同学，锻炼自我。作为新一届学生会主席，在今后的工作中，我会竭尽全力的履行学生会主席职责，带领新一届学生会成员做我们学院良好作风的开拓者、继承者和实践者。

下面，请允许我代表新一届院学生会全体成员向大家做工作设想和决心：

一、强化内部建设

各个部门成员的素质提高是保持组织活力的基本保证。学生会的成员必须具有优秀的思想道德品质、有崇高的理想追求、有过硬的组织策划能力。学生会是一个集体、一个团队，各个部门都是不可或缺的组成部分，良好的分工协作是保证工作顺利进行的前提。内部的良好协调是我们立足发展，走向成功的基础。我们要根据院学生会的实际情况，制定完善的院学生会管理制度，保证各项工作有序井然的进行。其次，我们要加强学生会队伍的建设，增强学生会的向心力和战斗力，激发成员潜质，促进团队化学反应。在工作中，要做到每个人都能找到自己的位置，将每个人的能力发挥到最大化，并且相互学习、相互促进、共同提高，进而催化团队迅速成长。努力做到“低调做人，高调做事”，尽最大的努力把院学生会打造成学习型、战斗型、团结型、发展型的精品团队。

二、完善外部形象建设

学生会是学生的组织，学生干部是学校里的公务员，代表着最广大同学的根本利益。只有将服务于学生的意识落实在行动中，使同学们有问题能想到、有困难能找到、有需求能求助到学生会，加强团委学生会的信用度，让学生会成为学生的忠实代表。同学们满意，老师认可，我们的组织形象才能真正的树立起来。学生会的作用要在日常学习工作生活中发挥出来，才能真正为同学服务。

三、加强沟通交流

作为一个强大的组织，其内部的团队建设固然重要，同外界的交流也不可或缺。所以同外部的交流也是我们院学生会工作的重要方面。我们要注重、加强与广大同学的交流，与各位领导老师的联系，与各学部学生会之间的沟通。只有各方面密切联系、通力合作，才能在和谐共处中拓展工作思路与领域。我们要把广大同学的心声及时、准确、有效的传递给系领导，以提高系决策的科学性和民主性，才能工作有序丰富的发展，我院学生的各项工作活动才会得以平稳有序的开展。

四、多元化、多方位的开展校园文化活动

作为学生组织，我们要在落实院团委各项工作的基础上，丰富同学们的课余生活，创建广大同学所喜闻乐见的校园文化，使我院同学在良好的校园文化氛围中，奋发图强、健康向上。校园文化活动我们力求少而精。陈旧、单一的思维方式应予以抛弃，而换之以不拘一格、追求真知的时代气息。为此，我们将革旧鼎新，紧跟时代步伐，组织真正成为我们锻炼自我、提升自我的舞台。

各位同仁们，这，就是我们的学生会；这，就是我们的第二个家；这，就是我们奋斗过、休憩过、共尝艰辛、共创辉煌的地方！我的兄弟姐妹们，我永远不会忘记我们一起搬桌椅时留下的汗水，一起写公文、做海报时的聚精会神、一起在幕后吃盒饭时谈天说地的无限满足。你我之间的互相鼓励，让我们走得更远，让我们在充满挑战与希望的路途中可以勇往直前。

在这个学期，有的人将要离开，有的人已经离开，可是你们挥洒的汗水，付出的努力，都将是学生会精神永远传承的不竭动力。有的人将会继续在学生会中绽放光芒，那么，就请你们牢记风清气正的组织氛围，摒弃所有官僚与浑浊，让你们的接班人能在一片纯净的天空下全面成长。

接下来的一年时间里，我将尽我所能，维护学生会制度的严肃、了解同学们的真

实需求，陪同广大学生会成员在工作一线努力，将两年来积淀的对于“全心全意为同学服务”的理解落实给全院的全体同学。我和你们一样，一步步擦着汗水走来，带着微笑走来，踌躇满志地走来，你们就放心大胆去做吧，让你们的创造力、你们的梦想、你们的青春在学生会的舞台上尽情绽放！我会一直支持你们，做你们的坚实后盾。

同时，针对本学期前期工作小结，在这里我想对在坐的各位部长和干事提三个方面的注意点。

正确处理学习与工作的关系

或许在学生会部门面试的时候，学长学姐们都问过这个问题，当你的学生会工作和学习冲突的时候你该如何选择，也许当时你可以发出豪言，愿意为学生会工作放下学习，可当事情真的摆在你们面前的时候，你们真的可能就会动摇，人之常情，我想说的是，学习是大学四年一直要坚持、并且是最重要的事，可是拿学习作为挡箭牌来拒绝自己的学生会工作，这在我看来就是缺乏工作责任心，推卸责任的表现，这是我最不想看到的处理事情的态度，所以请各位妥善处理好我们工作与学习的关系，努力做到学习工作双丰收！

定位身份，明确责任

我一直坚信，上级态度决定下级工作环境和工作效率，作为部长副部，首先我要恭喜你们，请你们记住，别拿自己不当官，这是你们最起码的权力，但是这也是你们在学生会中最微薄的优势，相比权力，权威更值得让人尊重，有权威，有经验，干事才会信任你，才会心服口服和向你请教，向你学习，为你做事。最重要的一点，亲和力，学生会是一个大家庭，虽说家有家规，但是将一个大家庭成员心凝聚到一起的还是亲和力，我们要做的是让同学感受到我们炽热的心，给他们温暖的关怀，心在一起，我相信没有什么活动做不下来，没有什么问题解决不了！

从小事做起，用心把事情做好

大活动都是从小事做起，细节决定成败；

耐得住无聊，做的了小事，得的到成功；
