初二英语下学期教学工作总结

我们常说，教学就是教与学的过程，两者相互联系，学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。七年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是养成好习惯的关键时期。基础打不好、习惯不良，直接影响学生整个初中阶段。因此，回顾一学期来的七年级英语教学工作，作如下总结：

1.落实好教学常规，努力提高教育教学水平。做到认真备课、上课，听课，认真批改作业，加强学习，不断反思自己的教学过程。

2.继续把音标教学作为起始阶段英语教学的重要内容之一。音标教学主要应通过模仿来进行，教师要提供大量的听音、模仿、实践的机会，教给学生发音规律，帮助学生养成良好的发音习惯，让音标学习贯穿于整个单词教学始终。

3.每天背诵课文中的对话及短文，要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。每周根据所学单元话题，写一篇小短文，不断提高学生的写作水平。

4.认真贯彻上课前的晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

5.坚持单元检测等形成性评价制度。每周对学生的学习情况做一次检测，及时了解学生的学习情况，不断调整教学思路，完善教学设计，改进教学方法，使课堂教学更有针对性和实效性。同时也给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

6.对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。对不同基础的学生，我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生，后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身就比较差，越是统一要求，他就开始抵制，其实到最后什么也没有学到。因此，我就把学生分开，一般的，大部分同学的要求是统一的，而小部分接受能力比较差的同学，我就用相对低一点的标准给他们，这样做以后学生明显多了。

7.合理划分学习小组，开展小组合作竞争。根据学生性格特点和学业水平表现，划分4人合作学习小组。通过组内竞争，组间竞争，同号学生竞争，营造浓厚学习氛围，开展小组合作竞争。

8.充分利用现代教育技术，利用电子白板等多媒体教学软件，探索新的教学模式，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改进学生学习方式，提高教学效果。在这一个学期的工作中，取得了一定的成绩，但也存在很多的缺点：对教材的把握不够，上课的逻辑性不够强，课堂的衔接还不够自然流畅等等。听课的次数也还不够多，尤其是跟其他老师的交流还太少，要不断地向其他老师学习，不断提高教学水平。
