尊敬的各位评委,现场的各位观众朋友,大家好!我今天很开心也挺紧够在站在这里,参加这个演讲比赛。那么我就开门见山,开始我今天的演讲。

随着人们生活水平的提高,我们对吃越来越讲究了。大家已经不再满足于吃饱,而是要吃好。于是对食物的色、香、味儿的追求提高了,用于满足生理需求的食物也随之改称为更具声色的美食了。长期以来,广大人民群众利用各种丰富的物产,创造出多种多样的具有地方风味特色的菜肴和与之相适应的各种烹调方法,从而形成了中国独有的饮食文化。地方菜中比较著名的有京菜、川菜、粤菜、沪菜等,都有自己的特色。如京菜擅长炸、溜、爆、烤,菜肴取其脆、嫩,口味重于香鲜;川菜以干烧、干炒、、宫爆最为突出,菜肴入味,口味重于酸、辣、麻、香等。这些地方菜肴的不同风味特色,构成了我国烹调技术丰富多采的景象。

千百年来,许多人将美食的评定标准定位为色、香、味儿以及民族地域特色等等。其中,色、香、味儿往往是最重要的一条。但是,我却认为美食究竟美还是不美,不能只看色、香、味儿,而是更应该注重其安全性和营养价值,同时要兼顾其营养成分的全面性与均衡性。

有人常吃路边的烧烤,认为这就是一种美食。可我不认同这种所谓的美食,因为我担心不卫生。就算烧烤的生产过程按照严格的标准制作,但是烧烤中还是含有大量的亚硝酸盐、樱树油等等。亚硝酸盐在人体中易跟蛋白质中的胺类物质结合,形成强致癌物亚硝胺。亚硝胺最易引起胃癌、食道癌和肝癌,也会引发鼻咽癌和膀胱癌,严重危害人体健康。

也有人把膨化食品作为美食,甚至为图方便把零食作为正餐,忽略了食堂里可口的饭菜。而我却很少吃这类零食。因为其中含有较多危害健康的物质比如铅。铅能造成人体注意力低下、记忆力差、多动,另外容易冲动、爱发脾气等等。

我对美食的探究也是极为浅显,但是如果一碗味道恬淡的清粥和一盘麻辣辛香的烧烤摆在我的面前让我做出心中美食的选择的话,我一定会选着清粥。大家也许不解我的选择。原因有三。一是:一碗粥的制成,需要长时间的温火慢熬,这期间会倾注烹饪着的耐心和细心。二是:相对于麻辣火热的口感,我更喜欢恬淡可口感觉。三是:相对于危害身体健康的烧烤,我喜欢有利于我们肠道消化,促进身体健康的清粥。那么现在,你们还认为普通的粥它不是美食了吗?这样一碗粥,营养全面,利于身体健康。我认为这也是一种美食。总之,我觉得对美食的追求应该多注意安全性和营养价值,注意食用方法的科学合理,决不能甜了嘴,却伤了身体。

黄石港饼虽然远近闻名,但乍一看,不过是几块硬邦邦的干饼子罢了,没啥特别之处。可这样想,你就大错特错了。轻轻剥开包装纸,圆圆的黄石港饼露了出来。咬上一口,一股沁人心脾的香味立刻飘散开来,一个劲儿地往你鼻子里钻。只见港饼里面是一团浅黑、略带一点绿色的饼馅,外层是薄薄的面粉“壳”,表面再裹上黑芝麻,真是外酥里嫩。糖馅的浓香,加上面壳的清香,外带芝麻粒的幽香,真是让人垂涎三尺。

今天爸爸妈妈带我一起购置食品,我又恳求他们买港饼吃。我拿着港饼送到嘴边咬了一大口,然后在嘴里细细品味。“嗯,真好吃!”我刚把一块港饼咽下肚,就不由自主地赞叹到。两块,三块……一会,半盒港饼已经被我一扫而光。吃完半天,依然唇齿留香,回味无穷。

看着我的馋样儿,爸爸乐呵呵地对我说:“想不想再来几块?”

我吃东西也讲求变化,就算是再好吃的美食,要是天天重复吃,也不会觉得好吃了,有些东西偶尔难得吃上一两回的时候,那才算好吃,毕竟物以稀为贵吧。

中国的饮食文化是极为丰富的,各地都有独特的美食。而在西安,羊肉泡馍就成了你必须品尝的佳肴之一。

羊肉泡馍无论做法还是吃法都是很讲究的。制作时先将优质羊肉洗好切成片,再加以各种佐料大火煮烂。这时,店家会给你一个大碗和两个馍。

吃羊肉泡馍最主要的就是掰馍,越细越好,泡起来才更入味,通常黄豆打小就可以了。接着将滚烫的羊肉汤倒入碗中,同时配以葱末、香菜、粉丝、盐、味精和地道的陕西油泼辣子,一碗羊肉泡馍就完成了。
