秘书人员的口头报告能力,是一个人分析能力、协调能力、应变能力、表达能力的综合体现。迅速、简洁、准确的口头报告,有利于领导及时掌握情况,迅速作出决策。培养秘书人员的口头报告能力,要从以下细节着于:

一、精心过滤,区别处理、区别对待、慎重处理,以免干扰领导的正常工作,甚至给领导造成被动。

二、弄清原委,力求准确。视信息的真实性、完善性为生命,按时间、地点、人物、事件、经过、结果六要素调查了解,构建完善的信息。

三、打好腹稿,简明扼要。说话要讲究层次,抓住主要事实;语言要精炼,不能重复;客观陈述,不搀杂个人观点,以免影响领导独立思考。

四、举止沉稳,口齿清晰。无论大事小事、难事易事、急事缓事,都要做到举止沉稳,语调节器平和,口齿清晰,不卑不亢。

五、把握时机,灵活对待。在人员较多的场合,一般应注意保密,宣向领导个别报告。领导情绪不好时,要尽量做到语言平实、平铺直述,以免引起领导情绪波动,影响对事情的正确答复或处理。不是特别急的事情,还可缓一步报告。领导正在讲话或聚精会神地处理某一文件,一般不要立即报告。

人与人的心灵交流

——《心灵捕手》

一直就对电影颇感兴趣,电影大千世界无奇不有,然后我在步入大学心理学课堂后才接触到心理类电影这一概念,而《心灵捕手》无疑是这类题材的代表作。故事简述了主人公威尔是一个颇具天才智商的“痞子”,他默默无闻的在麻省理工大学里担任一名保洁员工,却已可以悄无声息数次解决任课老师——蓝勃教授在黑板上留下的数学问题,可以在巧舌如簧的让所谓的哈弗大学生无地自容,可以一次次的戏弄尝试为其治疗指引的心理医生。然而,这一切在西恩出现悄然改变了他的人生。西恩是一个“奇怪”的心理学教授,虽然在心理学方面有着令人骄傲的独到的建树,但是他的心里实际上有着不为人知的阴影。通过蓝波教授的介绍,两个怪人邂逅了,和其他的心理医生一样,西恩在和威尔接触的初期,不可避免的因为叛逆心理的作用下擦出了很多的火花,然而在一番激烈的斗智斗勇之后,;两个人终于还是惺惺相惜,融化了彼此心中的隔阂,成了一对忘年之交。

对于《异度空间》,《美丽心灵》所讲述的精神分裂症,仰或是《致命ID》里面讲述的人格分裂,对于心理学浅薄的认知都不足以让我在日常生活发现他们的踪迹,对我来说,这些心理疾病或者无处不在但却是那么的遥不可及,远在天边。《心灵捕手》或多或少都可 以找出我们的影子,片中的主人公威尔,有着与我们相仿的年纪,天质聪慧,饱读群书,对知识有着与生俱来的敏锐感,但却受着童年的阴影,让他没有办法以其他人正常的沟通,不能体验生活的美好,导致他叛逆性格的形成。其实反观我们自己,谁又不曾经历过生活的种种,谁又没有经历过叛逆期,没有在交际中感到困惑,我们不应该因为剧中人物剧烈的生活情节而不以为意,其实他不过是每一个我们的矛盾激化版,我们在为剧中充满悬念、意犹未尽的结局无限遐思的时候,更应该反省自己,是否也曾这般给予过人心灵深处的伤害,是否也曾这样对不起自己,自暴自弃。

如果说威尔是一块“敲门砖”,那么,西恩教授就是发现叩开这块砖之后,所看到的门外的世界。

曾有那么一种说法,从事心理方面的专家,或多或少会存在一定程度的心理疾病,而西恩教授也许就是这样的一个人。西恩教授是一个具有丧妻的老年人,他性格古怪孤僻,终日除了研究心理学,生活就想一塘死水。然而,威尔的出现激活了这个男人。他刚从接触时候的得心应手到后来的情绪失控,再带后来的冷静坚持,终于实现了对威尔的正确引领。如果说威尔是我们曾经的经历,那么西恩便是我们在未来日子里争取努力地方向。或多或少我们们都有听说过“朋辈心理辅导”这一个概念。正如西恩教授在“撞板”之后从自己角色正确的转变一样,无论一个高高在上的老师,施舍者,再到一个朋友,一个可以与之坦诚相对的同辈人,在一定的环境下,或者一份真实远比太过于实际的专业知识来的更能打动人心。一如威尔,或者你可以滔滔不绝,可以有排山倒海之势的应用心理学的知识来引导他,可是他或许比你更了解其中的点滴,那么效果就会显得那么的苍白无力,又更何况对心理学浅显的认识不足以支撑我们在日常生活之中有这样的方式去开到引领身边的人。

其实更为强大的是真心的力量,是我们为别人的真真切切。有时候,人是敏感的,就像片中主人公——威尔,易怒,激烈的他还饱受了几度的牢狱之灾,可是当西恩放下不一样的特殊年龄,不一样的生活背景,即使是年龄代沟也好,阶级也罢,不同的问题也就迎刃而解了。生活之中,我们不可避免的带有着自己生活背景下的矛盾,在迷茫的人群中,相信自己可以在自己特有的组织群体中找到惜惜相惺的人。通过这一个影片我们因当要做得到心病还是要新药去治疗的,还铃还须系邻人。
