第一轮每位选手有三分钟的演讲时间，演讲主题确定，但方向可以自由发挥。依据第一轮打分，前八名选手进入第二轮角逐，随机抽取题目并且抽签决定上台顺序后，每个人有三分钟准备时间，一分钟即兴演讲时间，第二轮演讲后会有评委提问或点评。最后，以第一轮分数的60％，第二轮分数的40%计算出选手们的最终成绩，经统计后当场公布结果。统计过程中评委会对今天整场比赛作出点评。

活动一：过障碍亲子运球

一、活动目标

1、培养幼儿的敏捷性。

2、增进亲子间的感情。

二、活动准备

1、不干胶粘一条起跑线和终点线

2、篮球3筐，空筐3个

3、小椅子直线放三组，每组3——5把

三、活动玩法

家长背着幼儿从起点跑出发，S型绕小椅子到放球的地方，让幼儿去拿，拿好之后S型绕小椅子跑到起跑线，将球放进箩筐，规定时间内运球最多的为胜。

四、活动规则

1、过程中家长不可以去碰球。

2、家长来回跑时一定要S路线绕小椅子。

活动二：秧歌舞模仿秀

一、活动目标

1、培养幼儿的节奏感及韵律感，发展幼儿的倾听音乐能力。

2、增进亲子间的感情。增加活动的趣味性。

二、活动准备

秧歌舞的磁带、录音机、跳舞用的绸带等。

三、活动过程

以四——五个家庭为一组，家长和幼儿手拿绸带面对面站好，听音乐舞动绸带，家长要跟着幼儿的动作扭秧歌，音乐停，家长和幼儿也要马上把动作固定住，以幼儿跳得好、家长学得像、固定牢的那一队为优胜者。

活动三：水果大联欢

一、活动准备

各类水果图片：香蕉、苹果、西瓜、葡萄等。

二、活动玩法

爸爸妈妈以及孩子都参与，游戏分组进行，请到的孩子和家长上台，手举水果的牌子，相互说对方的名称，被点到的水果，就要边说边做“葡萄跳葡萄跳葡萄跳完香蕉跳”，然后举香蕉的人就要马上跳。坚持到最后的人胜利。（在中途有可能交换水果名称增加难度）

三、活动规则

前面人说完，轮到的人要马上接上，速度慢的则视为淘汰。

活动四：双人跳短绳

一、活动准备

短绳若干、口哨

二、活动玩法

在规定的范围内，孩子和家长配合一起跳短绳，在1分钟时间内跳绳次数多者为胜。

三、活动规则

跳绳时要双脚并拢跳。

活动五：亲子抢椅子

一、活动准备

1、椅子若干把围成圆圈。（比参加人数少一把）

2、录音机、磁带。

二、活动玩法

家长抱着孩子围着椅子准备。听到音乐后开始绕圆走。声音一停，参赛者去抢椅子坐下。一局比赛后，没抢到椅子的家庭被淘汰出局，椅子也要搬掉一把。每局下来，人数椅子数递减。坚持到最后的人为优胜者。

三、活动规则

1、音乐停后才可以坐下。

2、活动时家长一直抱着孩子，孩子不能落地。
