女性外贸业务员接待客户着装技巧

不知不觉从事外贸工作已三年有余。在这里,总结出两点接待客户穿衣服技巧,与大家分享:

1.接待外国人,以简单,率性的风格为主。可穿着欧美风格的T恤牛仔平跟鞋。

2.接待国内女性客户,穿着朴素,淡雅,切记不要穿高跟鞋,不要穿得花枝招展。

如果你想跟客户做朋友,那就这样穿。如果你只是想跟客户做生意,那你就可以穿的礼仪化点。

传统的教育告诉我们,接待客户时要穿着正装,化淡妆。所以几年来的接待国外客户的习惯都是穿正装或者中国审美标准的淑女裙,外加高跟鞋。

这样穿似乎很符合礼仪,但是给客户的印象一般都是很淡。而且没亲切感。

前几日,一印度客户要来拜访。之前没经验就问了下接待过印度客户的同事。同事说,大部分印度客户很好色,以前他们公司都会提供KTV,洗脚这种服务来拿下印度大单。

我想了想,接待印度客户来那天穿了短T和长牛仔裤,外加布鞋。欧美人都喜欢这样穿,简单,率性,不张扬。

首先,我不能让可能“好色”的客户放在我的着装,容貌或者身材上,而是要让他专注于我们产品。

其次,朴实的穿着,更有亲和力,我希望给客户留下一种很务实的感觉。

大家都知道印度阿三很在意价格,可是我一如既往的坚持我的价格,尽管客户觉得高了好几美金(才20美金左右的产品),最后还是当场下单。

接待过这么多客户,这是我第一次在国外客户面前这样穿,也是感觉客户是因为我而选择我们产品最深的一次。客户现在回国,一直都跟我保持联系,宛如朋友。

接待国内女性客户(国外在中国有时有代理),我往往会穿着朴素,淡雅,一般以裤装为主。当然也要给人干净,整洁的感觉。一般都不会穿漂亮的裙子,也不会穿高跟鞋。因为大多数女性嫉妒心强,如果作为供应商的你穿的比她还高调,她心里会怎么想呢?

希望鄙人的实战经验,对大家稍有帮助。愿每一位自强自立的外贸女性都能通过自己努力实现自己的愿望。

以客户为中心-客户接待技巧

如何以客户为中心?从客户的需求出发,以满意客户需求为中心,以满足客户的需求作为企业运作的目的;以顾客满意作为企业经营与发展的战略,而利润是满足客户需求后客户满意的结果。

我们售后服务在形象、服务、技术、管理等方向都要紧紧围绕着“以客户需求为中心”而改进提升目前的状况,其目的就是:满足客户需求,使客户满意!每位来店的客户,都是带着解决问题的心情而来;如果我们哪一个环节出了问题,延误了解决问题的时间,对客户来讲,这是一种痛苦的折磨,客户就会非常不满意。解决问题的前提就是必需准确了解客户的需求,我们一旦及时为客户解决了问题,客户的满意就变成一种舒服的享受过程,也就逐步成为我们的忠实客户,并为我们带来新的客户提供了机会,这就要求我们为客户提供的服务必需快捷、方便、高效。

一、以客户为中心-客户接待技巧

售后服务过程中的客户接待技巧,我们有几点建议:

1、顾客的来电

礼貌问好,自报家门,三次声前接听,超时道歉,如遇转叫,及时传达回应,对于个别客户,应当作好登记在案,弄清来电的目的,最后礼貌道别。

2、服务顾问接待前的工作

专业标准的形象,确认电脑及系统的正常运行,确认必要工具如派工单、三件套及用笔的完备。

3、对客户的接待工作

第一时间发现客户并主动迎接,主动引导客户,礼貌问候,表情得当,如不能马上接待,应先行招呼说明,能够主动叫出对客户的称呼,新客户应当先自我介绍,向其展示工卡或者胸牌。对于客户提出的问题,注意聆听,不随意打断客户的说话,在描述问题时,尽量用客户的原话来描述,并合适的给予客户适当的判断和将采取的措施。请客户出示保修手册,上车前作好防护用品。

4、环车检查

左侧顺时针检查,必要的记录和宛转的提醒客户,视此为寻找增修的机会,同事确认客户车上设备是否完好,确认客户证件是否随车,提醒客户取走车上贵重物品。

5、安顿客户与过程的跟进 在确认客户所反应的问题后,引导客户进入客休室,告知客户将马上随时跟进他的车辆并与他保持沟通,再次确认客户的称呼和联系方法。

6、维修过程的跟进

确认确诊故障,准确的输入系统,通过系统的维修保养记录是否发现潜在故障或者潜在销售机会,统计费用、时间是否在维修预算范围之内,如扩大项目费用、时间预算需与客户沟通并得到确认,将相关决定及时与车间、配件部沟通并更新派工单并签字确认,继续跟进维修项目是否正常并与客户沟通。

7、交车前的准备

确认所有项目完工并合格,恢复车辆的原始设定,保证车辆的外观卫生及内部卫生至少恢复到原样。整理维修项目清单,再次核对费用是否一致,打出结算单并通知客户交车。

8、交车过程

告知客户本次维修的大概项目,告知车辆的使用注意事项及保养建议,解析维修费用的构成或可指出在预算之内,提醒客户下次保养时间及大概预算,并提醒客户可以预约服务,并在三天内会有关于本次维修的电话回访,在客户签字确认完工后带领客户结帐,并到车位取车,引导客户展示服务成果,当面取回车辆的防护用品,热情送别客户。

9、电话回访

维修车辆出厂之后,要有专门的售后服务人员在维修之后的3天之内给车主打电话回访客户:车辆修的满意吗?有什么问题吗?告诉客户注意事项等,提高客户的忠诚度!回访之后要填写回访单,有问题的,列出处理意见。

二、以客户为中心--提高客户满意度

根据目前客户的相关投诉,提出以下几点相关建议为提高客户满意度,改善企业与客户之间的关系:

1、车辆在维修完工后,必须由检验员将车停在指定的竣工区域,检验员应检查车辆门窗是否关好,车内是否干净整洁,车身有无油污等;然后把车钥匙与派工单一并交给报修或结算人员,并在工单上注明完工时间及车辆的停放位置等。这样可以避免客户取车时到处找不到车,或是客户看到车子门窗未关好,门把手上有油污而产生投诉等。

2、车辆完工后,结算人员在接到检验员交来的钥匙和工单后,应及时通知客户来取车,并妥善保管客户的钥匙。

3、对于在三包期内的缺货件,三包人员必须在用户手册上面注明,让客户有据可依,我们也有据可查。这样可避免过了三包期客户来换材料和我们发生争执,这也大大降低了客户对车子质量方面的投诉。

4、对于玻璃脱轨、起步发抖等设计或制造原因产生的缺陷,需要重新粘卡子,或更换离合片产生的费用。这些产生的费用我们可向厂家申请三包,在未申请成功之前,我们可以免费为客户提粘卡子,改位置的活动。以增加客户的满意度。

5、缺货件采取上墙管理。注明报料的时间、型号、客户姓名及车牌,还有联系方式及需求时间,责任人。相关责任人应及时跟踪材料的到货状况,如果材料未能按时到期,应提前通知客户。材料到后,也应及时通知客户来更换。

6、我们的配件应根据剩余数量及厂家发货情况,对一些常用的配件应提前预订,这就需要我们库房工作人员的责任心及预估能力,并配合相关的监督制度,以防止出现缺货了,才订货。

7、增加维修材料及费用的透明度,将一些常规项目工时,材料和三包政策上墙。以便让客户明明白白的消费,放放心心托付。

8、做好回访工作,信息员在收集到客户反馈意见时,应及时告知相关负责人解决,并做好记录,便我们及时改进。服务顾问也应针对性的进行客户回访工作。

以客户为中心,我们就必须满足客户对质量、服务、价格三大方面的要求。

质量是一个企业的生命。我们应该狠抓质量。不断提升技术人员的维修能力和判断能力!提高一次性修复率是很重要的。这样我们的信息员在回访客户时就不会听到这样的报怨:一个问题修了几次都没有修好,油费都不知用了多少,真是后悔买了这台车.……..服务是企业的灵魂。我们必须在维修前、维修中、维修后紧紧围绕客户的感受,每一个环节给予客户关心和问候。只要我们提供了方便、快捷、高效的整套服务,在维修过程中操作规范、全面仔细检查、质量方面更让客户放了心,在价格上,客户肯定会觉得:值!

客户的要求也是我们的卖点。我们应根据不同类型、不同需求的客户,通过我们对他的关心和了解,准确判断出客户的需求,从而制定出不同的方案,指导客户消费,从而实现客户满意度和利润的最大化。

抓客户满意,增加客户回头率,在提高进厂台次的基础上抓产值,让完善的售后服务促进新车销售,以新车销售带动售后服务,满意度是企业良性循环发展的重点。顾客第一,还是利润第一?这是相互对立的两种经营观念。但实际上两种也是统一的。任何一个企业都是追求经济效益为最终目的,然而,如何才能实现利润的目标?从根本上说,就是必须首先满意客户的需求、愿望和利益。所以,企业在生产经营活动的每一个环节,都必须眼里有客户,心里有客户,全心全意为客户服务,最大限度地让客户满意。这样,才能使企业在激烈的市场竟争中增加活力,从而获得持久的发展。

第三篇:外贸业务技巧

我会这样答复:YES,SIR,I DO KNOW THEY GIVE YOU LOW PRICE FOR SIMILAR PRICE,BUT OUR PRODUCT IS DIFFERENT TO THEIRS。接着讲下,公司的产品特色,售后服务等的优势。然后说很遗憾,我们的产品跟你要求的价格相差太远,不过我们还有些便宜的产品

B类客户,善意还价:比如每次开价后,他们总是要个10% DISCOUNT。这种客户,1般来说,都是想买你的产品的,就不要为了些小零碎把人家得罪。这种情况,是需要知道你的权限在哪里,你能接受的折扣在哪里。

你可以回答“ DEAR SIR,THE PRICE WE GIVE IS ALMOST REACH OUR BOTTOM LINE,I TRIED TO GET A 2% DISCOUNT FROM MY BOSS,HOPE THIS WILL MAKE YOU SATISFIED。PLEASE NOTE,I HAVE TRY MY BEST” 或者说“ACCORDING TO OUT COMPANY'S POLICY, ONLY ANNUAL PURCHASING AMOUNT REACHED XX, WE CAN ONLY GIVE A 2% DISCOUNT.I REPORT YOUR CASE TO OUR TOP MANAGEMENT AND TRIED TO GET THIS DISCOUNT FOR YOU DUE TO OUR LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP......" 总之,即使这个价格你能接受,也要显示的比较委屈和勉强。

假如,人家1还价,你马上就松口,他们就知道了,你还有让价的空间,接下来你的价格就会被越压越低。而且,永远不要在客户面前显示出急噪的心态,你越着急,客户就越会砍价。有的时候,关于价格的谈判,未必要当天回复,可以等个1-2天。客户电话给你的时候,也要显得这个问题很难处理,先表示要请示下,才能答复。

做为1个业务员,我想最难过的,就是客户对你说不。SORRY,WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU THIS ORDER。

这种情况下,千万不要放弃,不能放弃,不可放弃。

你必须要厚着脸皮,问客户被拒绝的原因是什么。当然,你绝对不能对客户的决定发表长篇大论,对他的结论指手划脚:靠,我这么好的价格给你,你居然不要,什么意思吗。我费尽心思给你打样,不知道给工厂讲了多少好话,你最后的结果居然是不要,真委屈。大概是大家常有的心态。我一般会告诉他:DEAR SIR,I UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUTATION AND THANKS FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS DONE FOR US。BUT COULD YOU KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE REASON? PRICE,DELIVERY OR。。。

我的经验是:客户一投诉,马上就要回复,告诉他你对这个CASE的重视。

假如你是工厂,可以这样回答:DEAR SIR,THANKS FOR YOUR MESSAGE。WE WILL FOLLOW THIS CASE。WE WILL HAVE A MEETING WITH PRODUCING DEPT,INSPECTION DEPT。。。THIS AFTERNOON TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER AND REVERT TO YOU A。S。A。P。PLEASE SEND ME A PHOTO OF DAMAGE。

一般大家都非常重视外国客户的来访。

其实做接待也是很有技巧的。细节上多注意下会给客人留下非常好的印象,为之后的合作添加多一份成功的把握。

首先我们先谈下一般的接待吧:

1.客人来到公司的时候,我们带他到会议室或者展厅里面就座的时候,不妨询问下:Can I bring you something to drink?(您想喝点什么?)或者简单点:coffee or tea?(咖啡还是茶?)一般来说,很多客人在中国的时间安排的比较紧,早餐都吃的比较仓促,有的餐厅早上没有咖啡供应,对于他们来说是很难受的。(程度不亚于我们早上起来没有刷牙就去上班的感觉)如果在正式谈生意之前可以给他们来上杯咖啡的话,不但有助提神,而且他们会觉得很心情都会变的很好。当然,不是很多外国人喜欢速溶咖啡,就像我们也不是很多人喜欢茶包泡的茶。如果是水的话,瓶装的矿泉水是最好的。(老外们崇尚健康比我们厉害的多)

2.会议室里与其放水果,不如放点小糖果(薄荷糖或者咖啡糖,小巧包装的巧克力也不错)。其实外国人,基本上没有不喜欢甜食的。在中国的饮食不习惯也导致他们比较容易有饥饿感。这个时候。小糖果就起了大作用了。一般的水果要吃的文雅那都要辅助以工具。但是你总不能在人家办公室削苹果吧?

3.如果他们来到的时间是下午3.4点,那么没有什么比做工精致的小蛋糕更好了举个例子,有人曾告诉过我说由此次在展会,他陪老外在一个展位洽谈了很长时间,这个时候他们一个女孩子打包了一盒隔壁酒店做的巧克力慕丝蛋糕过来。而他看到老外们的脸刹那间就亮了起来。补充了“弹药”以后,剩下的生意在愉快的气氛中谈完了。不能说蛋糕有绝对的作用,但是蛋糕所带来的好心情和对公司的好印象是绝对功不可没的。

之后我们再谈下带客户出去吃饭吧。

1.餐厅的选择:不一定豪华,但是一定要看起来干净。因为外出工作,身体非常重要。要是因为拉肚子干不了活,他们的中国之行就亏大了。

2.菜式的选择:之前一定要问:Do you have anything that you don't eat?(有没有什么你是不吃的?)这个问题其实是很关键的。老外的体质跟中国人有很大的不同。他们对很多东西都会过敏。很多人都对很多种食物过敏。鸡蛋,海鲜,贝壳都不可碰。吃了就浑身痒,严重的呼吸困难。对面粉类东西过敏听说过吗?还有就是印度人,要是你听到他说他是个vegetarian(素食主义者)也别见怪,他们的宗教要求就是这样的。对于他们,如果他没有自己带食物来中国吃,那就要给他特殊点全素的食物。在点菜的时候要特别关照下点菜员。而且最好不要给他们点过辣的食物。因为他们实在是不耐中国的辣,吃点辣椒第二天就要拉肚子。(就算他在自己国家很能吃辣也不行)

3.吃饭的餐具:大城市大餐厅一般都有刀叉,但是如果你是个小地方,不妨请外国客户吃饭的时候提前帮他们准备套刀叉带着。因为让他们使用筷子他们会有点难堪。尤其是第一次使用筷子,如果弄脏了衣服对于商务出行人士是非常麻烦的一件事情。

4.上菜:上菜前要提醒下服务员,鸡一定一定一定要去头去脚再端上来。鱼也尽量不要点鱼头之类的菜。(也别点什么吃活鱼活虾)对于他们来说,看见脑袋在盘子里面是非常恐怖

5.夹菜:由于公筷的使用也不是很普遍。上菜的时候大家先别动筷子,让服务员先用公共的筷子把菜拨到外国客人的盘子里。(当然事先要询问:do you want to try this ?)然后大家再一起吃。

6.甜点:如果有甜食,放到最后上就最合适了。没有的话,水果盘也可以凑合。

7.饮料:差点忘记说了。对于大部分人来说,中国的啤酒度数比他们那边的高的多,要是饭后还有工作的话,不妨叫青岛啤酒,度数低点,口感也比较适合他们。要是你看他不喝酒,身体又比较胖的话,减肥可乐/健怡可乐(diet cola/light cola)就最好了。但是饭店不一定都有。那就要看你有没有心了~~ 要是啤酒也不喝可乐也不要的,就上100%纯果汁。绝对没有错:)但是无论什么时候都不要强迫客人喝白酒。我们的白酒对于他们来说都是非常烈的。外国人喝过中国的白酒之后对那难受的感觉都是刻骨铭心的。要是你想让你的客户难受——灌他白酒就错不了!
