“只有经历了地狱般的磨练，才能炼出创造天堂的力量；只有流血过的手指，才能弹出世间的绝唱。”泰戈尔的这句话说得真好。我在极度困惑中不断挣扎，最终走出了那片令人窒息的沼泽地。

正式得到孔老师通知的那一刻，是在三月初，那时我就感到身上的担子重了，但是浑身充满了力量，准备好迎接接下来的任何挑战。这是我平生第一次走进黑龙江，走进著名的哈尔滨三，结实“尖刀班”的可爱的孩子们；第一次有近八百人走进我的课堂，为他们展示一节实实在在的听说课；第一次有机会代表学校，代表吉林省这么高级别的讲课。心里总是充满了美好的热忱和希望，相信自己一定能不辜负东北师大附中领导，吉林省教育学院的领导和英语组老师们的期望及默默支持和鼓励我的家人的期望。

暮然回首这短短的一个半月，看似短暂，实则不然。这是一个让我不断成长，不断改造，不断锤炼，不断蜕变的过程。其中所付出的辛苦和努力，反复的思考、摸索和尝试，与专家们的思想碰撞，可以说这比我从工作至今的收获还要大，比我上这节课本身获得收获还要大。每一次试讲前和组内老师们的交流都然我如沐春风，充满了前进的动力；每一次试讲后专家老师们都给我提出了高屋建瓴的指导，让我茅塞顿开。从整节课步骤的有效性，到课堂语言使用的准确性；从各个环节任务设置的多样性，到教案、课件及学案设计的合理性。几乎每一个细节都在专家老师们的指引下，在我面前渐渐清晰，让我思路更加开阔，方向更加明确，做起事来更加严谨细致。这是一盏明灯，为我照亮前行的道路，这更是一种无形的力量，鞭策我在教学上做出改变，重塑自我。
