液化石油气LPG船

液化石油气(Liquefied petroleum gas,简称LPG)船主要运输以丙烷和丁烷为主要成份的石油碳氢化合物或两者混合气,包括丙烯和丁烯,还有一些化工产品,近年来乙烯也列入其运输范围。依据载运各种气体的不同液化条件而分为全压式(装载量较小)、半冷半压式(装载量较大)和全冷式(装载量大)。液化气船因其特殊用途而产生了各方面的特殊要求,其技术难度大,代表当今世界的造船技术水平,船价为同吨位常规运输船的2~3倍,是一种高技术、高附加值的船舶。LPG船分类:

LPG船按货物运输方式分为全压式、半冷半压式(冷压式)和全冷式三种船型。(1)全压式运输 又称常温压力式,是把货物置于常温条件下加压超过蒸发气压的压力,使货物变成液化状态。少数气体诸如乙烷、乙烯、甲烷在高于临界温度下再加压也不液化。全压运输船的船舱不需设置隔热与低温冷却设备。通常最高设计温度为45℃,最高设计压力为1.75-2.0MPa之间。江南造船厂建造的我国第一艘3000m3LPG船,其设计工作压力即1.75MPa,通常全压式LPG船的舱容量都在5000m3以下。(2)半冷半压式运输

又称低温加压式,第一艘该型船建于1959年,容积为2100m3。60年代初期在欧洲,由于低温技术研究趋于成熟,陆续建成一大批。目前以德国的船队见多。这类船早期冷却工作温度为-5℃左右,压力0.8MPa左右,运载液化气接近于全压式LPG船,现已很少建造。近来,这类船分为两类,较多的冷却温度为-48℃,少数运载乙烯的为-104℃,工作压力为0.5-0.8MPa,江南造船厂建造的4200m3和16500m3LPG船分别属于该两种船型。通常该类船最大舱容量不超过25000m3,新研制的30000m3LPG船可谓是该型船之最。(3)全冷式运输

又称为低温常压型,液化气贮存于不耐压的液舱内,处于常压下的沸腾状态。液舱设计压力一般为0.025MPa,单个液舱容积很少受限制,适宜建造大型船舶,容量大都为50000-100000m3。液舱结构型式:

(1)非独立型整体液舱式(2)内部绝热贮舱式

(3)独立式液舱。该液舱可分为A、B、C三型,它们均非船体的构成部分,呈自持式。A型独立舱:该型液舱多由平面结构组成,液舱最大允许设计压力不大于0.07MPa,在大型全冷船上采用该型式较多,工作温度不低于-55℃。

B型独立舱:要进行精确的结构应力分析和模型试验,包括采用有限元,壳理论,某些场合可适当使用框架分析手段。屈曲、疲劳寿命、塑性形变都属考虑范围。液舱型式有棱柱形和回转球形,压力小于0.07MPa。LNG船用此型式较多。C型独立舱:C型舱有单罐、双耳和三叶型三种,按压力容器准则设计。设计压力常取1.8MPa,不超过2MPa。我国目前建造的全压式和半冷半压式LPG船皆属于此范畴。该船不需要设置屏蔽,技术状态成熟。国内外LPG船报道:

“Franders Tenacity”号是日本川崎重工坂出船厂1996年5月建成的84000立方米全冷式LPG/液氨运输船,该船是LPG船中容积最大的一类船舶。总长:230.00米,垂线间长:219.70米,型宽:36.00米,型深:2l.90米,吃水:11.60米,总吨:47027总吨 载重量:54135吨,主机型号:川崎制造MAN B&W 5S70MC型柴油机,最大功率:18300马力,服务航速:17.5节。该船主要用于运输丙烷、丁烷、无水氨等货物,采用IMO独立A型货舱结构,4个货舱均为棱形,材料为碳锰合金钢,液舱温度最低可降低至零下48℃。每货舱配有2台电动深井泵,装卸速度600米/小时,2台增压泵和货舱加热系统可将液化气在临界温度以下输送到岸上。

江南造船(集团)有限责任公司制造的22000m3半冷半压式液化气船能同时装运三种不同密度的液化气和部分化学品,最低设计工作温度-104℃,最大压力4.7bar。主要研究内容包括:开发了一个能满足各种吃水状态的船型;解决了满足货种及装载工况繁多情况下(破舱工况接近3000种)的完整稳性的难题,极大地提高了船舶安全性;实现了在无甲板、弱结构下安全下水的关键技术;攻克了超低温(-104℃)、高强度、高镍合金钢材料建造液罐的焊接关键技术;实现国内液化气船复杂液货系统设备模块化制造技术,赢得世界造船市场的良好声誉。

国外大型全冷式LPG船有:World Bridgestone 全冷式74,000m3LPG船、Yuyo Maru 10 47,500 m3 LPG/石油产品混和船、Danian Gas 26,000 m3全冷式LPG船、Gaz Fountain 40,232 m3全冷式LPG船和Nippon Kokan公司建造的La Forge 70,793 m3LPG船。下表列出了国内外部分LPG船主要相关指标:
