跨国婚姻我国民政部在《中国公民同外在中国公民办理婚姻登记的几项规定》中，作了若干规定。

我们国的涉外婚姻登记工作，由民政部和省、市、自治区民政厅（局）代表政府统一管理；外交部和省、市、自治区外事办公室负责处理对外交涉事项。中国公民同外在中国公民（包括常驻我们国和临时来华的外在中国公民，外籍华人、定居我们国的侨民）在中国境内自愿结婚 的，男女双方必须共同到中国公民一方户口所在地的省、自治区、直辖市人民政府指定的婚姻登记机关申请登记。申请登记的男女双方，必须遵守我们国婚姻法和《中国公民同外在中国公民办理婚姻登记的几项规定》有关条款的规定。

1.本人户籍证明

１.我们驻该国使、领馆颁发的本人护照；

２.经我们驻该国使、领馆认证的居住国公证机构出具的本人无配偶证明或我们驻该国使、领馆出具的本人无配偶证明；

３.再婚者的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明，并经本国外交部和我们驻外使领馆认证。证明。另外，申请结婚 的男女双方，还须提交婚姻登记机关指定医院出具的婚前健康状况检查证明。

为了国家利益，现役军人、外交人员、公安人员、机要人员及其他掌握重大机密的人员，以及正在接受劳动教养和服刑人员，不准同外在中国公民结婚。
