第三篇：英语学习法之看电影学习法

E-say零基础英语

众所周知，英语学习十分需要语言环境，很多人出国就是为了在国外找一个Genuine English Environment，培养自己的英语思维，练就一口地道、标准的英语。而对于大多数身在国内、又想学好英语口语的学生来说，除了经常和外教聊天，参加英语角，ICQ或MSN语音聊天等等，欣赏欧美大片则是一个非常好的方法。不仅仅是因为绝大多数的学员都喜爱看电影，更是因为通过这样轻松愉快的方式提高自己对英语学习的浓厚兴趣。当然并不是盲目、一味的去看电影，这里有很多技巧和方法可循的。

首先，要选择适合自己听说能力的相应难度的影片。通过教课实践，我个人认为，高中毕业以前或相当

英语水平（初级口语班）的学员应该多看一些动画片和校园生活片（含情景局），原因就是，这些片子的观众大多数都是欧美国家的孩子或者中学生，影片对白的语速适中，台词较容易理解，情节也比较吸引人，同时，这些片子的主题也很鲜明，如一些经典的卡通片都值得一看，我个人比较欣赏的是: “Mulan”, “Finding Nemo”, “Monster’s Company”, “The Prince of Egypt”, “Ant Z”, “Brother Bear”等等。另外还有一些校园生活片如“The Confessions of A Teenager Drama Queen”, “Freaky Friday”等等。在西安新东方学校每周五的电影欣赏讲座中，我们就尝试着播放并讲解了以上的几个影片，特别受学生的欢迎，不仅仅是片中幽默搞笑的情节和镜头，或是影片所用的一些经典台词，更重要的是是片子所反映的社会文化。举 “Freaky Friday”，片中女主角被罚DETENSION，我就会告诉学生，在美国，中学生如果犯了错误，除了找家长，写检查等，还有一种惩罚方式就是关禁闭，这是很典型的美国社会文化，这样学生就能够通过自己经历和影片的差异，来通过文化层面学习语言。当然，大学生或者相当水平（中级口语班）的学员就可以选择一些流行经典大片来观看，因为这些影片或多或少难度会略有提高，而且情节稍显复杂，需要不断去理解才能明白整个影片。需要提醒的是，有些影片反映的是一种消极或者邪恶的文化，观众应当有所选择的去欣赏，要了解其所反映的积极的一面，去学习。而一些传世佳作如“Sleepless in Seattle”, “Sabrina”, “When Harry met Sally”, “Gone with the Wind”等等都是需要认真学习的影片。

另外，看电影，学什么，这是导致很多学生茫然的另外一个问题。在新东方课堂上，我发现，很多学生很在乎电影的情节和内容，而忽视了老师的讲解，以至于有时到电影欣赏课的后半部分，有些学生干脆不想让老师讲了，就想看片子，这就是曲解了“看电影学英语”

E-say零基础英语 的宗旨。

我认为，首先从语音语调和一些语音现象学起。在原版大片中，大多数原声或配音的演员的发音都是很清晰而标准的，我们可以从一些单词或短语的发音学起，不断模仿，不断重复，练习正确的发音方式。英式英语和美式英语的不同也可以从电影中学到，如美国人发在两个原因之间的清塞音/t/这个音时，都喜欢把这个轻辅音适当浊化趋向于/d/的音，你可以在很多单词中发现这个原理，如little, better, hospital等。其他的连续、弱读、缩读、失去爆破很多语音现象会在电影道白中大量出现，这也是我倡导语音班的同学去大量看电影的原因，因为他们学习了很多的发音规则，但理论与实践结合的时候，他们就需要在这样纯正的语音环境中去大量练习，达到熟练成自然的程度。

再次，学习词汇，地道表达法，俚语和经典句型。以讲授花木兰为例，我首先在讲义上印好或者提前在黑板上写好一些辅助词汇，像gasp, grunt, pant, snore, screech, groan, neigh, sizzle等等的词汇，因为这些词汇虽然不影响他们对电影的理解，但实际上这些表示动作、声音、状态的词恰恰是生活中常见常用的“小词”, 通过提前的学习和电影中频繁的出现，学生们往往能形象化的记住这些词的词义，这也是本人倡导的“背单词-形象记忆法”，因为人们对图像和声音的记忆能力往往要高于对文字的记忆能力，这样，电影中一个片段的深刻印象会帮助学生记住该片段所表达的含义。如木兰见媒婆之后把她屁股烧着了，屏幕下放显示了fire sizzling的字幕，即使很多学生不知道sizzle的含义，但是他也可以根据当时的场景和上下篇章猜测到它应该是表示火烧着了的声音意思，而提前学习之后，他可以更具体的理解为火嘶嘶响的声音。关于地道表达法，我们都知道在表达的时候，中国人说英语和美国人说英语差异很大，一个很重要的原因就是他们说的比我们更加地道，如打招呼时你问一句How have you been doing? 中国人可能会答Fine, thank you, and you?而美国人可能就两个词Same old（和以前一样）.这就是地道，没的说。所以在电影学习中，我们一定要有这种捕捉好词好句的能力，像我在花木兰中，就给学生们找出了诸如strike a match, make a fool out of me, get the drift, the fate of the Fa family lies in your paws, sign in, heed my word等等近50多个 好的表达法，再加上一些好的词汇，和经典句型，一部经典的迪斯尼卡通片就成了我们很好的学习教材。

再者，就是学习语言背后深层的东西——文化。可能很多同学在经历了前两个步骤之后，E-say零基础英语

就觉得已经学习到了很多的东西，就不再细细研究看过的影片了，可是他们却忽视了最需要学习的东西，那就是时时刻刻反映语言的社会文化。通过对电影内容的学习，情节和故事的了解，我们还可以挖掘出其所反映的社会习俗，交际方式，政治体制，法律制度，宗教，信仰，艺术，甚至更多。看一些美国大片，我们往往能发现，在这样一个开放的国家里，美国青年往往都具有一些共同的特质，那就是自信，独断，好交际，独立等等，这是与其美国社会根深蒂固的美国传统价值观密切不可分的，那就是inpidual freedom, self-reliance, equality of opportunities, competition, material wealth and hard work.所以，在观看电影的同时，也需要我们不断的去思考，去问问题，考虑一些中西方文化的差异，对比一些社会风俗的不同了，这都会帮助你更好的理解影片，学好语言的。当然，在电影欣赏的课堂里，新东方的老师也会讲解更多点滴的文化背景知识，帮助大家的。

欣赏一部经典的影片，我觉得，不下5遍是不能学到其精髓的，有些片子更需要细心品位，就《花木兰》来说，我在课堂上讲授过3次，但之前我已看过不下10遍，每看一遍我都能挖掘出新的感受，所以，我建议学员们在学习电影的时候，最好经过“泛听看内容和情节（1-2遍），精听看台词学道白（2-3遍，需要播放与暂停不断切换），模仿演员发音及对话，重复操练并加以应用（1-2遍），回顾性欣赏（1-2遍，复习所学内容）”这样的顺序。当然，对于精听，这是一个比较耗时耗力的过程，通常来说，一个半小时的影片要是全部精听一遍至少3-4个小时或更多，因为片子中会碰到很多的生词和用法，需要查字典和工具书掌握其含义，但我希望大家能坚持做下来，真正当你认认真真研究了一部影片之后，你才会发现语言竟然有如此大的魅力，学习的英语的兴趣也由然而生。

最后，我想简单提一点，以上是针对播放DVD影碟的建议，其画面、音质等的优点我不必列举，但DVD独有的显示各种语言的字幕的效果VCD所不可比拟的，所以，如果有条件的话，可以购买一些正版DVD影碟学习电影，是会帮助你减少很多不必要的麻烦的。最后祝大家在电影英语中学到知识，找到乐趣！

为什么P2P下载会占用很多网络带宽呢？其实P2P技术（端到端对等网络技术）是指网络主机在充当客户端获取资源的同时充当服务器向其它对等体提供服务。P2P有同时向多个IP并发多个连接、下载同时又在上传等特点，所以P2P被认为是近10年来互联网最为普遍的应用，也是带宽消耗的主要因素，据统计，P2P流量约占服务提供商网络（ISP）总流量的80%。而迅雷软件，从多线程的http发展而来，支持BT、电驴等多种P2P技术的协议，目前已是国内互联网应用中最炙手可热的应用之一，因此，连接了互联网的网络，首要解决的就是P2P下载（迅雷等）的限速。

一、通过网络管理软件来限制局域网PPS影音、限制网页视频，禁止员工上班看视频

目前国内很多网络管理软件都提供了限制局域网网络视频、禁止上班看网络电视的功能。如“P2P限制软件”、“聚生网管”、“蓝代斯克”等。本文以“聚生网管”为例（百度搜索“聚生网管”即可下载），在启动聚生网管系统后，可以为局域网电脑指定一个上网限制的策略，在控制上网策略里面可以勾选是否完全禁止局域网P2P软件、禁止网络电视、限制在线视频等。

第一种是完全禁止P2P下载/视频软件的使用，操作方法很简单，只需要为电脑指派“限制P2P下载”的网络策略就可以了。启用这个策略之后受控电脑无法使用一切P2P下载软件也无法通过P2P视频软件看网络电视，可以更有效的保护网络带宽合理使用。

第二种方法是通过设置电脑上下行带宽来间接限制这些下载软件的。比如我们可以给一台电脑设置上行带宽为50K，下行带宽为100K，这样我们不必关心此电脑是否运行了P2P软件，这台电脑的下载速度将始终保持在规定范围之内。管理员可以根据局域网总带宽和每台电脑的优先性为主机设置不同的带宽限制，满足个性化的网络管理需要。

相比第一种一刀切似的管理方式，第二种方法可能更为人性化也更容易被员工理解。当然也可以同时使用两种方法来实现最有效的控制，管理员可以根据实际情况，灵活运用，融会贯通，使网络管理变得更简单。

二、通过路由器限制PPS上传、禁止迅雷下载、限制P2P软件的方法

目前很多路由器，尤其是上网行为管理路由器提供了禁止局域网P2P软件，限制P2P网络电视的方法，同时还可以用路由器禁止网页视频、屏蔽网页视频，防止员工上班时间看视频。具体设置如下：

我就直接上图了，先以D-link-DIR-600M无线路由器为例。

接着我会上TP的TL-WR541G+无线路由器的设置规则。（因为我们两条宽带嘛，一条电信6M，一条联通4M）

-访问控制里面做设置。具体设置如下图所示：

不好意思哈~~上次有点疏忽了。。我发现这样设置以后居然不能访问网页。。原因为我把DNS的25端口也给屏蔽了，还有邮箱客户端的端口和HTTPS的端口现在解封就好多了~~再上个图补充一下

在这里我们把80端口排除在外，还有一些其它的端口，比如VPN拨号的端口1723还有QQ的端口4000和8000等常用端口排除在外，其它端口全部不允许。这样PPS就再也不能访问网络了~~~我专门试过了，此方法绝对可行！或者你想用网页的方式来访问PPS的话，我们也可以把它给禁止掉~~~在高级-家长控制里面添加一条网页过滤规则，域名填写pps官方地址pps.tv

D-link的无线路由器设置好了，我们再来看TP-LINK的无线路由器的设置。

我们先要给这些特定的MAC地址分配固定的IP地址，以便于下面专门针对IP地址行进流量的限制。

同样我们在TP-link路由器里面也可以设置域名过滤。

从上图来看，我并没有开启防火墙的总开关，所以这里的规则并不会生效第一条规则可以禁止访问pps的官方，第二条规则可以禁止访问QQ空间，那样就不能在QQ空间里面偷菜了~~ 最后一条总规则：保管好你的路由器账号和密码！
