农村小学生厌学心理分析及教育对策

小学生心理健康教育是根据小学生生理、心理发展的规律和特点,运用心理学的教育方法和手段,培养小学生良好的心理素质,促进小学生身心全面和谐地发展和整体素质全面提高的教育。教育部1999年13号文件《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》中指出:良好的心理素质是人的全面素质中的重要组成部分,是未来人才素质中的一项十分重要的内容。走近新课程,“为了每一位学生的发展”的理念扑面而来,它比过去的教育教学更关注每一位学生的喜怒哀乐,更关注人的情绪生活和情感体验,更关注人的道德生活和人格养成,更关注学生的尊严。这意味着,今后对老师的要求不仅是要完成“传道、授业、解惑”的任务,而且应当成为一个合格的心理辅导员,承担起开展心理健康教育的新任务。

在通过对社会、学校、家庭进行走访调研,并对不同程度厌学的学生采取问答测验、调查问卷、个别谈话和调查研究等方法后,发现学生厌学的原因绝大多数是源于非智力因素,主要原因有以下几个方面:

一、家长教育方法不当

小学生特别是低、中年级学生,其学习兴趣和学习动机受家庭教育的影响很大。常见的不良方法如下:

1、顺其发展的思想严重

部分家长对孩子关心不够,只要把孩子送进学校,就完成了任务,对于孩子在学校的表现如何很少及时过问,孩子做得好与坏不及时采取措施给予肯定,指出努力的方向。导致学生缺乏责任心与上进性,如上课自由散漫、自主性、积极性较差、不爱说话、不按时完成作业,久而久之,学习自然跟不上,越是跟不上,越是不愿学习,形成了恶性循环,从而产生厌学的心里。

2、期望过高的现象严重

部分家长自己没有文化,把希望全部寄托在孩子的身上,对孩子要求无限度地升高,不讲究方法,手段粗暴,这样非但达不到要求,反而会使孩子产生逆反心理而导致厌学。如新圩镇沙路小学的姚俊秀同学,女,11岁,小学四年级学生,一至三年级时都是班上学习委员,酷爱学习,遵守纪律,聪明活泼,是老师心目中的尖子生,父母的骄傲。但由于父母对她的期望过高,过于完美,父母要求女儿每门课的成绩必须在90分以上,由于试题的难易程度所致,有时考试成绩虽然在班级名列前茅,但父母仍不满意,对她严厉批评。在父母的严厉管教下,各种学习丝毫不敢怠慢,姚俊秀同学的心理压力很大。从四年级开始,她感到力不从心、疲惫不堪,学习成绩明显下降,对学习也产生了厌倦,尤其对考试产生了恐惧。结果使孩子疲于奔命,以致严重的身心疲劳,厌烦学习,造成逃学。

3、教育方法不和谐的现象较为普遍

家长对孩子的要求本来就很难达到统一,尤其近年来,农村留守儿童较多,农村家庭中的父母大部分外出打工,一年四季在外,偶尔回家对孩子特别疼爱,甚至溺爱,造成对孩子的要求不一致,其次,农村三世同堂的家庭较多,爷爷奶奶与爸爸妈妈的要求又有很大的差距,造成对孩子的要求不一致,使孩子总觉得有避难所。

二、教师的教学方法单一评价方法欠妥

实施素质教育虽然多年,但由于农村教师严重缺乏,造成教师承担的教学科目多、教学任务非常重、压力特大、教学评价还片面的以分数为主,这些导致教师无法尝试新的教学方法,相当一部分教师仍然采用填鸭式教学,急功近利,不顾学生的身心健康,进行疲劳轰炸,评价方式单一,致使学生对学习产生厌倦、畏惧心理。正如新圩镇沙路小学五年级的宁旭同学说得好:我原本是一位很爱学习的孩子,但是有一次我因一道题不会做,老师随口就是一句:你怎么像猪一样笨!难道我真的这样笨吗?从那以后,我再不想上数学课了„„老师一句不恰当的评语,严重地挫伤了学生的自尊,严重地打击了学生的学习积极性,甚至一生中留下

创伤,这位学生从此不再喜欢数学课了。为了逃避数学课,造成厌学、逃学。

三、学生的学习障碍

1、缺乏良好的学习方法

学生在学习过程中,每个孩子都在自觉或不自觉地使用不同的学习方法,但大多数学生缺乏老师的及时指导,难以形成科学高效的学习方法,获取知识的能力欠缺,学习效率不高,导致其产生厌学心理。

2、注意力缺乏和多动现象严重

原因之一教师的教学方法单一评价方法欠妥,原因之二实施新课程以来,提倡教师教学方式多样化,让学生参与教学的全过程,教学内容以活动的形式呈现,让学生在活动中学习知识,培养能力,课堂活了。但教师对新的教学方法应用、驾驭课堂、调控课堂能力还很欠缺,导致学生更有可乘之机。

3、学生惰性现象严重

实行计划生育以来,每个家庭中的孩子急剧减少,孩子成了家中的小皇帝,家长很少让孩子参与一些力所能及的活动,长期以来学生养成懒惰习惯。主要表现在:学习被动,上课精神不振,毫无参与欲望,自我管理能力极差,在学习任务稍微重的情况下就对学习厌倦。

四、校园生活单调

1、过分的强调安全,取消一些体育活动。

由于经费的制约,农村小学本来体育器材就少的可怜,学生的课间几乎没有活动,再加上这几年学校过分的抓安全,为了安全将学校仅有的体育器材收放起来,如高低杠、山羊、木马、铁环等。取消一些传统的体育活动,如爬山活动,春秋游活动,野炊活动,一年一度的学校运动会等。

2、图书的借阅不能满足学生的需求。

近年来学校的各种检查一波接一波,学校为了迎接检查,宁可把贴着整齐划一标签的图书放的陈旧,也不借给学生阅读,学生除了仅有的课本以外,几乎无别的书可阅读。

3、学校的校园文化氛围跟不上。

五、社会不良风气的影响

社会中缺乏文化氛围,学生常常见到的活动多为喝酒、打麻将、聊天、游戏、网上聊天、玩台球。很少见到具有文化气息的活动。

改变农村小学生厌学现象的教育对策:

对于厌学的学生,教育的关键不在于对其增加学习的压力,而是要培养其学习的良好习惯和兴趣,教给科学的学习方法,提高学习能力。教师和家长要戒急、戒惩、戒弃。教育的急和惩会使孩子产生严重的挫折感,从而失去自信和自尊。教育孩子要有良好的心态和科学的方法,把孩子当作自己的朋友看待。勤于交流,及时了解孩子的困难,并及时帮助。以鼓励为主,不能用惩罚代替教育,在遇到挫折或学习效率不高时,要有持之以恒的决心,不轻言放弃。

1、我国心理学工作者隋光远的研究表明,向学生讲明积极的、正确的特点及其在学习中的作用,阐明只有相信自己的能力,勤奋学习,才能有所成就的道理,并组织学生就此进行讨论,可以让学生更多更好地将学习成败做出正确的、积极的判断。影响学生学业的因素除努力外,学习方法、家庭环境、教师等也不同程度地对学业产生影响。与此同时, 由于每个学生的个性特点、认知结构特征、成就动机水平不同、以前在学业上成功或失败的经历不同等因素的影响,形成了他们各自独特的、相对稳定的归因风格。因此,教师在引导学生学习时,既要使学生意识到影响学习的多个因素,又要考虑到他们的不同学习的风格, 使学生在努力学习时与现实相联系,针对自己个别差异进行学习。这样就有利于学生端正学习态度,从而使学生树立学习信心,提高学习积极性,克服厌学情绪。

小学生的注意力具有不稳定的特点(尤其是小学一、二年级的学生),注意力集中只能持续7—8分钟。教师要不断转变教育观念,学习新的教学方式,应用不断变换的教学方法,丰富多彩的教学活动吸引学生的注意力,努力挖掘孩子的优点,对孩子微小的进步都要给予真诚及时的评价,帮助孩子树立自尊和自信。可以充分利用班队会、主题会、兴趣活动等适时对学生进行学习目标教育。给厌学学生更多的关爱,充分挖掘厌学学生的特长,培养他们的自信心,引导其一步一步努力向好的方面发展。要以身作则,培养良好的学习习惯,引导孩子掌握科学的适合自己的学习方法,这样孩子就如同找到点石成金的手指。

科学奠基人贝尔纳曾经说过:良好的学习方法能使我们更好地发挥运用天赋的才能,而拙劣的方法可能阻碍才能的发挥。因此教师要重视学生学习方法的培养。

2、提高学生的自我效能感是班杜拉的自我效能论强调了“自我效能”的高低对学生学习的影响。认为那些自我效能低的人,在选择和完成任务时经常流露出“我不能”的信念,把成功看作是外部不稳定因素所致,而把失败归结于自己能力差,从而使个体对自己失去信心。由此可见,教师如果能采取一定的措施提高学生的自我效能感,就有利于学生进行积极正确的,克服学生厌学情绪。为此应注意一方面,使每个学生有多次成功的体验,使学生把自己的成功归因于自己的能力强,增强自我效能感。另一方面,使用恰当的情绪表达和言语评价。对不同的学生区别对待,使其增强学习自信心。另外,把握好教材和考题的难易程度,过易或过难的教材和考题不利于学生恰当自我效能感的培养,不利于学生学习积极性的培养。

3、教师应控制自己的行为。学生对学业成败常常受到一些重要人物的影响,如教师、家长和伙伴等,而其中教师对学生学习成败的影响最大。因此,要使学生对其学业进行适当的引导,应注意以下几方面:其一,教师要有民主型作风。教师的作风可划分为专制型、放任型和民主型三类。不同的教师作风导致不同的教学心理气氛和师生关系,并影响学生的学习成败。只有教师具有民主作风,才有利于学生进行适当的自我学习。其二,教师要寄予学生适当的期望。教师对学生的不同期望水平,影响学生的学习能力感,进而影响到学生的学习模式。已有的研究表明,教师对学生寄予高期望, 学生成就不高,会产生压力和过度焦虑,对能力不高的学生,教师期望低,并伴有同情和额外帮助,这些学生有自卑感,甚至产生习惯性无助感。因此,教师对不同学生寄予适当的期望水平有利于学生的自我学习,从而对学习产生兴趣。

4、家庭成员对孩子的教育要达成共识,正确认识自己的孩子,并承认孩子在智力、能力上有差异,从孩子的角度看问题,多关心爱护孩子,给孩子创造良好学习环境,要固定的学习时间。购买必要的读物和学习资料。有时家长应带头学习,为孩子做学习的表率,并与孩子一起学习,相互学习,创建学习型家庭,让孩子以学为乐。合理安排业余生活,让孩子感受到家长在分担其所遇到的困难和压力,努力创造公平、和谐的家庭气氛,把学习的主动权还给孩子。不要对孩子施加题海战术和培养所谓的特长,使孩子精力充沛健康成长。

5、要与社会、家庭教育相结合。定期召开家长会,谈心会,教师与家长要勤联系,对学生一段时间的表现及时沟通,发现了解步进与不足,采取家长配合教育,步调一致选择适合的方法教育。同时希望各级政府部门加大力度,对学校周边环境进行经常性检查,还学校一个清静的学习环境。

6、丰富校园文化生活,积极开展体育、文艺、游艺活动,充分利用学校现有资源,还可以自制体育活动器材,比如胡拉圈、毽子、乒乓球台,跳绳等,经常开展集体活动,比如,跳校园集体舞,编演课本剧等有趣的活动。

二、创设民主、和谐的教育教学精神环境。

校园的教育教学精神环境是指校园中人与人之间的关系及校园校风、氛围等,它包括小学生生活、学习和游戏的人文因素和活动空间。

心理学家苏霍姆林斯基对认知与情感的关系,作了这样一个生动而贴切的比喻:“情感如同肥沃的土地,知识的种子就播种在这个土地上。”反过来讲,如果离开“情感”这块“肥沃的土地”,也就结不出“良好的发展”的果实。

1、平等相待学生,跨越陈旧的“代沟”。

在课程改革环境下,要求教师转变心态,改变以往居高临下的权威态度,以亲切的面孔、用平等、和谐的口吻与学生交流,缩短师生间的“心距”。学生在这样一个人格得到尊重、情感得到理解、行为得到鼓励、努力得到肯定的氛围中,就能尽情释放自己潜在的创造能量,毫无顾虑地表达自己的思想感情,自然地表露出自己的困惑疑问,首先就是创设和谐轻松愉快的学习环境。

良好的课堂心理环境是高质量教学的有力保证。心理学研究表明:和谐、愉悦的氛围有助于学生积极参与课堂活动,而紧张、冷漠的气氛会大大抑制学生学习的热情。如何减轻消除学生学习上的心理压力,培养学生对学习的一种良好心态?教学中,教师要扮演好一名引导者、组织者、协作者的角色,创造最佳的心理氛围,使学生情感得到体验,心灵得到沟通,理念得到认同,情绪得到调节,行为得到训练,让学生充分地展示自我,从而使学生能学得懂、学得好、学得轻松。这样不仅增强学生的学习兴趣、信心和勇气,而且培养了学生相互协作,共同探究的精神。当学生的思维、情趣、爱好都有了张扬的空间时,就会走进老师和老师攀谈并成为朋友,为学生的心理能够健全发展打下了扎实的基础。

2、师生真诚相对,理解铸就成长。

在人际交往中,真诚是最重要的,要做到能理解别人,设身处地为他人着想。作为教师,在学生面前必须表现一个真实的自我,用真诚的爱去对待每位学生,才能使学生感到真实、可信。蒙台梭利说:“教师不仅是一个教师,还是一个心理学家,因为他要指导儿童的生活和心灵。” 开展心理健康教育有一个重要的原则就是理解。成年人渴望理解,小孩更渴望理解。许多成功的教育案例告诉我们:不理解何来教育。我们只有通过各种途径,深入地理解我们的学生,才能达到成功教育的目的。

作为一名老师,一名心理辅导员,如果不理解儿童的心理情感,不与他们真诚的相处,他是难以顺利开展工作的。随着社会的不断变化发展,人的心理也在不断地变化着。社会的因素,家庭的教育都给我们的教育带来了一定的难度,唯有积极探索,适应新情况,敢于面对新问题,才能不断地发现儿童的最新动态,走出一条与时俱进而不会落后的道路。现代的教育观认为,教师不应该是教育的主宰,不应该再有权威不可侵犯的思想。命令、强迫的教育方式其实是把软刀子,不但否定了学生的权利和尊严,导致学生的心理障碍,而且扼杀了学生的创造力。放下架子,努力创设宽松、和谐的氛围,以朋友的身份与学生交流,用真诚换真诚,让学生切实感觉到你是他的朋友,你才能深入他们的内心世界,才能使他们从心里接受你善意的意见与建议。

3、倾注真心真爱,促进感情内化。

师生心理交融的基础是感性的交情,也是爱的投入。教师应重视那些存在各种缺点的学生,多关心有心理障碍的学生。因为这些学生常常由于这样或那样的原因,心理上受到压抑,失去平衡,性格比较孤僻,心理也比较脆弱。当学生遇到不顺心的事时,就会产生不良情绪,并对学习和生活造成一定的影响。如何让这种消极的影响降到最小?我认为教师应深入了解学生,善于与学生沟通,进行谈心、交流,进而开导学生,倾听学生的内心情感,感知学生的内心世界,以老师真诚的爱去关心、呵护每个学生,让学生的心灵得以寄托,让学生的情感得到倾诉,精神得到依靠。当学生需要关心、帮助时,老师应及时伸出援助之手帮助学生,使学生幼小的心灵得到鼓舞,让学生相信自己一定能行,逐步养成良好的心理品质。

总之,加强学校心理健康教育是当前学校教育改革在新形势下的新视角,它注重全体学生的心理素质的发展,虽然,开展心理健康教育的方法与途径有很多,但我个人认为,事实也证

明了,当学生需要关心、帮助时,教师只有对学生倾注真情的爱,才能更好地塑造、净化学生的心灵,才能让学生更好地去掌握科学文化知识,学生只有在教师“真爱”的陶冶下,才能更积极地投入到学习中,这是开展心理健康教育不可缺的方法与手段。

小学生心理健康教育论文:浅谈小学生心理健康教育 当代小学生是跨世纪的一代,他们正处在身心发展的重要时期。做为一名教育工作者,每次看到一些有关学生因品行障碍或人格障碍做出违法事情的时候,我的心情便很沉重。为何有那么多的学生,会无所顾忌地去违法犯罪,为患社会,我想这除了少数客观的原因以外,更多的还在于对学生的心理素质教育不够重视,导致他们的心理不够健康。下面我来谈谈开展适合小学生身心特点的心理健康教育工作的一点体会。

1.学校内部心理环境建设是实施小学心理健康教育的基础

1.1校园主环境建设。一流教育要有一流主环境建设,主环境建设是学校心理建设的首要任务。学校主环境,应以崭新面貌出现,尽可能地体现“新颖、整洁、明亮、美丽”的风貌。要把各种建筑物构建在绿化环境中,使学校成为花园式的大教室,让池塘、名花异草、茂林修竹、绿色草坪也成为学生修身养性的环境。

1.2校园文化建设。学校要通过开展各种艺术、文化、体育、科技和学习名人等活动,提高学生兴趣,活跃学生身心,达到陶冶情操、美化生活、融洽师生关系的目的,改善学生心理环境。

1.3学校校风、班风、教风、学风“四风”建设。学生的生理、心理、智力、能力等综合素质,在良好的校风校貌这个心理环境中能得到良好的发展。良好的校风校貌也能为学校综合性心理健康教育创造良好的心理环境。

1.4学校还应努力创设良好的家庭心理环境。学校可以联合居委会等社区基层组织,定期对家长进行心理健康知识培训,向家长传授孩子身心发展的常识。让家长们认识到:培养学生良好心理素质离不开和睦、文明、明朗、愉快的家庭环境。学生从小能生活在温暖、愉快的家庭中,得到父母、长辈的正确的爱,必然会感受到家庭的温暖、安全、愉快,充满欢乐和信心,良好的情绪从小就占据心理状态的主要地位,从而保证每一个学生身心健康地发展。

2.小学生心理健康教育关键是教师

开展心理健康教育,不只是一两位专业教师的事,它还需要全体教师的重视和参与。教师不仅是学生知识的传授者,更是学生学习的楷模,他们的一言一行对学生都有较大影响。我认为为了学生的心理健康,教师还要做到以下几方面:

2.1教师要尊重学生。“该生是否尊重师长”是班主任评定一个学生品行的首要条件,而作为班主任是否问过自己“我尊重学生了吗?”尊重学生包括尊重学生的人格,尊重学生的劳动,尊重学生的成绩,尊重学生的隐私„„

2.2教师不可有私心。这“私心”指的是班主任对待学

生要公平、公正,不能感情用事。成绩好的学生都受老师的青睐,但是我们教师不能因为某某学生成绩好而偏心偏爱他,甚至做出不公平的决定。

2.3教师要讲诚信。“诚信”这词不只是适用于商品社会,也是教师要做到的。有些教师在向家长汇报学生情况时,会无意地把情况夸大或缩小;应承了学生某些事情,过后又不认帐;有时在学生面前和同事无所顾忌地乱扯„„这些微小的事儿都会让学生觉得,教师都可以说谎,我们们怎么不可以呢?

3.寓心理健康教育于各学科教学中,是开展小学心理健康教育的根本

3.1每一位教师在上课时都应该时刻记得帮助学生保持良好的情绪。对学生要和蔼可亲,以诱发其良好情绪;善于观察学生情绪变化,及时排除不良情绪的干扰;减轻学生过重的课业负担,创造生动活泼的教育教学情境,使学生乐于学习;发现并表扬学生的优点,尤其是“弱视群体”,更应及时发现他们的闪光点,抓住教育契机给予不同方式的赞许,鼓励他们进取。

3.2利用学科知识加强情感教育,培养健康情绪,使学生有良好的情感生活。

教师应该引导学生建立良好的人际关系,保持心理相容。一个学生能与周围人保持一种融洽,正常的交往,才能在心理上产生安全感,归属感和自信心。

其实 “差生”之所以差,和家庭有很多的关系,父母得占一大半责任。孩子的生活离不开家庭,家庭的不和睦以及家庭的变故都会使孩子的心灵受到伤害,使孩子性格变得孤僻、不合群,久而久之在同龄人间便产生了自卑的心理。时间一久,这种长期的心理压抑便导致了心理的扭曲,进一步导致了各种悲剧的发生。我们班的李春从小没有父母,爷爷奶奶没有重视对孩子的行为规范的教育,生活中也缺少关爱,因此李春从小就跟从一些有偷盗毛病的小朋友,养成了爱偷盗的习惯。祁刚从小父母亲就常常吵架,家庭氛围很不好,父母有时两个人都长期在外地,把他托付给亲戚照管,孩子心里缺少关爱……班里这样的学生比较多,我对他们普遍存在不良习惯和“自卑、孤独、情感谈漠”的心理问题作了深入的分析,有的学生成绩一般或不好,生活邋里邋遢,还有爱调皮的学生,他们受尽了老师的冷眼和训斥,成了教师的“出气筒”。在生理方面,有的有明显的缺陷,引起自惭形秽的心理。在智能方面,他们的智能水平低于常人,在学习与集体活动中经常处于落后地位,在家庭方面,他们的家庭有的社会地位低下,经济状况困窘或残缺,容易引起低人一等的心理。在教育方面,有些教师对优等生产生明显的偏爱心理,对于多数处于中间状态的学生来说,普遍滋长了严重的自卑。差生很大程度上,是心理上处于不健康的状态,他们渴望被温暖,渴望被重视,毕竟他们是孩子,成长需要大人的关注。

我常常教育班里表现优秀的学生孩子,要看到别人身上的长处,哪怕他是被老师定性为“差生”的同学,也有值得你学习的长处,比如有的同学成绩一般,但体育很好,或者组织能力很强等等。要从另一个角度去发现别人身上的优势和特点,而不要过早地评定一个同学。每一个同学的可塑性是非常强的,每一个方面都有可能进步,如果我们同学过早地把他定性为“很差”,那么难免引起他的心理变化,在学习活动中就会丧失信心、丧失热情,自暴自弃,自甘堕落。所以,我们不能因为他们是“差生”就放弃与他们交往,孤独和寂寞是促使他们爆炸的催化剂,而且他们的品质也不一定就恶劣,心理也不一定就扭曲,或许我们还可以改变他们。因为许多本来被定性为“差生”的孩子,到海外求学之后,却学有所成,在他身上表现出来的叛逆、好动、异想等等都成为优点,并且因为有较强的动手能力和创新意识,最终获得成功,这是非常值得人深思的地方。

作为老师,我觉得应与家长多沟通,积极地发现差生的优点并发挥他的优势,引导差生融入集体中让他们与同学多交流,为集体办事,让他们觉得自己不是被孤立的,从而使他们在心理上渐渐走出孤独,快乐地学习。让我们每一个人都来关心、维护孩子的心理健康,教师要用爱心抚慰学生的心灵,用智慧去唤醒学生的求知欲,让他们的身心都得到充分、健康地发展要作到这点,需要我们老师多关注问题学生,淡化差生这一概念,不要伤害他们,从人格上尊重所有学生。客观公正地对待学生,不可感情用事,要认识到只有一视同仁对待学生,学生才会从情感深处,萌发对老师的尊敬和信任。

特别是要摸清这些学习不好的学生形成如今学习局面的原因。帮他们认真分析成绩差的原因,深入到家庭和生活中,揪出形成问题的根源。要了解学生的心理状态。知道学生的心理症结所在,因材施教,做好他们正确的学习“向导”。给问题学生更多关爱。不能置之不理。而是更应该在生活上多多过问。这样做,会让学生感觉到学校生活的温暖,也增强了自尊心,非常有助于成绩的稳步提高。多渠道多方位、多角度的多学生进行心理健康教育找出补救的良方在语文教学中,可以通过一些介绍有关杰出人物的文章,让学生深入地朗读课文,通过人物神态动作描写体会人物内心世界,体悟人物的内心活动,从而培养学生健康稳定的情绪.在其他学科的教学中,抓住教育奇迹,因势利导。培养学生顽强进取的心理素质。

有人说:如果孩子生活在鼓励中,他便学会自信。如果孩子生活在容忍中,他便学会耐心。如果孩子生活在赞扬中,他便学会自赏。如果孩子生活在受欢迎的环境中,他便学会钟爱别人。如果孩子生活在赞同中,他便学会自爱。如果孩子生活在平等中,他便懂得什么是公正。

如果孩子生活在安全中,他便学会相信自己和周围的人。如果孩子生活在友谊中,他便会觉得他生活在一个多么美好的世界。
