I prefer the second one.As a college student, we should learn how to use our knowledge and wisdom to earn money legally.At the same time, we should make a reasonable budget to arrange the money.Only by this way, can we be the one who live with money, but not the one who live just for money!Thank you!

敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学们，大家上午好！我是来自黎苑小学二年级的刘凌菲，很高兴今天能与大家一起探讨这个永恒的话题——诚信，我演讲的题目是—— 一元钱的诚信。

什么是诚信？妈妈说：诚信就是忠诚正直，童叟无欺；爸爸说：诚信就是“君子一言，驷马难追”;而我却说：诚信就是“拉钩上吊，一百年不许变”!下面，我要给大家讲一个我亲身经历的故事。

今年期中考试期间，快到学校门口时，我突然想起忘了带橡皮，妈妈赶紧带我去附近的文具店买。可是当我们准备付钱时，妈妈却没带钱包。我急的像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转。妈妈很不好意思，用商量的语气对老板说：“老板，能不能让孩子先拿走橡皮？我接孩子时再来付钱。”老板见我着急的样子，二话没说就同意了。我连忙说了声谢谢。中午一放学，我和妈妈直奔文具店，赶紧把一元钱交给了老板。老板先是一愣，听妈妈一说才想起来，原来他早就忘记了。老板接过钱，摸着我的头说：“你真是个诚信的孩子！”

古人云：言必信，行必果。诚实守信是中华民族的传统美德。我们的祖先早就大力倡导诚实守信。春秋时期的曾子为一句话杀猪，被传为千古美谈；秦朝末年的季布“一诺千金”,免受灭顶之灾；战国时期的商鞅“城门立木”,为变法树立了威信。

钱怎么“花”，银行要补点“规矩”

近日资本市场有些传言，为保持货币市场平稳运行，央行25日称，已向一些符合宏观审慎要求的金融机构提供了流动性支持，一些自身流动性充足的银行也开始发挥稳定器作用向市场融出资金，算是对这些传言的一种回应。

有观点认为银行间利率高是因为“缺钱”，其实并非这样。今年前5月，人民币新增信贷达4.21万亿元，同比多增2792亿元;截至5月末，人民币存款余额为99.31万亿元，货币存量逼近百万亿元大关;而前5个月社会融资规模也达到9.11万亿元，比上年同期多3.12万亿元。

那么问题出在哪?恐怕出在一些银行的钱没有去该去的地方。比如一些银行利用杠杆利率主动“错配资金”：低成本吸取资金、高息放贷赚差价，大打“空手道”;而实体经济特别是广大民营经济组织却面临着严峻的“融资难”问题，一些民营企业、小微企业也因资金掣肘影响了扩大再生产。

钱怎么管?怎么用?看来不能由着银行的“性子”来。在日前召开的国务院常务会议上，李克强总理第三次提及存量资金问题，强调要优化金融资源配置，用好增量、盘活存量，更有力支持经济转型升级。此前他曾提出，“通过激活货币信贷存量支持实体经济发展”。央行也再次重申，要求银行“要按照„用好增量、盘活存量‟的要求，在保持信贷平稳适度增长的同时，调整优化信贷结构”，“为金融市场平稳运行和经济结构调整、转型升级创造良好货币条件”，让人们看到中央倒逼银行改革、将资金“赶”到实体经济中去的决心。

在并无流动性紧缩，只是结构性资金紧张的情况下，使“顽疾”暴露出来，或许对宏观经济的健康反而有所裨益。要迫使银行放弃粗放型的模式，改变金融供给结构、提高金融供给能力，未来还要进一步发挥监管机制“指挥棒”的作用，重新“立规矩”，对商业银行盈利质量、创新金融服务、支持实体经济发展等项目进行强化考核，优化金融资源配置才不会变成一句空话。



古时候，人们发明了一种东西——钱，人们用钱来衡量各种东西的价值。可以说，钱是一种交易的衡量工具，人们以物易钱又以钱易物，钱是人们心中长久以来的标准。钱可以说是必不可少的东西，但钱也是生外之物，可以说生不带来死不带去，可钱却也是这世间的万恶之源，钱多可以诗人富裕，钱少的人就相对贫穷。钱能使人便懒惰、贪婪，甚至为了钱有的人还去犯罪，很多犯罪案都是因为没有钱而发生的，小到小偷小摸，大到杀人、抢银行。

问世间钱为何物？

其实，“钱乃生外之物”这句话说得一点也没有错，就算赚再多的钱，也会随着人的死亡而变得没有用处。而把这些钱留给儿女，只会使他们变得好吃懒做，但钱最终还是会花完的，当没钱时，他们就会去犯罪，想不劳而获。

钱是一面镜子，它可以反映出人性最丑恶的一面，有的人为了钱而出卖兄弟，有的人为了钱而杀死朋友，还有的人为了钱杀死亲人。

钱究竟是什么，可是人变得如此疯狂，失去人性。其实，说白了，钱就是一种金属贺劲，主要还是看你用什么心态去看待它！
