亲们，本人为安财《大学生英语辅导周刊》的一名代理（一共两名），在新生即将来到之际，为了我报的宣传和销售，需要15名左右业务员。

业务员的主要工作是到寝室内部进行宣传以及销售报纸，报纸为周报，一次购买，即发一年，每周发一次。每份报纸价格为150元。业务员的保底工作量是发3份报纸（每年），无基本工资，但是每发一份报纸都有20元提成哦！（你懂得，优越网神马的需要150的会费，工作大多是发单之类，辛苦一下午，夏天热冬天又很冷，才赚二三十，我们发出一份报纸就有20元提成哦！）每一个业务员的提成是如下的：

《大学英语辅导周刊》校园代理发行协议

甲方：《大学英语辅导周刊》高校发行中心

乙方：

本着互惠互利的原则，甲乙双方经友好协商，就乙方在荆楚理工学院区域负责甲方产品《大学英语辅导周刊》的市场开发、宣传、征订及售后服务工作达成如下协议。

一、代理条件

1、乙方需交纳市场保证金100元，大写（壹佰元）。签订协议时必须足额缴纳，未足额支付的本协议视为无效。

2、乙方需完成20份的任务订单。

3、学生证、身份证复印件各一份，认真填写代理信息登记表。

二、乙方的权力及义务

1、甲方会为乙方提供本协议规定的佣金及奖励。

2、甲方会为乙方提供统一业务培训或者单独电话业务培训。

3、甲方会为乙方提供报纸及相关物料配送到校门口的服务。

4、甲方会为乙方提供聘书或者荣誉证书奖励。

5、乙方自协议签订之日后，在202_年5月前必须招10名以上业务员，与之签订协议并收取10元的工作物料（样报、收据、赠品等）押金，同时将工作物料押金交给甲方。

6、招聘业务员期间，乙方需通过电话或者信息向甲方汇报自己工作开展的情况；征订工作开始后，乙方每天晚上要与甲方取得联系，以便于甲乙双方共同做好业务员的招聘及报刊的征订工作。

7、乙方务必及时了解本区域竞争刊物的情况（定价、赠品、报酬等）、学校的相关政策报告给甲方，协助甲方做好校园公关，为征订工作创造良好的外部环境。

8、乙方需认真学习甲方提供的相关培训材料，协助甲方做好业务员的培训工作，按照甲方的指导做好市场的布置。

9、新生报到期间，乙方必须亲自带队去做征订工作，组织业务员积极开展征订工作，同时当天晚上做好订量统计向甲方汇报，并将业务员手中报款回收到自己手中。

10、乙方务必配合甲方做好报纸的收发工作，保证订户及时收到报刊。

三、甲方的权利及义务

1、乙方在规定时间内完不成业务员的招聘工作，甲方有权取消合作并扣除保证金。

2、乙方在协议期内有不服从管理、经常联系不上等现象出现，甲方有权取消合作并扣除保证金。

3、乙方在协议期内不能够完成任务订单，甲方有权没收市场保证金。

4、甲方按照协议规定足额支付乙方佣金及奖励。

5、甲方每月务必按时将报纸送到乙方手中，若遇到物流出现特殊情况甲方将提前告知乙方。

6、甲方负责指导乙方开展相关的宣传、征订工作。

7、甲方收到乙方报款后若出现少发、不发报刊现象，甲方将退还乙方全额报款并赔偿乙方损失贰仟元。

四、任务订单、代理保证金、业务员数量、佣金

1、任务订单为20份，代理保证金为100元，业务员数量至少10名。

2、乙方负责区域全年订单4 0份以下，甲方给予乙方45元/份的佣金；乙方负责区

域全年订单41-70份以上，甲方给予乙方46元/份的佣金；乙方负责区域全年订单71-100份以上，甲方给予乙方47元/份的佣金；乙方负责区域全年订单101份以上，甲方给予乙方48元/份的佣金。

五、授权形式、结算方式

1、甲方与乙方签订代理协议并向乙方及其业务员提供征订工作所需的聘书文件。

2、乙方在新生报到二周之后必须将手中已有征订份数的报款（扣除自己的佣金）交给本协议指

定人，以后续订份数的款项及时与甲方结算。甲方在收到乙方款项后续发后期报纸，若乙方私自克扣报款或者延迟付款，甲方有权停发报刊从而给订户造成的损失由乙方承担。汇款时务必联系甲方做好详细登记。

六、市场管理

1、管理目的坚持在指定代理区域销售，严格按照甲方规定开展工作，严格遵守报社售价。防止恶性价格竞

争，确保乙方的合理利润，维护报社的信誉。

2、管理条例

a、遵守报社统一售价（120元），禁止低价销售。

b、严格按照甲方的规定与每位业务员签订协议并收取相关的物料费，禁止不收或者收后不上交

私自挪用。

3、市场管理奖罚措施

a、奖励：

乙方按照甲方要求在规定时间内完成50名业务员的招聘工作，甲方给予乙方50元的现金奖

励；乙方按照甲方要求在规定时间内完成100名业务员的招聘工作，甲方给予乙方100元的现金奖励。

乙方的业务员完成20份订单者，甲方给乙方优秀业务员颁发“优秀发行标兵”荣誉证书。b、处罚：

乙方在协议期内完不成本协议第一条第二款规定的任务订单，甲方将全额扣除乙方交纳的市

场保证金。

乙方在新生开学期间私自放弃本工作或者从事其他校园产品（英语报纸）的销售活动，甲方

有权扣除保证金并勒令乙方赔偿市场损失伍仟元。

七、征订物料配送

1、乙方在规定时间内将工作物料押金交给甲方，甲方确认收到款项后于乙方学校放暑假之前或

者新生报到前10天派送到乙方手中。【甲乙双方协商而定】

2、甲方严格按照乙方的汇款金额提供征订物料。备注：物料10元/套。

3、征订工作结束，乙方完成订单超出派送物料数目或有其他损失数目需要甲方补发时，甲方将

及时给乙方进行派送。

八、代理保证金的退还

1、依据本协议第二条第二款之规定，若乙方未完成任务订单，不退还保证金。任务订单完成的，代理保证金全部退还。

2、完成任务订单的基础上，保证金分一次性退还。即订报结束后，乙方及时与甲方结清报款退

还上一条规定应退的全部金额，此费用直接从报款中扣除。

3、当年征订工作结束后自10月1日起，甲方将续签下一年的校园代理合作协议，乙方可以优

先续签或者乙方推荐优秀人选续签，续签成功者甲方提前退还乙方第二部分代理保证金并给予50元的现金奖励。

九、报纸售后

1、甲方每月月底之前将本月报刊交给乙方，由乙方或者乙方委托人负责接货并及时送达订户手

中。从甲方至乙方送报过程中产生的送报费甲方承担，从乙方至终端购买者过程中产生的送刊费由乙方支付。

2、乙方收到报刊后发现缺报、废报时要及时联系售后总部0371-60105937做好登记，甲方将及

时补发或者随下期报纸补发。

3、若在运输途中有不可抗力等特殊情况导致乙方没有收到报刊甲乙双方需及时沟通，共同做好

报刊售后服务工作。

十、争议解决

本协议在履行期间，凡因本合同发生的争执、纠纷，甲乙双方可协商解决。如果在争议开始

后15日内未达成一致，任何一方可在甲方所在地人民法院申请诉讼，除另有裁决外，诉讼费由败诉方承担。在裁决期间，除争议事项外，本协议规定的其它部分应继续执行

十一、合同生效

本协议自签订之日起生效，至乙方所有的送报工作结束后终止。本协议一式两份，甲乙双方

各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
