(一)工地管理人员及职工休假制度
第一条、本规定适用对象:公司明确规定管理人员及职工(正式在编)。第二条、休假管理规定
1、每星期可休假1天,休假时间可累计、可调休、可兑现。
2、每二个月回家一次,公司报销差旅费(交通、住宿、餐饮、交际等费用)。
3、休假含路上时间。
4、超过休假天数,则按每天的工资,相应扣除。
5、新员工工作满三个月可享受此待遇,试用期内不享受此待遇。
6、工作不超过1个月,辞职、辞退的不予报销任何费用。
7、休假填写休假单。第三条、休假费用报销
1、交通费用以直线距离为准,绕道办公事可与报销,但必须报备项目经理及以上管理人员。
2、如遇汽车或火车晚点导致班车跟不上,必须猪舍必须报备项目经理及以上,票据必须是发票,收据必须是盖上宾馆公章并有联系电话,费用上下陷80—100,3、来回途中,吃饭标准为15元每顿,早餐不报销。路程超过1天,早餐可报销10元每顿。第四条、报销流程
1、所有个人产生的费用,如需符合第一、二、三条或符合公司报销规定的,则必须经公司审批后,方可报销。

关于各车间管理休假制度
1、目的为进一步规范管理人员,保持良好的生产和工作秩序,特制定本管理办法。
2、适用范围
本办法适用于车间管理人员.(不含公司一线操作工、带班(组)长、车间统计员)
3、车间主任休假管理规定
A:车间主任相互挂靠规定及配置
1)车间主任休假时需与挂靠车间主任进行工作交接,安排好第二天的生产工作.2)挂靠车间主任必须承担起车间的日常管理工作.3)车间主任休假当天,车间出现任何质量问题及工伤事故,责任由车间主任、挂靠车间主任各承担一半.4)车间主任休假期间,出现挂靠车间主任无法处理的异常问题,本车间主任应立即停止休假返回公司处理.5)车间主任休假按以下挂靠配置图相互协助:
B:车间主任休假注意事项
1)车间主任外出(离开公司)必须经上级领导同意并在《生产部外出登记表》详细填写相关信息后方能外出.2)在不影响工作的前提下每月可以休假4天(不得连休),如因工作需要而无法正常休假的(职员应服从公司的工作安排),少休部分予以发放未休补贴。
3)每周休息一天,休假需安排在周末(即周六、周日)进行,且不得连休。
4)休假前一天需到厂部进行登记并与挂靠车间主任进行工作交接, 未经相关审批人批准擅自休假(月底以审批权限人在<请休假单>上的签字为当月请休假有效批准,口头答应不算)作旷工处理。
5)如果遇特殊情况不能事前请假的,必须在1天内电话或者委托他人告知领导,并于事后办理补假手续(补假按请假程序执行)未告知的按旷工论处。(注:因迟到申请补假者,一律不允许审批)
6)凡请假未经批准、事前不请假、假期满未续假、续假未批者、无故不上班者以旷工论处。旷工扣除三倍旷工时间的工资,连续旷工三天以上者,按自动离职处理。
本制度自2014年2月起执行,公司原有制定的相关制度、规定与本制度如有抵触,以本制度为准。

连云港市科技局职工休假请假制度
为了维护职工休息休假权利,调动职工工作积极性,根据《公务员法》和《劳动法》的规定,依据《国务院关于修改<全国年节及纪念日放假办法>的决定》和《职工带薪年休假条例》的规定,现对机关工作人员休假请假制度予以修订。
一、休假制度
(一)国家法定节日
1、全体职工放假的节日:
(1)新年,放假1天(1月1日);(2)春节,放假3天(农历除夕、正月初
一、初二);(3)清明节,放假1天(农历清明当日);(4)劳动节,放假1天(5月1日);(5)端午节,放假1天(农历端午当日);(6)中秋节,放假1天(农历中秋当日);(7)国庆节,放假3天(10月1日、2日、3日)。
2、部分职工放假的节日及纪念日:
(1)妇女节(3月8日),妇女放假半天;(2)青年节(5月4日),14周岁以上28周岁以下的青年放假半天。
(二)公休假
1、机关职工(包括公务员、工勤人员和临时聘用人员)连续工作1年以上的,享受带薪年休假(以下简称年休假)。职工在年休假期间享受与正常工作期间相同的工资收入。
2、职工累计工作满1年不满10年的,年休假5天;已满10年不满20年的,年休假10天;已满20年的,年休假15天。国家法定节日、公休日不计入年休假的假期。
3、职工有下列情形之一的,不享受当年的年休假:
(1)上考核不称职;(2)职工请事假累计20天以上;(3)累计工作满1年不满10年的职工,请病假累计2个月以上的;(4)累计工作满10年不满20年的职工,请病假累计3个月以上的;(5)累计工作满20年以上的职工,请病假累计4个月以上的。如当年享受了年休假以后,其病、事假假期超过了本条第2、3、4、5款其中一款规定的,则其不再享受下一的年休假。(6)参加学习、培训、进修及各类脱产学习一年以上,当年不享受休假。
4、单位对年休假实行登记管理,每年初编制本年休假计划,统筹安排工作人员分期分批休假,不能一次安排的,可在不突破国家规定休假天数的前提下分期休假。年休假一般不跨安排,确因工作需要不能安排休假的,经领导批准,原则上于次年安排补休。已列入休假计划,因个人原因不休假的,视为放弃休假。
5、县处级干部休假计划报市委组织部备案,其中党政主要负责同志休假前要向市委、市政府报告。职工休年休假必须提前三天以书面形式向所在处室负责人提出,经分管领导同意后,报局长批准,并送办公室登记备案。
6、职工在年休假期间,如因工作需要或遇特殊紧急情况,应自觉服从组织上的安排,提前结束休假,事后安排补休。
(三)探亲假
1、凡参加工作满一年的职工,与配偶、父母不住在同一城市(县级城市),又不能在公休假日团聚的(按正常的交通工具在公休日不能到达),按规定可以享受探亲假。探亲假中包括公休日和国家法定节日。
2、探亲假期:
(1)职工探望配偶的,每年给予一方探亲假一次,假期为三十天。
(2)未婚职工探望父母,原则上每年给假一次,假期二十天。如因工作
需要或职工自愿两年探亲一次的,可给假期四十五天。(3)已婚职工探望父母的,每四年给假一次,假期为二十天。如夫妻双方均为独生子女的,如父母或岳父母、公婆均居住在异地,可在每四年一次探父母的假期里选择探父母或探岳父母、公婆。(4)探亲假期是指职工与配偶、父母团聚的时间,另外根据实际需要给予路程假。
3、职工探望配偶和未婚职工探望父母的往返路费,每年报销一次,夫妇只能一方报销。已婚职工探望父母的往返路费超出本人工资30%的部分由所在单位报销。职工在休假期间,工资福利待遇不变。
4、职工休探亲假须以书面形式向处室负责人提出,经分管领导同意后,报请局长批准,并送办公室登记备案。
5、探亲假原则上可和公休假合并使用。
(四)婚假
1、婚假是指单位职工结婚而享受的假期。法定婚假为3天。符合晚婚年龄(男年满25周岁、女年满23周岁)的初婚者,可以享受晚婚假共15天,双方达到双方享受,一方达到一方享受。再婚的可享受法定婚假,不能享受晚婚假。
2、职工在休婚假期间,工资福利待遇不变。
3、婚假期间如遇公休假和法定节日,不顺延。
4、职工休婚假,须经处室负责人、分管领导同意,报请局长批准,并送办公室登记备案。
(五)女职工产假
产假是指女职工生育子女时所享受的特殊假期。
1、产检假
(1)怀孕第1-6个月,可享受1天假期,用于妊娠确认,申请生育指标,以及生产培训等。
(2)怀孕第6和第7个月,每个月可享受1天假期。
(3)怀孕第8个月,可享受2天假期。
(4)怀孕9个月以上,可享受4天假期,但其中2天已包括在预产假中。
2、产假
(1)女职工生育享受90天的产假,包括15天的预产假。已婚妇女23周岁以上生育第一个子女为晚育,实行晚育的,增加产假15天;难产增加产假30天;多胞胎生育的,每多生育一个婴儿增加产假15天。怀孕三个月以内流产的,根据医疗单位证明,给予20-30天的产假;三个月以上七个月以下流产的,产假42天,七个月以上流产的,产假90天。
(2)产假中包括公休日和国家法定节日。产假期间工资福利待遇不变。
(3)女职工产假期满后,因本人身体原因仍不能工作的,经医疗单位证明需继续休假的,其继续休假期按病假处理。
(4)属于晚育的,男职工可享受七天护理假,工资、奖金和其他福利待遇照发。
(5)女职工休产假,须经处室负责人、分管领导同意,报请局长批准,并送办公室登记备案。
(六)丧假
丧假是指职工的直系亲属死亡时,为料理丧事而享受的假期。直系亲属包括父母、配偶、子女及配偶的父母。
1、丧假为5天。如果职工死亡的直系亲属在外地,需要职工本人去外地料理丧事的,可根据路程远近,另外给予职工路程假。
2、职工在休丧假和路程假期间,工资福利待遇不变。职工在途中的车船费等,由职工本人自理。
3、职工休丧假,须向处室负责人、分管领导报告,并报办公室登记备案。
二、请假制度
(一)病假
病假是指单位职工患病,经医疗机构证明不能坚持正常工作,需要治疗或休养而享受的假期。
1、职工请病假需持有医疗机构出具的病假证明,经所在处室负责人、分管领导同意,报请局长批准方可休病假,并送办公室登记备案。
2、职工一年内病假累计超过六个月的,不参加当年考核,不确定考核等次。
(二)事假
事假是指职工因私事必须处理,经组织批准的假期。
1、职工请事假,有年休假的应先使用年休假,只有在年休假已休完的情况下,才能请事假。
2、职工请事假在1天以内的,须经处室负责人同意;1天以上的须经处室负责人和分管领导同意,报请局长批准;处室负责人请事假须经分管领导同意,报请局长批准。
3、因急事无法事先请事假的,应及时打电话向处室负责人或分管领导请假。休假完后及时补充完善相关手续。
4、职工事假期间的待遇:当年事假累计在10天以内的,待遇不变;当年事假累计超过10天不满20天的,扣发当年年终目标奖的50%;当年事假累计超过20天不满30天的,扣发当年年终目标奖的75%;当年事假累计在30天以上的,取消当年年终目标奖。
5、职工当年事假累计超过30天的,不参加当年考核,不确定考核等次。
三、其他
1、职工休假、请假,均需书面申请,写明理由和期限,并按本制度中的有关规定,由处室负责人或有关领导签字同意后,由本人及时送办公室登记备案。
2、职工休假、请假,必须做好工作的衔接,不得贻误或影响工作。
3、旷工或者因公外出、请假期满无正当理由逾期不归连续超过15天,或者一年内累计超过30天的,予以辞退。
4、办公室负责休假、请假的登记备案工作,年终负责将单位职工休假、请假、补休情况予以公示;监察室负责职工休假、请假、补休情况的督查;财务人员负责按政策规定核实报销有关费用。
5、本制度由办公室负责解释。如国家和省、市有新的政策规定,按新的政策规定执行。事业单位可参照执行。
6、本制度从印发之日起施行。
第四篇:职工考勤与休假制度
动物卫生监督所 职工考勤与休假制度
为如实考核,准确登记职工出、缺勤情况,掌握本单位职工外出缘由、去向,避免因漏岗耽误工作,严肃工作纪律,确保各项工作正常、有效运转,特制定本制度。
一、区动物卫生监督所全体干部职工,必须严格遵守劳动纪律,遵守作息时间,坚守工作岗位,不得迟到早退,不得擅离职守。严格执行请销假制度,未经批准,不得擅离工作岗位。
二、区动物卫生监督所所长负责对所内职工考勤,所长根据情况不定期抽查工作人员在岗情况,并进行考勤登记。考勤登记作为职工考核、评优、评先的重要依据。
三、凡工作时间外出开会、调研、下基层等均采取报告制度,即工作人员外出向所长报告。
四、因病、因事不能上班必须请假。请假半天内(含半天)向所长请假,1天以内(含1天)由向局分管领导审批;请假1天以上由局主要领导审批。
五、职工休假必须书面申请,首先获得经所长批准的假条,并按照请假时间向送局分管领导和主要领导审批,后休假条交局办公室登记备查。确因特殊情况(因病、意外事故等)不能事先请假的应及时通过电话说明情况,事后补交假条。非特殊情况不得用电话、带话、带条子等方式请假,也不得事后补请假。
休产假、婚假、丧假、探亲假等按国家有关规定执行。
六、职工带薪年休假
(一)职工累计工作已满1年不满10年的,年休假5天;已满10年不满20年的,年休假10天;已满20年的,年休假15天。
国家法定休假日、休息日不计入年休假的假期。
(二)符合年休假条件的职工,经本人提出申请,单位统筹安排休假时间。
职工年休假必须书面申请,首先获得所长批准,并按规定呈局分管领导和主要领导审批,后交局办公室登记备查。
年休假在1个内可以集中安排,也可以分段安排,一般不跨安排。
(三)确因工作需要,单位不能安排职工休年休假的,经职工本人同意,可以不安排职工休年休假。对职工应休未休的年休假天数,按照有关规定,由单位支付应休而未休年休假天数的工资报酬。
七、休病假必须持有区级以上(含区级)医院的诊断证明。
八、休假人员假满到岗时应及时向准假领导销假,需要延长休假的必须办理续假手续。
九、职工不经请假或请假未准,私自离开工作岗位,或休假过期不返者,一律按旷工处理。
本制度从公布之日起执行。

工作时间及地点WORKING HOURS AND WORKING PLACES
1.1.工作时间的开始及结束Commencement and Cessation of Working Hours 工作时间Working Hours: 根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》规定,员工每周工作时间为40小时(不包括用餐时间)。员工将获得 每周两天的休息日。

Every employee must go to work on time and fulfill his obligations and absence, late-coming or early off-duty is not accepted if there is no prior approval of the supervisor.1.2.1 每个员工在每天上下班时,必须刷考勤卡以备公司考核。
Each employee should punch a clock card whenever entering and leaving the company.The record will be used as a proof of attendance by the company.1.2.2 由于工作原因在外工作的员工考勤由主管另作记录。
The registration of the working time of outstation workers shall be done manually by the supervisor in charge.1.2.3 无故缺勤和擅自离岗将导致扣发工资和纪律处分。未经同意而出现持续3天或3天以上天数的缺勤将导致公司对员工的解聘或被视为劳动合同自动终止。

2.1.薪金Salary 公司以合理的薪金制度吸引并激励每一位优秀员工。
The company attracts and retains each of its outstanding members with a sound salary system.公司内每一个岗位的收入水平将由公司每年参照市场薪金水平来调整确定,期间还将考虑公司的经营业绩和对员工工作绩效的评估。

3.1 法定节假日Paid Public Holidays 员工每年均享有劳动法和相关政策规定的法定节假日。
Employee is entitled to have paid public holidays per calendar year in accordance with the labor laws and statutes.3.2 年休假Annual Leave 员工自加入本公司后,按比例享有带薪年休假,但只在试用期满后方可使用。在每月的15日之前(含15日)加入的员工,服务期以该月开始计算。年休假规定如下(若无特别说明,“天”代指“工作日”): Employee shall be entitled to have paid annual leave on pro rata basis since joining the company, but can only enjoy after successfully passing the probation.Full month service will be recognized for employee who joins before or on the 15th of each month.Details of annual leave are as follows(If not specified, “days” on behalf of that “working day”): 员工享有的年休假: An employee is eligible for:

In case of termination of employment contract, the due days of annual leave accrued for the current year will be computed on proportional basis.If the used days of annual leave are different to the computed days, Australian Hub shall offer compensation or claim for repayment for the gap of days: Gap of days of annual leave × average salary per diem in the year the employment is terminated.3.3 病假申请程序及待遇Paid Sick Leave 本条款明确关于病假的申请程序和相关待遇,以确保该政策符合国家劳动法及相关法律、法规的规定,尽力使员工的工作和生活获得平衡。

Advice of Withdrawing from Work issued by hospital(employee is recommended to keep the photocopies of the supporting documents).如果员工因病不能上班,必须在生病当天向部门经理口头申请,超过一日不能上班的,需在生病休息两日内向部门经理提交书面病假申请,同时提交病假申请所需证明资料给部门经理审核,并交给公司人事部门存档。经部门经理批准后员工可以开始享受病假;如本人确实无法履行上述告知义务,可委托其直系亲属代为履行。

The company will decide on whether the employee is entitled to enjoy the paid sick leave by referring to the diagnosis record, corporate regulations and labor law.In certain cases, the company reserves the right to seek reference from hospital or advice from the doctors.如员工向公司提供的病假证明被证明是虚假的,其已经享受的病假期间公司将按旷工处理。在规定的通知日期限内,员工未以规定形式按时向部门经理请假且未经批准擅自休病假的,也将被视为旷工。员工有上述情况旷工达3天及以上的,将被视为严重违反劳动纪律,公司有权利立即解除劳动合同并不支付任何经济补偿金。
If the employee is found to have provided false sick leave proofs, the period of leave will be regarded as unauthorized absence.If the employee takes sick leave without submitting application for leave to his department manager in the specified form within the deadline of notice and without approval of his / her department manager, it will also be regarded as unauthorized absence.If such unauthorized absence amounts to over three(3)days, it will be regarded as a severe breach of discipline which may entitle the company to immediately terminate the employment contract without paying any compensation.3.3.2 病假期间的福利待遇 Benefits for the Period of Sick Leave 在员工严格遵守公司关于病假申请规定的情况下,员工自加入公司后,按比例每年可享有 3 天全额工资支付的带薪病假,但只在试用期满后方可使用。如职工该年未休病假,则既不能积累也无补偿。
In strict compliance with the regulations on application for sick leave, the employee shall be entitled to a fully paid sick leave of 3 days each calendar year on pro rata basis after joining the company, but can only enjoy after successfully passing the probation.The entitled paid sick leave can neither be accumulated nor compensated if it was not be used.对于员工超过规定天数的病假待遇计算,公司将根据国家和地方法律法规有关医疗期的期限和工资比例的规定予以处理。
A sick leave in excess of approved fully paid sick leave days will be counted according to the provisions regarding the duration and salary percentage of medicial period in national and local laws and regulations.3.3.3 医疗期满后待遇After the Medical Period a).医疗期满后,员工能从事原工作的,返回原工作岗位,公司可继续履行与员工签订的劳动合同。After the medical period, if the employee is found competent for the job, the employee may resume his original position under the original employment contract.b).医疗期满后仍不能从事原工作也不能从事由公司另行安排的工作的,由劳动鉴定委员会参照工伤与职业病致残程度鉴定标准进行劳动能力鉴定。

Work injury leave will be paid by basic salary without any bonus and allowance.工伤假到期而身体未愈,应及时办理续假手续,否则中断工伤假待遇。
If work injury leave period not enough for the health recovering, employee shall apply for injury leave extension, otherwise company keep the right to stop the entitled leave.3.5 无薪事假Unpaid Private Leave 无薪事假仅在被批准的特别的情况下被允许。员工请事假必须提前书面向所在部门主管请假,准假后方能离开。书面申请表必须到人力资源部门备案。事假期间不发放工资。事假通常每次不得超过3个工作日,通常每年不得超过7个工作日。

符合国家计划生育政策的女性员工依法可享受产假,具体按照当地的法律法规执行。相关程序规定如下: Female employees who meet the family planning policy of the government are entitled to enjoy maternity leave according to local related laws and government regulations.The related procedures are stipulated as follows: 员工确诊怀孕后,应及时通知其直接主管,同时告知预产期,以便公司对孕期女员工予以适当的照顾。After the employee is confirmed to be pregnant, she shall timely notice her immediate superior the situation and also the expected date of childbirth, so that the company can make corresponding arrangement for the employee.经直接主管书面批准同意,员工可选择开始休产假的日期,通常应于预产期前2周填写休假申请表,向公司人力资源部申请产假。

If the employee does not use maternity leave in the specified period, it is deemed as a waiver to such right.If the employee is absent from work without going through application formalities for the maternity leave, it is deemed as unauthorized absence from work.If such absence exceeds 3 days, it will be regarded as a serious breach of discipline, which will be handled according to company regulations.员工产假期间的工资待遇公司将按有关国家法律法规的规定计发。
