客户来访规定

请业务员务必要熟读以下规定,提高自己的业务水准!

为了利用好大家的工作时间,节约有限的公司资源,提高公司的运作效率。现针对客户来访作以下规定:

由于大部分国外客户都有中国代理,或顾问陪同,在我们还不了解他们的背景关系的情况下,不能随便带客户参观工厂。

针对不同的情况我们做以下有关规定,并且对客户的所有回答,业务员都必须遵循站在客户的角度去做回答的原则,例如说“是因为考虑到你们销售市,货期,及销售的时间……所以我们才……,而不是说你们的采购需求和我们的路线不匹配等话语。

情况一:客户要求拜访公司,希望看看我们的产品。

针对这种情况,业务员要了解客户的背景、求购的产品款式和材质、数量以及目标价格。只有当我们了解到足够多的信息后,我们才知道花个半天时间去陪同这样的客户是否有意义。如果他要做目标价格为5美金以下的公文包,那么业务员可以直接跟客户说明白我们的核心产品是以真皮为主,价格范围在……,我们担心产品无法满足你们的市场需求,担心会影响你们的销售情况,因此如果以后你们有匹配双方市场的产品采购需求,期待合作。客户听后会明白的。因此在邮件中或是在电话中必须问清楚情况再做下一步决定。

情况二:客户要求直接参观工厂。

针对这种情况,业务员同样要先了解客户的背景、求购的产品款式和材质、数量以及目标价格。当客户不是我们的目标客户,那么可参照情况一的做法。当客户是我们的目标客户,那么可以请他先到公司,我们可以说“因为工厂在郊区,路途颠颇遥远,我们在这里设一个办公室就是为了方便客户来参观,请先到我们公司观看产品,我们的产品直接反映工厂的做工和质量。假如客户对产品满意,需要看工厂,那么可以说:很高兴听到你要去参观我们的工厂,而且想看一下我们帮你生产时的具情况,就如现在这产品的质量亲眼可见,为了你能现场监控大货的质果,你可以先付定,当备好料后,我们会亲自邀请你或是你的代理来工厂,这样是不是节约了你的时间呢?

假如客户不愿意交订金,坚持需要先看工厂,那么无论他要什么产品,都只能带他回我们自己的展望厂。

第三篇:客户来参观工厂

客户来参观工厂是很正常的事情, 无论是中间商还是工厂, 做好接待工作也是比较关键的.但由于风俗,习惯等各方面的不同, 会造成很多麻烦, 所以作个标准流程还是必要的,俺先抛砖引玉:

1.敲定客户访问时间, 航班, 访问人员名单,职位, 手机号码等信息,以便安排相应接待.2.同客户商讨参观访问行程表, 同工厂(公司接待部门)沟通, 一切敲定之后, 发送邮件货传真让客户确认, 同时让工厂做好接待准备.3.安排酒店: 和客户敲定酒店星级,房间(一人一间,还是share room, 楼层,吸烟区和非吸烟区等等细节,酒店挑选上要注意, 很多酒店号称5星, 结果连3星的水平都没有,客户住一个晚上就受不了吵着要换房.一般比较保险是选择外资管理的酒店,也可以参考携程等网站的评价决定.)然后就近安排(距离工厂近的地方或者距离机场近的酒店), 安排妥当以后, 告知客户具体饭店地址电话.4.打印访问行程表, 准备工厂资料和产品资料, 客户所要求的资料等文件, 装订.5.根据客户的国籍, 宗教信仰准备饮食和话题(多做功课, 以免犯给穆斯林吃猪肉这样的低级错误).6.安排接机车辆(根据客户人数,行李多少确定安排车辆, 5座,7座还是bus,上次有位朋友在北京接待客户, 碰到车牌单双号限制, 工厂的几辆小车都是单号, 结果只好安排了一个19座的金龙bus接待两个客户, 晕),制作接机牌, 客户到达当日,安排专人负责接机, 原则是宜早不宜晚, 省的一边客户在机场干等, 一边你在机场高速路上换轮胎.车上可以随便聊聊: 对方对中国的了解程度, 他们的禁忌等等,他们此次中国行还有什么其他安排等, 刺探一些情报.7.一般是先接送至酒店后, 将访问时行程和工厂资料等文件交给客户, 敲定第二天参观访问事项, 也有客户直接先去工厂参观, 务必提前让工厂准备.8.第二天准时至酒店接客户(不同国家的客户对时间的观念会有不同, 我方一般提早10分钟在酒店大堂等候)

9.接到工厂或者办公室之后, 根据行程表进行参观访问和会谈, 安排专人记录会议内容,(如果第一次接触, 应安排多媒体会议室, 双方可以用投影幻灯对各自的企业进行介绍).10.访问结束后, 准备一份小礼品送给客户, 一般挑有中国特色的, 比如茶叶, 工艺品等(最牛比是一次去东北,工厂送客户人参, 看起来价值不菲).如果你是中间商, 最好自己准备礼品, 随机应变, 以免客户赠送礼品而工厂未准备礼品而找成尴尬.11.访问以后, 根据客户的意见, 适当安排娱乐购物等活动, 很多不发达国家的客户往往要求去购物, 特别是电子产品, 服装等, 且对价格比较敏感.有些客户则希望去采购中国特色的商品, 如丝绸, 茶叶, 瓷器等等.另外有客户想去酒吧等场所, 因此在接待之前务必做好功课, 了解附近的餐馆, 酒吧, 购物,娱乐场所等.有些客户比较随意, 可以安排一些中国特色的活动, 比如喝茶, 看戏, 参观景点等等.12.送客户, 一般送到机场.有些客户不喜欢麻烦人, 自己搞定, 这样送至酒店即可.在飞机起飞前,应给客户打电话道别.13.收尾: 这个工作务必做好.客户走后, 及时发邮件给客户, 一是问候, 二是将本次访问双方达成的共识, 或者会议记录, 备忘录发给客户, 敦促这个项目的执行.几个小点:

1.着装: 接机和会议时一般用正装, 带客户娱乐购物时便装.2.参观: 严格按照工厂的参观制度, 特别是一些医药生产企业, 涉及到安全,卫生, 不让进去的地方就是不能进去, 不然随随便便, 人家会对工厂的管理等产生疑问.3.饮食, 一般来说, 不用太隆重, 接待穆斯林, 最好是鱼, 虽然他们也吃牛羊肉, 但是对加工的方法很讲究.如果时间紧,一般麦当劳的鱼香汉堡解决, 时间充裕, 就可以推荐一些中国菜, 海鲜什么的.印度人不吃牛肉.西方人最保险是西餐, 大酒店自助餐一般不错.韩国日本就比较好弄了.

1、所修饰词的不同

how many用来修饰可数名词的复数,它的句式是:How many+复数名词+一般疑问句+

how much用来修饰不可数名词,表示数量,也可单独使用。

2、how many的用法

(1)对there be句型中主语的数量如:some, five, only one等提问时,如果主语是可数名词,不管主语是单数还是复数一般都用复数形式提问,因为问话人不知道具体的数量是多少,而且many只能接可数名词复数形式,所以be一定要用are.即用How many+可数名词复数+are there+地点/时间状语 的句型结构.例如:

1)There is a book on the desk.(用how many改为特殊疑问句)

How many books are there on the desk

2)There are seven days in a week.(对划线部分进行提问)

How many days are there in a week

(2)记忆口诀

how many在句首,名词复数跟着走,一般问句紧相随,其它成分不要丢.3、how much 的用法

(1)用来询问事物的数量,后接不可数名词。例如:

How much milk is there in the glass 玻璃杯里有多少牛奶?

(2)用来询问事物的重量。例如:

-How much does the pig weigh 这头猪多重?

-Eighty kilos.八十公斤。

(3)how much 意为“多少钱”时,可单独使用,也可构成词组how much money,但英语中常省略money,用来询问某物的价钱、价格。

(注意:how much询问价格时,它的回答若是中国的货币单位应采用汉语拼音yuan,fen来表示,几角常采用几十分来表示,字母用小写,且不用复数。例如:

-How much is the eraser 这块橡皮擦多少钱?-Ninety two fen.九角二分。)

(4)用来询问数字计算的结果,相当于what。例如:

-How much is three plus one 三加一等于多少?

-It''''s four.等于四。
