英语阅读在初中英语教学中越来越重要,考试所占的比例也越来越大,为了让学生更加重视英语阅读,强化学生的阅读意识,提高大家英文阅读的能力以及自主阅读的能力,同时英语文章中蕴藏着很多的英美文化知识,这也是一个学习英语的人必需了解的,使同学们对阅读的模式有一个整体的认识,提高同学们的英语阅读能力和学习英语的兴趣,为之后的英语学习打下良好的基础。经英语教研组讨论决定开展中学英语阅读比赛,具体比赛方案如下:

一、比赛时间:5月22日(周三中午12:30)

二、比赛地点:小学部二楼电教室

三、参赛对象:七、八、九年级每班各选派5名学生参赛

四、出卷及阅卷教师:

七年级组:陆朝亮老师负责出试卷,改卷:初一全体英语老师。八年级组:岳贞刚老师负责出试卷,改卷:初二全体英语老师。九年级组:黄玲老师负责出试卷,改卷:初三全体英语老师

六、奖项设置:

第五篇:初中英语的课文教学方法

初中英语教学的方法

现在很多地方从小学就开设英语课,甚至从一年级就开设英语了,所以初中的孩子已经学习了几年的英语,有了一定的口语基础。在初中教课文时,一般可以用一以下几个步骤进行:

1.熟悉课文。教师先把文章重点词语、语言知识点进行讲授,让学生初步的了解课文的内容。

2.采用让学生自学的方式,讨论分析课文,了解文章重点和难点内容。

3.只有让学生较深入地思索领悟课文并使之成为自己的语言,才能正确地用英语语言将其讲述出来。因此,教师应根据课文线索,找出关键、实质性的问题,启发诱导学生去思考和归纳整理。最后让学生复述课文。复述课文的步骤

(1).提出关键、实质问题,让学生回答。

教师应有计划、有目的地拟定课文的重要信息点和骨架部分。学生认真回答出每个相关问题后,他们脑海中形成了一条主线索或一幅主画面。通过这样一种方式把文章的各段落中心点贯穿下来,学生才能做到心中有数,知道哪些需要详述,哪些需要要简述,从而减轻复述课文前的心理压力,为复述好课文打下基础。

(2).复述课文。

①分段落复述。教师应根据课文难易,文章长短进行分段,然后根据学生优差程度不同分配任务,每位学生都有针对性、有重点地进行分析,这样学生的思想负担不会过重,也不会产生畏难情绪,从而为全篇复述打下基础。

②全篇复述。做好分段落复述工作之后,再让四至五名学生全面完整地复述课文。自然,第一遍全篇复述很可能出现遗漏、打磕巴或一时遗忘的现象。没有关系,第一位学生复述完后,教师立即引导提示、补充和完善,这样可以使第二位,第三位同学顺利、完整地将课文复述下来,在座的每位学生在其他同学复述过程中,也会不断更改、补充复述内容,使课文复述得更加流畅和完美。

③归纳引申。教材中各个教学板块的设计为创设课堂教学情境和引申教学内容提供了广阔的空间,加之教材中每篇文章是每个单元的精华,值得记住。因此,归纳文章的语言结构、语法功能非常重要。引导学生结合自身,结合生活,找出文章的闪光点,领悟文章的精华,并且用自己的语言复述下来。通过归纳延伸,教会学生学习课文、分析课文、总结课文的方法,还可以提高学生自主学习的能力。

(3)复述课文教学注意的问题

a.教师应让学生对复述课文重视起来,使学生了解复述课文的重要性,并充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性。鼓励学生敢于开口、勇于参与,使其在复述课文中获得成就感,从而可以大大提高他们学习英语的积极性。

b.引导学生以自信、谦虚、诚恳大方的态度在课堂上进行积极配合。

c.在复述课文的教学过程中,教师应起到引导、启发,补充和完善的作用,使复述工作顺利进行。d.教师应根据教学目标、教学内容和教授对象合理分配时间及内容,避免出现空堂、浪费时间或只提问好学生的现象,让每位学生都有机会参与.总之,小学阶段,背诵课文是有效的方法,初中阶段,复述课文是掌握英语的有效方法,也是为写作英语做准备。
