Distance learning and online computer courses would replace traditional classroom learning.Descriptions of the changes wrought by the information revolution have scientifically proven how advanced and civilized our society is becoming.Recently, New York Times published a lengthy article on the University of Phoenix----a virtual university that offers accredited degrees for coursework performed entirely on the Internet.However, some people doubt if this trend will bring us benefits.Admittedly, from an enlightened and pragmatic perspective, I, personally, would assert that it's the time for alternative

teaching methodologies to take the leading position from traditional classroom learning.Not only the supporters of alternative learning, but also, I suppose, all of us could not deny the time-effectiveness and inpidualization that it brings to us.Unlike the

traditional classroom learning which requires students to physically participate in class , distance learning and online computer courses allow students who for various reasons could not come to the classroom to customize their class schedules.For instance, a single working mother, who has to work full-time in order to pay checks, cannot fit the curriculum schedule in a real classroom, but might have a larger possibility to enroll some courses through distance learning and online computer courses.That is,alternative learning styles turn the “mission impossible” in old days into a real and practical action right now.Besides, it is alternative learning styles that enhance the quality and efficiency of inpidual learning.In most cases, alternative learning styles outweigh traditional classroom learning for one noticeable success that problem-solving process where most students have learning difficulties and problems is highly highlighted.In traditional classrooms, class time is given so limited for teachers to identify students' learning difficulties and problems and to demonstrate knowledge further to solve them;however, distance learning as well as online computer courses provides each student with a better approach to ask questions of his(her)own and then get feedbacks from the teacher accordingly, which would concededly facilitate his(her)learning process at most.Advantageous though they seem to be, alternative learning styles still have a long way to go.Based on the Internet and computer, the practicality of enforcement in nationwide scale seems beyond action.Moreover, the assessment measures up to each inpidual vary from one person to another, which is lack of some validity and reliability.From what was previously well stated, I firmly believe that as the emergence of alternative learning styles, traditional classroom learning will somehow be taken the throne in educational field in the future.Two Kinds of Teaching

The medium of interaction between students and teachers is the “intersubjectively shared everyday



Teaching is determined by “reciprocal behavior expectations.”

institution. System of educational action

determined by rational means-ends thinking. Teachers’ and students’ actions are

predominantly determined by technical rules. The medium of interaction between

the students and teachers is

“context-free language.”

 Teaching follows “conditional

prognoses” and “conditional imperatives.”

 The focus is on learning “skills and

qualifications.”

 Teaching aims at "problem-solving,attainment of objectives by applying



Students are punished on the basis of conventional sanctions.They fail because of decisions made by the

authority of teacher, headmaster, director of education.

Advantages: emancipation, inpiduation, extension of

dominance-free communication.means-to-an-end principles. Students fail because of their

inability to cope with the reality of learning at a distance.They drop out of their courses, for instance. Advantages: Increase of the

effectiveness of the teaching system.Geographical reach.

Of the following ways of long-distance communication, which one is the most important and which one is the least important: emails, letters, telephone, mobile phone

There are various means of long-distance communication such as emails, letters, telephones and mobile phones.People always have some preference for one form over another.Each has their advantages and disadvantages.To my mind, as for as instant communication is concerned, mobile phones are the most important and telephones are the least important.Mobile phones, as its name indicates, have the greatest advantage of being mobile and convenient.One can make and answer a call at any place and any time.For example, in emergency, one can call the police or hospital in the first time, which is very essential in saving life.No other means of long-distance communication can pass information faster than mobile phones.Moreover, the innovative technology has made mobile phones easier to carry.One can share any excited, enjoyable and touching moment whenever they want whether they are under the sea, on top of the mountain or when watching a live performance.Many people even decide not using telephones because mobile phones can satisfy all that they need.Text messages

On the other hand, in my opinion, letters are the least important way of communication.Letters have the reputation of being reliable and can be used to send documents.For personal communication, I would never write letters if not for romantic reasons.Letters take too much time to travel and are easily lost if not registered.Furthermore, stamps cost a small sum of money and letter paper too, which can not be compared with emails an instant and free means.Letters are absolutely not the choice for sending instant information.If I want to send messages that I feel embarrassed to say, I would prefer emails instead of letters.For what has been stated, emails, mobile phones and letters are all useful in different situations.For immediate long-distance communication, I think mobile phones are the most important and convenient, and letters are the least important.

全球范围内，综合性社交网络（Facebook、推特、人人网、开心网）都在亏损，但是这轮热潮中的另一个分支，商务社交网络早已盈利，昭示着网络招聘在社交网络时代的巨变。在网络招聘的冲击下，纸媒招聘也许将很快从人们的视野中消失。但网络招聘正面临着新的危机。

公开资料显示，在国内招聘网站三巨头里，只有前程无忧维持盈利状态。智联招聘与中华英才网都长期处于亏损。招聘网站覆盖的人数正在出现递减趋势。据艾瑞咨询统计，在2010年，除了春节后的3月份出现了较大的环比增长，其他月份的环比增长均十分微小，有7个月的环比增长竟然是负值。

社交网络(SNS/微博)已经成为流行与趋势, 分享与交流的特性让社交网络成为新媒体的一员, 80%的在职者已经在使用社交网络, 企业也开始透过社交网络建立品牌形象, 进行市场营销, 不少企业也已经使用社交网络进行招聘行为.据网络统计, 有80%的在职者每天都上社交网站； 22.0%的人表示自己几乎整天都挂在上面, 随时关； 35.3%的人选择有事儿没事儿就上去看看, 一天得登录三四次, 15.3%的人选择每天登录一次.在美国, 89%的企业利用社交网络来招聘新员工, 而64%的企业成功的透过社交网络找到新员工, 社交网络(SNS/微博)成为企业招聘的新宠儿。
