My fellow citizens:

I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors.I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath.The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace.Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms.At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forbearers, and true to our founding documents.So it has been.So it must be with this generation of Americans.That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood.Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred.Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age.Homes have been lost;jobs shed;businesses shuttered.Our health care is too costly;our schools fail too many;and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics.Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our landthey will be met.On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things.The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit;to choose our better history;to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given.It must be earned.Our journey has never been one of short-cuts or settling for less.It has not been the path for the faint-heartedsome celebrated but more often men and women obscure in their labor, who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life.For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the West;endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth.For us, they fought and died, in places like Concord and Gettysburg;Normandy and Khe Sahn.Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life.They saw America as bigger than the sum of our inpidual ambitions;greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.This is the journey we continue today.We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth.Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began.Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year.Our capacity remains undiminished.But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisionsnot only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth.We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together.We will restore science to its rightful place, and wield technology's wonders to raise health care's quality and lower its cost.We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories.And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age.All this we can do.And all this we will do.Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitionsthat the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply.The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it worksto spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of dayand that a nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous.The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our Gross Domestic Product, but on the reach of our prosperity;on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing hearteven greater cooperation and understanding between nations.We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people, and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan.With old friends and former foes, we’ll work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet.We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken;you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you.For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness.We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindusknow that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history;but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.To the people of poor nations, we pledge to work alongside you to make your farms flourish and let clean waters flow;to nourish starved bodies and feed hungry minds.And to those nations like ours that enjoy relative plenty, we say we can no longer afford indifference to the suffering outside our borders;nor can we consume the world's resources without regard to effect.For the world has changed, and we must change with it.As we consider the road that unfolds before us, we remember with humble

gratitude those brave Americans who, at this very hour, patrol far-off deserts and distant mountains.They have something to tell us, just as the fallen heroes who lie in Arlington whisper through the ages.We honor them not only because they are guardians of our liberty, but because they embody the spirit of service;a willingness to find meaning in something greater than themselves.And yet, at this momentit is precisely this spirit that must inhabit us all.For as much as government can do and must do, it is ultimately the faith and determination of the American people upon which this nation relies.It is the kindness to take in a stranger when the levees break, the selflessness of workers who would rather cut their hours than see a friend lose their job which sees us through our darkest hours.It is the firefighter's courage to storm a stairway filled with smoke, but also a parent's willingness to nurture a child, that finally decides our fate.Our challenges may be new.The instruments with which we meet them may be new.But those values upon which our success dependsthese things are old.These things are true.They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history.What is demanded then is a return to these truths.What is required of us now is a new era of responsibilitythe knowledge that God calls on us to shape an uncertain destiny.This is the meaning of our liberty and our creed-why men and women and children of every race and every faith can join in celebration across this magnificent mall, and why a man whose father less than sixty years ago might not have been served at a local restaurant can now stand before you to take a most sacred oath.So let us mark this day with remembrance, of who we are and how far we have traveled.In the year of America's birth, in the coldest of months, a small band of patriots huddled by dying campfires on the shores of an icy river.The capital was abandoned.The enemy was advancing.The snow was stained with blood.At a moment when the outcome of our revolution was most in doubt, the father of our nation ordered these words be read to the people:

“Let it be told to the future world...that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive...that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet [it].”

America.In the face of our common dangers, in this winter of our hardship, let us remember these timeless words.With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come.Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter;and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations.Thank you.God bless you and God bless the United States of America.

演讲稿

勤工助学中心自2004年成立以来,与社会的企事业单位积极合作,开展了一系列的合作方案.2005年于宋城集团的合作.2006年与大清谷合作并开展了小长假的兼职模式.随后与旅游餐饮业和广告公司合作.08年跟金都集团开启了酒店服务行业的合作模式.尤其值得一提的是2009年与杭州童玩节的合作得到了主办方的大力赞赏.勤工在社会上得到了良好的口碑.2010年勤工助学中心进行了改革.。这次改革使勤工助学中心的工作走上了公司化运营的道路..一方面使部门工作更加专业化和突出重点.比如说人资培训部有原来的重心人力资源转向了培训,不仅培训中心内部人员,而且对那些校内岗和校外岗的同学也加以培训使他们在岗位上有更好的表现.综合行政部对人事制度的考核和财务制度的管理更加有了重点.从而使中心的分工更加明确化.另一方面,毋庸置疑的是使中心的工作效率和工作业绩得到了很大的调高,中心成员的归属感也得到了很大的提升.2010/2011上学期进行了中心进行了校内岗120多个岗位的招聘，中心为学院各个岗位提供了合格的学生。十一大型招聘，公关事业部拉来了168个基础岗位和宋城等长期合作的单位，满足了学院学生对于校外兼职的愿望。10月中旬，勤工助学中心开展了一次勤工岗位教师的座谈会。这次座谈会有吴剑老师主持，中心主要负责成员和岗位上的老师做了将近2个小时的交流，中心听取了教师们的意见，中心也给各个岗位提出了规范标准。这次座谈会得到了教师们的支持，取得了良好的效果。12月和3月中旬中心配合学院参加了冬季招聘会和春季招聘会。勤工主要的职责是负责通道学生的人流和把关，以及公关事业部对于参展单位的邀请，为两次招聘会做出了应有的贡献。4月底，中心进行了校内岗的“勤工之星评选，是面对全院各个岗位上工作的同学。进过三轮的选拔，最终产生了张琳蓉等10名勤工之星，给予物质上的奖励和荣誉证书的颁发。极大地促进了校内岗争优争先的良好氛围，提高了校内岗的资源配置。五一大型岗位招聘中心继续了为学院学生提供了大量的校外岗兼职，得到了全院学生的踊跃报名。中心最后举行了第四届跳蚤市场。跳蚤市场是个交易买卖二手货的市场，“低碳生活，绿色环保”的理念使跳蚤市场火爆进行，得到了学院和学生的热烈捧场。

中心去年一年的工作渐渐走上了改革的轨道，既往开来，再创辉煌。中心今年的工作按照部门分块来说：综合行政部要做好财务和活动主题这一块。财务包括中心财务和学校校内岗工资两块。尤其是校内岗工资这一块要做到校内岗这个学生整个学年的工资发放记录等详细情况，存档电子稿。其次是活动主题这一块，10月份中旬将于工大屏峰开展一次交流会及12月中旬的演讲征文大赛（讲讲你的勤工经历及感受）。这些活动的举办会是中心成员的执行力得到提高。人资培训部要做好人力资源库的建立以为更要做好培训这一块的内容。这一块将会做的更加专业。此外面试和考核也将是人资要继续改进的地方。公关事业部在三个部门职责会更大。今年岗位的方向会添加家教这一块，并向大型的企业开拓岗位，如KFC，五星级酒店等等。在岗位的基础上，要制定各种符合法律法规的协议，确保学生和单位的权宜同时得到保障，此外，规范校外岗薪金有学校财务统一发放，全面提升中心为学生服务的质量。

我相信勤工会在我们这一届勤工人的努力下，做的更好，走的更远...

尊敬的各位领导、各位评委、各位同事们：

大家好！我叫石远洋，今天我演讲的题目是《做拥抱伟大“中国梦”的水利人》。

什么是梦想？梦想就是追求，就是渴望，就是突破，就是想象，甚至就是信仰。远渡重洋，这是船的梦想；蓝天翱翔，这是雏鹰的梦想；生命辉煌，这是人的梦想；民富国强，这是国家的梦想；而实现中华民族的伟大复兴，则是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想！

因为有这个梦想，当代中国更是创造了无数令人惊叹的辉煌：“奥运举办”、“神舟上天”，“辽宁舰起航”，“歼20战斗机研发”，“诺贝尔文学奖”……这只因为“中国梦”在中国人心中长存，并激发出巨大力量和潜能，所以我们在历经磨难后能执着奋起，坚强自立于世界民族之林。人生如船，梦想如帆。每个人都有属于自己的梦想，都与国家民族兴衰荣辱紧密相连。我们追逐自己的梦想，本身就是构筑“中国梦”的一块块方砖；而“中国梦”的构建，又为我们放飞自己的梦想提供了广阔自由的蓝天。作为水利工作者，也应用身心和言行拥抱“中国梦”，用自己的梦构筑“中国梦”，用“水利”和“利水”顶托“中国梦”，用“献身、负责、求实”的实际行动诠释中国梦。要用坚定信念，为“中国梦”保驾护航；要用埋头苦干，为“中国梦”

推波助澜；要用民生实事，为“中国梦”加瓦添砖。用无悔的青春和如雨的汗滴在崇山峻岭间去寻觅波澜壮阔的人生；用不放弃不抛弃的执着在峰口浪尖上去追逐“大禹治水”的精神；用孜孜不倦的奉献在为人民谋福祉中去筑牢当代水利魂。

虽然，我们很平凡，平凡得像小草一样不起眼；但是，我们也能伟大，伟大得能让山河呈现美丽的画卷。让荒山变绿，让浊水变蓝；帮农民增收，助农业增产，这是我们水利人始终坚守的理想和信念。因为有这个梦想，我们可以让“水利人”三个字变得更加“闪亮”而“耀眼”。

号角已吹响，使命在召唤，梦想并不遥远。我们要大声宣 言：勿忘昨天的辉煌与苦难，无愧今天的责任与使命，不负明天的梦想与征程。

因为我们是当代的水利人，更是拥抱伟大“中国梦”的水利人！

第四篇：演讲稿

一、做题步骤：

1、返回原文找到指代词所在的位置

2、向上搜索名词性的词组或句子

3、用四个选项替换该指代题

二、判断原则——简单地说是就近指代，演讲稿范文。就近指代是代词指代在主格宾格、单复数、位置、意义等方面与之接近的名词。

三、补充说明

——this that it such 既可以指代单数名词，也可以指代他们之前的句子。

问段落唯一的例子的意思，答案指向段落主题句。问一个类比或例子不能照抄原文的。实在没有办法就看这个段落那个单词出现的次数多，就可能是本段的主题词。

如果在问题中遇到various change alter different 中的一个词，在文中必有其中另一个词。

如果四个选项中有两个意思是相反的，那么其中必有一个是正确的；如果有两个意思都是一样的，那么这两个选项一定都是错误的。

许多选项出现：文章里是客观描述，结果到了选项里变成了主观性的描述，这些选项是错误的——这是四级常用的陷阱。

选项中口气太绝的也是错误的

出题的位置包括：

1、重要句，重要句包括：①各段首末句 ②文中结论解释句

2、特殊语言现象，包括：比较、转折、数字、因果和例子（尤其是很长的例子的时候他喜欢考）。

当文章的主题句、中心思想很难找的时候，可以看在文章的段首段尾句、关键的句子里出现多的单词，一般是主题词；另一种方法是看5个题目中的各个选项出现次数比较多的词也可能是主题词。

文章第一段出现问句，应该特别关注。

句子题的做题思路：①分析句子的结构，包含这个句子主干的选项为正确答案②看上下句，确定同义或反义关系，演讲稿《演讲稿范文》。

文章比较难的学习方法

1、先找主题

2、学会这一类文章的看法，这类文章的共同特点是：语言难度高，背景较为复杂的文章。出题的方向有：①先看题目②抓重要和特殊语言现象③段落的论述通常从两个方面进行。

主题题型

一、1、有主题句时，与主题句相对应的为正确答案

——如何找主题句：主题句具有总结性，一般位于文中三个地方①全文首句（出现得最多）②一段末句，一段末句出现转折或结论时常出现主题。③第二段的一、二句，二段对一段进行总结或否定时常出现主题。例如进行总结的文章；进行否定的文章；

2、文中没有主题句时，各段首句相加，其中共有的词汇为本文的主体词，必须出现在主题题型的正确答案中。

主题词的特征有：①一般为名词或名词词组；②出现频率较高；③一般位于段落首句。

二、根据语言提示寻找主题

1、根据文章结构确定主题，常见的结构有：①结论解释型的文章，结论为主题所在。一般首句是个判断句或者有态度时就常是结论，尤其是

②现象解释型的文章，解释为文章主题所在。——问句出现在一段首末句，问句等于现象。回答就是主题。

③问题解决方案型文章，解决方案为文章主题。2001年6月第一篇

2、文章首句中的主题名词，尤其是主语在后文被重复时，暗示首句为本文的主题句。

三、主题题型的变体

1、标题，本文最好的标题

①正确答案对应文章的主题词；②选项范围要恰如其分；2000年12月15题

2、写过目的①写作目的等于中心思想；②文章中谈到困难或问题(problem,difficulty,hardship)时，包含下列动词的选项优先考虑：warn,remind，四、主题题型的正误选项的特征

1、正确选项必须包含文中的主题词；

2、错误选项主要有两种：①包含细节；②出现了原文中没有提到的内容。

文章中出现两个对立观点时，作者可以明确支持其中一派；如果不明确支持其中一派，他的态度一般是折衷的。

词义题

一、返回原文找到被考的词或短语

二、做题方法

①根据上下文确定同义或反义关系（寻找词性和语法功能相同的词，根据他们来确定意思）

②根据词根或动词词组的副词判断意义

三、字面意思或大纲中的第一个意思通常不是答案
