幸福到底是什么？这个话题，恐怕一千个人会有一千种不同的答案。
该书中，星云大师对世俗社会万千的人和事，即人生观、财富观、爱情婚姻、家庭教育、人际交往、成功励志等诸方面进行阐释。我生病时，徒众分批来探望我，他们口拙，老是说：“师父睡得好吗?”“伤口痛不痛?”“有胃口吗?”“医生怎么说?”每问一次，我就要回答一次，好像简介似的，到最后实在懒得回答，只好说：“探望可以，但别问我!”
自古就有“一言兴邦，一言丧邦”的明训，讲话确是一门艺术。朱熹说：“辞达则止，不贵多言。”
如何说话才能受人欢迎？以下四点说明：
一、为受窘的人说一句解危的话。助人不是只有在金钱、劳力、时间上的付出，说话也可以帮助别人。例如，有些人面对尴尬不知如何下台的窘境时，你及时说出一句可以帮他解危的话，这也是助人功德一件。
二、为沮丧的人说一句鼓励的话。西谚有云：“言语所赋给我们的功用，是在我们之间做悦耳之辞。”什么是悦耳之辞?就是说好话。说好话让人如沐春风，让人生发信心。遇到受挫、心情沮丧的人，能给他一些鼓励，给他一些鼓舞信心的话，就是以语言给他人力量。
三、为疑惑的人说一句点醒的话。孙子说：“赠人以言，重于珠玉。”遇到徘徊在人生路口的人、对生命疑惑的人，及时用一句有用的话点醒，有时会改变他的一生，甚至救回一条性命。
四、为无助的人说一句支持的话。无助的人对自我信心不足，需要他人给予肯定才有力量。这样的人经常生活在别人的善恶语言中，一句言语可以决定他的心情好坏。面对无助的人，我们应该多多给予支持的语言，让他对自己生发信心，肯定自我。
《说苑》曰：“君子之言寡而实，小人之言多而虚。”话不在多，而在贴切与恰当。孟子说：“言近而指远者，善言也。”如果说话浅近，但是用意深远，这就是一句好话。所以，话要谨言慎说，才不会让人觉得轻薄乃至招怨。

投毒致室友死亡的复旦大学学生林森浩18日被判处死刑。人们至今难以理解，像林森浩这样成绩优秀，高考时以780多分的高分考入中山大学，2010年又因成绩优秀被中山大学推荐，免试进入复旦大学医学院读研的“天之骄子”，为何会沦为杀人犯？更何况，他与被害人黄洋并无深仇大恨。19日，记者专访了广东警官学院教授、犯罪心理学专家宋晓明，剖析林森浩的深层犯罪心理。
他投毒，心理是有愤怒和不满的
“我认为这与他嫉妒、自卑、敏感、脆弱的性格缺陷和处理人际关系及情绪调节能力低有关。具有这些不良因素的人在生活中容易遭遇挫折，而挫折往往使他产生愤怒、怨恨、敌视等消极情绪体验。”
记者：宋教授，复旦投毒案引起了公众极大的关注。随着庭审、判决的展开，谜底一步步揭开。但还是有很多地方让人很难理解，您怎样看？
宋晓明：这个案子的确有一些有悖于常理的情节。比如，林森浩作为一个高智商的医学人才，应该知晓所使用的毒药的毒理，具备基本的逻辑推理能力和反侦查能力，为何最后却做了一件有失水准的低智商的案件呢？
另外，从披露的信息看，林森浩与被害人并无很深的矛盾，彼此也无利益冲突，而且被告人已在求职中脱颖而出，在广州找到了让人羡慕的工作，在这种情况下，为何还要蓄意杀人呢？要解开这些谜团，只有深入林森浩的内心。
记者：林森浩一直辩解自己是被愚人节的玩笑刺激，想作弄黄洋，没想到酿成了大祸。从心理上看，他只是想恶作剧，整蛊他人，还是想置他人于死地？ 宋晓明：从整个案情看，特别是他使用的手段来看，他欲置人于死地的动机和目的是明确的。比如，在被害人的饮水中投放超剂量的剧毒药物，作为医学院的高材生应该是知道其致命的后果的。而且，N-二甲基亚硝胺，是很难通过临床直接诊断出确切物质的；即使能诊断出，只要有致死剂量进入人体并开始发挥效应，现代医学也回天乏术。所以，只是想恶作剧的说法是站不住脚的。
记者：能够根据公开披露的案件及被告人的信息，为我们解读一下林森浩的作案动机？ 宋晓明：法院判决书认定，林森浩是因琐事而采用投毒方法故意杀人。他投毒，心理是有愤怒和不满的。那么，他的愤怒情绪是从何而来？我认为这与他嫉妒、自卑、敏感、脆弱的性格缺陷和处理人际关系及情绪调节能力低有关。具有这些不良因素的人在生活中容易遭遇挫折，而挫折往往使他产生愤怒、怨恨、敌视等消极情绪体验，并长时间难以排除，当积累到一定程度时，如果受到一点哪怕很小的事情的刺激，他就会情绪发作，导致行为失控而作案，伤害被害人
林森浩嫉妒的是黄洋的活泼热情
“这让林森浩心里很不舒服：为什么这种人能和我并列，他肤浅，没有思想，无忧无虑，还有那么多人喜欢他，这太可笑了？为什么我总是不受欢迎？”
记者：您刚才讲到，林森浩嫉妒黄洋，怎么可以看出来？
宋晓明：林森浩跟黄洋的性格非常不一样，一个内向，一个外向。林森浩不是嫉妒黄洋的外表、学业成就和家庭条件等，他嫉妒的是黄洋的活泼、热情，平时爱打打闹闹，人缘很好。这让林森浩心里很不舒服：为什么这种人会能和我并列，他肤浅，没有思想，无忧无虑，还有那么多人喜欢他，这太可笑了？为什么我总是不受欢迎？
底子里，林森浩是自卑的。他家境并不优越，林父早年在一家服装厂打工，林母是个普通的农村妇女，识字不多，常年拉着一辆木板车，在镇上的工厂里收购废品，后来，一家人才从狭窄的土屋，搬进了如今的小楼，以出售纸巾、饮料等为生。特别是后来异性交往屡屡受挫，自卑压抑就更加严重。受到与女性交友的挫败后，林森浩曾自嘲：“有谁会喜欢我这个人？丑男第一、手无缚鸡之力、木讷、迂腐、时代的落伍者。”
自卑感强的人往往很敏感、脆弱，生活中更容易感受到不公平，容易受到伤害，导致恶性循环，难以自拔。
记者：林森浩回想，他这么做的原因可能不在黄洋，而是个人没有把负面情绪调整好。判决之前，有媒体采访林森浩，他是这么解释的：“这个负面情绪也不来自他人所说的被当众批评等事情，而是来自我跟宿舍另外一个同学之间的关系。有一次，我在床上睡觉，另外一个同学把脚放在床上来回动，发出沙沙的声音。我当时在睡觉，就说哥儿们你轻点，没想到他冲我了句‘没动啊’。我当时就很愤怒。那段时间一直没有控制好自己的负面情绪。”您觉得林森浩的自我剖析准确吗？
宋晓明：从这个细节可以看出，林森浩是个情商很低的高材生。情商高的人能识别他人的情绪，能够通过细微的社会信号、敏感地感受到他人的需求与欲望，善于处理人际关系，具有调控与他人的情绪反应的技巧。但很显然，林森浩处理人际关系及情绪调节能力很差，容易为一些琐碎事与人产生误会甚至矛盾。
因此，生活中林森浩算是一个人际关系并不和谐的人，在宿舍与不止一人包括被害人有不愉快的事发生，这样又影响他的负面情绪产生，负面情绪产生后因缺乏自我调节能力，长时间难以摆脱。
林森浩和马加爵有共同点
“作为家长来说，要懂得，孩子在幼年时需要心理抚养，一旦错过心理教育的最佳时间再想挽救的话就会非常难。作为学校老师来说，要懂得学生性格与能力同样重要。”
记者：林森浩事件，很容易让人想起多年前的杀人大学生马加爵（2004年在云南大学宿舍连杀四名同学，引发了轰动全国的“马加爵事件”）。
从人格和心理上看，林森浩和马加爵是否有共同点？ 宋晓明：从起因看，两人犯罪都是由现实生活中的琐碎事引起，不良情绪长期累积而导致行为失控。从人生经历看，两人也很相似，比如家庭环境都不算好。另外，他们都是人们心目中的好学生、高材生等。
特别是在性格上都有明显缺陷，如内向、自卑、敏感、偏执、情感匮乏、人际交往能力低等。虽然他们的智商都很高，但他们对生命也都很漠视。
近年来，高材生恶性杀人案件时有发生，这也要引起家长、学校、社会和大学生自己的深刻反思。比如，作为家长来说，要懂得，孩子在幼年时需要心理抚养，一旦错过心理教育的最佳时间再想挽救的话就会非常难。作为学校老师来说，要懂得学生性格与能力同样重要。
记者：我们可以用什么办法提高情商？大学生跟室友相处，应该注意什么？
宋晓明：情商主要是指人在情绪、情感、意志、耐受挫折等方面的品质。情商对工作、人际关系的影响就变得特别突出和直接。如果你不好好控制情绪，就会对自己和他人产生不好的影响。其实，人与人之间的情商并无明显的先天差别，更多与后天的培养息息相关。
我的建议是，要学会理智地表达情绪，而不是压抑不良情绪。学会辩证地、一分为二地看问题或者学会换位思考、换角度思考问题，这样情绪会随之改变。最好掌握一两种在关键时候克制自己情绪冲动的方法，如放松方法中的深呼吸、离开冲突现场、转移注意力等。特别是要意识到在情绪冲动时不要做决定，更不要采取行动。因为此时自己是不理智的。
大学室友之间是非常亲密的一种关系，很容易引起摩擦。跟室友相处，要注意别搞“小团体”，不要触犯室友的隐私，彼此宽容、理解，有难相帮，自己有事情也要大方提出请求，千万不要逞一时口快。（练情情）
