三、活动背景: 全国大学英语四级考试日益逼近,参加考试的同学该何去何从,如何才能更好地把握机会,如何才能更有利地准备复习?同学们也都为之匆忙地准备着,但在这短短的不到3个月的准备中,谁能高效率地复习谁就将是最后的胜利者.为使同学们能更好地针对此次大学英语四级考试复习,一个提高复习效率的讲座是急需且必要的.大学英语四级是我们大学生必须经历的考试,但大学的英语学习和高中有所差别,如果你想了解前人的宝贵经验,那就赶快来听讲座吧!

第五篇：英语作文四级

首先，债务危机的爆发使得欧元区经济增长前景变得更加黯淡，为寻找新的经济增长点，欧元区政府可能会把重点转移至对外贸易领域。这意味着作为欧元区最重要的净出口国，中国无疑会成为欧元区国家实施贸易保护主义的对象。我们应该积极制定相关的政策措施，防止欧洲主权债务问题带来的出口萎缩以及经济增长放缓等间接风险。

其次，由于目前市场上存在着显著的人民币升值预期，且中美利差短期内难以改变，因此，欧洲主权信用危机的爆发则可能导致更大规模的短期国际资本流入中国，进一步加大了中国国内的冲销压力，从而加剧了流动性过剩与资产价格泡沫。因此，对于中国来讲，面对大规模的国际资本流动，中国更应该根据自身国情制定经济刺激方案和相应的退出策略，防止政策的脉冲性调整，防止产能过度扩张、财政赤字过度膨胀以及货币政策过度宽松。

最后，次贷危机的爆发使美国政府采取了史无前例的扩张性财政货币政策，导致美元中长期内贬值的可能性加大。因而，中国外汇资产多元化的方向就是增持更多的欧元资产。但是随着欧洲主权债务危机的爆发，欧元对日元与美元已经显著贬值，并有可能进一步贬值。这无疑加大了中国外汇储备多元化的难度。第四，全面审视中国的主权债务问题，引以为戒。由于地方政府收入来源有限且不稳定，在医疗和教育方面又要加大开支，地方政府的财政赤字压力持续扩大，地方政府债务的无序扩张，一旦出现违约风险，将会对经济实体的复苏和经济社会协调发展产生间接但是巨大的影响。
