三、便条

非正式社交书信统称为便条或便笺(notes)。它是用于家人、同事、邻居、朋友之间的一种应用文。前面书信类中的“感谢信”、“祝贺信'等有时也可称为便笺。

人们往往因有一些简单或紧急的事情需要临时告知别人，而由于某种原因无法与对方直接联系，这时便条就是沟通的工具。

总的来说，便条可分为两种：请假条(note asking for leave)和留言条(message note left)。

便条实际上是一种简易书信，谈的都是当天或三两天内的事。但它”麻雀虽小，五脏俱全"，包括除信内地址以外的各项内容，即日期、称呼、正文、结尾客套语、签名等。时间常常不写年月，只写日期或上下午，或几点钟。

便条一般是临时通知、询问事宜，往往是托人转交或在某一场合的直接留言，不需要邮寄，所以不用信封。写便条时要立求开门见山、三言两语把意思表达清楚，句式简单、用词随便，接近口语。

例如：

参加朋友的生日聚会

今天禹炎邀请我去参加她的生日聚会，我写完作业，就和妈妈一块过去了。

到餐厅以后，我发现她们在一楼大厅里玩，我也参加进去了，我们按照考生分数排了排名次，当然不是真正的考试分数，这是自愿当的，禹焱第1个说：你们都别跟我抢，我要当古代的人物，第1位皇上，我说那我第2个，当公主，闫琳茜说她第三，要当个贵妇人。还有一个陌生朋友，我记不住了。

我们玩着玩着，家长们喊我们下楼吃饭了，我赶紧给我准备的礼物拿了过来，我捧着一袋紫皮糖和一袋无香花生送给了禹焱。我们开始切蛋糕了，我拿着麦克风对着语言说：我祝福我的好朋友生日快乐！学习进步！永远幸福！我们又唱了几首歌以后我选了两个装饰，一个戴着小棍儿的雪花，一个带着小熊的爱心。他们长得都特别可爱，尤其是小熊爱心。一个从另一个中间小圆中分开，爱心是鼓起来的，可爱极了。

吃完蛋糕我们准备去吃饭，我打了一碗酱料，首先我用勺子舀了点芝麻酱，又添了一点香油，最后我加了蘑菇、牛肉酱料。把这些东西混在一起，端到我的桌前，用一根筷子搅呀搅，搅匀了我就开始吃了，我发现有一个小熊在锅里，我正准备勺起来吃呢，他们说：你不怕辣吗？我说小熊是辣的吗？她们说小熊里面都是辣椒酱，很辣的`，现在不能吃。小熊不能吃，那我不吃了，这时候服务员来给我们的火锅打着了火，那个小熊很快就融化掉了，我才开吃的，我今天吃了好多东西，比如牛肉卷，羊肉卷，猪肉卷，黑椒牛肉，香菇，生菜还有凉皮。还有3、4个不知道的菜和千张。吃饱后我们又开始唱歌，唱了很长时间我们才回家。

今天真是高兴呀！
