第四篇：港大申请书

我坚持认为，只有坚定不移听从内心呼唤的人，才有可能获取最大的成功。和每一个心怀理想、志在顶峰的青年一样，香港大学是我理想中的高等学府。因为港大是历史的，可谓百年港大，人才辈出。港大是国际的，集国际学术教学交流研究于一身，享负盛名。港大是现代的，齐全的学科设置，一流的教学环境，走在世界综合性大学前列。我选择港大，意味着我选择了卓越、走近了世界。真诚的希望能得到学校的入学批准，以期求学于建筑、工程、经济学等专业，实现儿时以来安筑广厦千万间，缔就居者有其屋，民富国强盛的梦想！

第五篇：三甲港

关于三甲港的项目 我大致上跟您讲一下：

项目位于浦东三甲港机场镇 62街坊98丘地块占地50亩 濒临海滨乐园。规划批复的容积率为0.64，地块属性为商业用地。老板姓刘，公司为上海市洋鑫实业有限公司。此人为浙江人，一无背景，二无财力（现在的状况），可能一辈子就博这快地。当初可能是17.5万左右一亩从邓质方的华夏文化旅游公司手中买下，共计850万元（办证费用及其它规费，税收共花去1000万元），放到现在也实属不易，政府曾压低价格以每亩200万元收购，被其拒绝。

现在的情况是：后期杂费加建设资金大约2500万左右，由于资金渠道不畅（土地证已经下来了），后期费用无从获取，所以请我们公司帮其融资和总承包，很多方表示要收购均被其拒绝。

现在低容积率的商业用地实际就是变相别墅用地，商委批准是18栋独立别墅和1栋宾馆（见商委批文）。浦东商业用地一亩现在价格也不菲（估计在700万一亩）。

土地证做它项权利证保证了我方资金的安全。我规划局的朋友已经详细跟我透露三甲港地区将来是市政府规划的5个重点开发地区之一（2012年进行实质性的开发），目前地级为8类，一旦总体开发就立即是4类地块。

还款来源：出售18栋独立别墅，均价每平米3万元。为保证还款，除登记它项权利证，另可去房产部门做初始登记，即用别墅10栋或8栋作登记记在资金方名下，双重保险可确保资金安全。
