Dear dean Huang,I am writing this letter to thank you for your patience to read my letter which I advise to reform the English speaking environment of our university and improve the students’ interests to learn English in last term.And I’m so glad to see the changes in our university about the students’ attitude to learn English, I know it’s can’t leave your supports, so please allow me to express my thanks for you.Frankly, I’m very surprised when I first come into the building NO.7 in this term.It’s so different from last term that there are many eye-catching slogans full of the building where we can see to remind us to speak English.And your cartoon poster what entitled in UNCLE HARRY WANTS YOU TO SPEAK ENGLISH always encourage us to improve our English.Besides, my oral teacher professor MARTIN WOLFF often introduces some western culture and Knowledge of law, all of these are very useful for me.In this way, not only improve my oral but also enrich my knowledge.I think it’s a well way and is worth extending to learn foreign language.However, there are a few of deficiencies in this action.For example, we can hold more activities to enhance the conversation between the abroad student and us.Or maybe we could invite some experts to make speeches which about the foreign culture in English for the students to arouse our interest to learn English.If you can consider

these opinions and take measures to improve these little deficiencies, it will make our

more enthusiastic for learning English.Thank you again, best wish for you!
