随着我国电子商务的快速发展，网络购物已经成为人们消费的一种选择，本实验探究以学生消费群体为研究对象，大学生网络个体消费的心理为研究主题，来分析目前人们对于网购的心理态度。

探究过程

调查方法及具体步骤

大学生的网上购物消费因个人经济实力的差异，月生活支出存在较大的差距，导致消费购买习惯与结构都有很大不同。为了准确、快速的得出调查结果，我们以大一学生为调查对象进行调查。

1.查找资料、设计调查方案和问卷，明确调查方向和内容。

2.分发调查问卷。随机抽取轻工与食品学院大一在校学生作为调查对象。

3.根据回收有效问卷进行分析，来估计人们对于网购的心理。

调查内容

1．大学生网上购物的原因是什么；

2．大学生对网上购物的态度和看法；

3．大学生网上购物经常会购买哪些东西；

探究结果

由于调查时是以口头形式进行的，因此没有统计初详细的数据。

1.通过调查，我们发现，大家还是对商品的质量投入了极大的关注，大约占了52%，紧随其后的是产品的价格，占了33%。对于这种情况，我们能够给出合理的解释，因为大家是在价格便宜的基础上在网上选择质量上乘的产品。我们还可以看出，大家对与品牌的关注度较与其他如产品物流、和售后的更高一些，约占6%，由此可见，大家之所以选择网购，可能是因为在网上更容易找到自己喜欢品牌中的低价的商品，这也是网购的一大优势。

2.大家对于网购的满意的程度还是很高的，但总会出现一两次不如意的请况。但随着网购的发展，以及网购相应制度的完善，以及自己在网购经历的成长过程中，这些情况会相应的减少，所以大家对网购都是持着积极乐观的态度。

3.从调查结果可以看出大学生网购的主要物品还是服饰、化妆品首饰等，这类商品的比例占到了47%，几近于大学生消费类型的一半；电子产品和书籍、音乐娱乐都分别占到了16%，从上述三类产品的分布我们大致可以看到大学生的消费结构，服饰、电子产品、书籍是他们的最爱；其次日常用品类占到10%、食品类占2%，其他种类占9%。

分析

通过探究报告，我们总结出以下三类网购心理：

一，贪图便宜型

众所周知，如今的网络消费，都是由便宜的价格而引导消费者的青睐。但如今的网络消费不能再如此。由于缺少了经销商，很多商品都是出厂直销，价格自然无法和世面上的相比。因此出现了“山寨”品，价格低廉的“山寨”商品往往会和正品相提并论，且价格低了好多，许多买家都冲着这个便宜，不顾结果的疯狂购买，但往往不能称心如意。但此类心理往往成为网络消费的主导因素。

二，斤斤计较型

就像当面交易，讨价还价是常有的事。特别是遇上购买量大的买家，就更有理由来杀价了。斤斤计较型的买家会在决定购买一款商品前尽可能地把相关的店铺数据都搜集了一遍，此类买家一般不善于语言的沟通，但是特别擅长砍价，而且是切中你要害的砍价，仿佛他对商品的了解远远多于你，他们会找出店铺中和商品的任何细节信息来作为砍价前提，即使在经过一番好说好劝之后，也不一定能达成共识。他们很是小心谨慎，一旦发现有任何纰漏就会放弃购买，但很多时候都由于误解引起。

三，自我暗示心理型

大多网络消费者，特别是刚刚接触的，对网络购物的保障没有个明确的了解。其实这样的购物存在着巨大的风险。第一，发出的货物都是靠快递发出，这样一来存在这很多不可预料的因素，首先时间得不到保证，快递收货没什么定的时间，快递送货更是无法确定，很多买家，都说因为要回家过年，所以在某某号之前一定得收到，或者几天之内一定得收到货物，而很多网络卖家为了自己的利润，一般都会给客户一个时间范围，给客户一定的信心，这时买家的自我暗示心理起了作用，认为这个时间在自己的接受范围之内，就安心购买了。其实这个时间实在不是我们能保证的，很多因素会导致延误、漏单等结果。第二，货物的质量也是不能得到保证，当然首先是发货，我们虽然会检查货物质量当然，也会存在偶尔，万一发了一件质量差的货物，很多买家收到后，自然是哑巴吃黄连。更有不法的网络商家，故意拿质量差的充数，而当他们收到客户投诉时，就会找各式各样的借口，比如货物的损坏是由快递造成的，由于买家没有实行保价服务，所有损失得由买家承担。第三，售后服务无法落实，很多人不愿意在网络上买价格高的产品，比如3c产品。就是因为远在他乡的卖家如何切实的实现售后服务呢？在我接待客户中也会有因为尺码过小货过大而要求退货的，我们虽然会

同意接受，但是途中的运费都是双方对半开的，这个运费的价格是偏远地区是相当昂贵的，因为货物的价格大于运费，一般买家都会选择退换，这样就又无辜地生出一笔额外的损失。按我的购物经验，这样的情况是网络消费的常规的，也是最合理的。有的卖家一等到客户给了评价之后，就开始不闻不问。买家的货物出现了质量问题，向卖家投诉时，他们有的敷衍了事，有的一大串的借口，有的干脆不理。这样的目的就是因为不愿意去负担任何金钱的损失。很多买家在购物前，特别是付款前，都会下很大的决心，自我暗示这个商家一定是诚实守信的，货物一定是保质保量的，然而他们没有考虑到隐患重重。

调查结果总结

通过上述的调查报告,说明大学生在网上购物已经形成一种流行趋势。只有一小部分的大学生不选择网上购物。阻碍他们开始网购的主要是安全因素,只要他们认为网购值得信任了网购的方便、省时、商品齐群等优点一定会吸引大多数的人开始网购。青年大学生具有追求时尚和容易从众的心理特点,而网上购物的快捷性、时尚性,又与大学生的心理特点相适应这就使得大部分的在校大学生选择在网上购物。但是由于网络本身存在的弊端,网上购物存在安全隐患是不可忽视的,若操作不当或遇到非法分子.就会受到欺骗,造成经济上的损失。
