生活告诉我们要时时怀有一颗感恩的心.怀有一颗感恩的心，才更懂得尊重。尊重生命、尊重劳动、尊重创造。怀着感恩的心，一代伟人邓小平在古稀之年说：“我是中国人民的儿子，我深深的爱着我的祖国和人民！”怀着感恩的心，诗人艾青在他的诗中写到：“为什么我的眼中饱含泪水，因为我对这片土地爱得深沉。”听说过一个人向树道歉的故事吗？听说过所有正在行驶的(敬请期待好推出更好文章：..)汽车为狗让路的故事吗？这些真实的故事，感动于人对生命的关爱，感动于人对生命的尊重。当我们每天享受着清洁的环境时，我们要感谢那些保洁工作者；当我们迁入新居时，我们要感谢那些建筑工人；当我们出行，要感谢司机……懂得感谢，就会以平等的眼光看待每一个生命，重新看待我们身边的每个人，尊重每一份平凡普通的劳动，也更加尊重自己。

怀有一颗感恩的心，才更能体会到自己的职责。在现代社会每个人都有自己的职责、自己的价值。当XX感动中国十大人物之一的徐本禹走上银幕时，人性的善良再一次被点燃，这个原本该走入研究生院的大学生，却义无返顾的从繁华的城市走进了大山。这一平凡的壮举刺痛了每一个人的眼睛，也点燃了每一个人内心未燃的火种。而让他做出这一抉择的理由很简单：怀着一颗感恩的心。徐本禹用他感恩的心，为大山里的孩子铺就了一条爱的道路，点燃了贫穷和希望，完成了他的职责，实现了他的人生价值。

怀有一颗感恩的心，不是简单的忍耐与承受，更不是阿q，而是以一种宽宏的心态积极勇敢的面对人生。我相信，最温暖的日子来自寒冷，我更相信，最温暖其实是对寒冷的一种谅解，一种感恩中的感动。一个人要学会感恩，对生命怀有一颗感恩的心，心才能真正快乐。一个人没有了感恩，心就全部都是空的。“羊有跪乳之恩”，“鸦有反哺之恩”，“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”，“执子之手，与子偕老，”这些都因怀有一颗感恩的心，才芬芳馥郁，香泽万里。

曾被一幅名叫《风雨中》的摄影作品所震憾：在上坡的路上，男人

用力蹬着载满货物的三轮车，身子倾斜得几乎与坡面平行，头发被雨淋 成一缕缕的搭在脑袋上，他的脸微微侧转着，望向在后面为他推车的女 人。那女人用一只手使劲推着车，另一只手扶着腋下的拐杖，拐杖旁的 右腿半截是空的。可能是因为风雨中实在睁不开眼吧，两人的眼睛都眯 成一条缝，但是仍能够看出他们彼此关切的神情，男人是微笑着的，女 人笑的幅度更大一些，仿佛虽然很累可是挺开心的样子。

风雨中男人还要踩着人力车艰难地运货，女人还要拖着残缺的身子 为男人分担劳苦，这是多么无奈的事情啊，让人不由生出“贫贱夫妻百 事哀”的感慨。可是，透过雨帘，我们却看到了他们的笑意。若没有一 颗感恩的心，如何能够做到于此种处境之下不抱怨、不愁苦，反将笑容 挂在嘴角?是的，男人为了他们的生活是这样的能吃苦，已经让女人感 激上天赐给她一个这么好的伴侣了，更何况他在吃力的当儿尚不忘记挂 着她，回头关注她的状况?男人为生活所迫在恶劣的天气下还不得不辛 勤劳作，他的女人拄着拐杖用足了劲儿帮他推车，他的心里怎能不暖融 融的，怎能不欣慰于风雨路上有她相伴呢?

“我的手还能活动；我的大脑还能思维；我有终生追求的理想；我 有爱我和我爱着的亲人与朋友；对了，我还有一颗感恩的心……”

谁能想到这段豁达而美妙的文字，竟出自一位在轮椅上生活了三十 余年的高位

瘫痪的残疾人--世界科学巨匠霍金。

命运之神对霍金，在常人看来是苛刻得不能再苛刻了： 他口不能说，腿不能站，身不能动。可他仍感到自己很富有：一根能活动的手指，一 个能思维的大脑……这些都让他感到满足，并对生活充满了感恩之心。因而，他的人生是充实而快乐的。

在英国，很多古老教堂的石墙上刻着：思考与感谢。让我们也随时 提醒自己吧：思考我们所有的，并培养感恩的态度。

对生活、对世界、对身边熟悉和陌生的人、对我们的朋友和对手，真的要感谢他们给了我们这样一份精彩的生活。

海伦?凯勒“感恩生活，善待每一天”的生活理念在其《给我三天视 力》中有形象化的描绘。这位盲人作家设想了她如果有三天的视力，将 如何支配的实施方案。她说，她要看那些老师和朋友的脸，要到树林中 散步，看黑夜如何变成白昼，要参观艺术博物馆，通过艺术的欣赏来探 索人类的灵魂。最后，还要看看世俗人们的活法。海伦?凯勒将视觉“当 作让生命更加充实的手段”。虽说她几乎是先天性地失去了这一“手段”，但是，因为她“感恩生活，善待每一天”，所以，自感“内心总是一个光 明的世界!”

我们还要真诚地感恩心中的敌人，把他看成是把我们推向成功阶梯 上的最好的朋友。

真诚地感恩逆境，它是一次人生的淬火，让我们得到锤炼；它是一 个课堂，让我们学会了刻苦、忍耐、淡泊和宽容；它是一块“试金石”，使我们体味真正的友谊，真正的朋友，体味一个冷暖人生；它是一笔财 富，经历了它，会让我们精神富有，终生享用。逆境砺炼心志，教会我 们体味真诚，体味人生，让我们心存感恩，在人生的道路上风雨兼程。

其实，幸福的感觉不是由处境和外在的条件决定的，关键在于我们 有没有感恩的心。

想想我们得到过的爱，哪怕它并不多；想想亲人、朋友，甚至

累双脚严重抽筋而导致残废必须终身坐轮椅。几年后在他生日的那天有人问他一生中最深刻的记忆是什么，他伤感的说：“我最记得那被我救起的二十个人中，没有一个人来向我道谢。

感恩是小德，忘恩是大恶。生活中，总会有许多事情影响着我们的情绪，或喜，或忧，于是，选择一种什么样的心态去面对生活，也就选择了过什么样的一种生活。

感恩，是我对待生活的态度。感恩，并不局限于铭记别人的好处，而是延伸在生活的各个方面中，以及更多，更多。平时，我们是否会受喜怒哀乐所左右生活？喜的时候是否欢天喜地欣喜若狂？怒的时候是否大发雷霆暴跳如雷？哀的时候是否会惆怅万分失落无比？乐的时候是否会手舞足蹈得意忘形？要怎样做到对地喜怒哀乐之坦然？要如何保持平静的心灵？

怀着一颗感恩的心，是我们善待生活做得到的回报，别人对自己不好，是生活在暗示我自身有所缺陷所以我们必须积极改进；别人对

自己好，是生活在告诉我们要让更多的人喜欢自己就必须再接再厉更进一步。事业的成败也是如此。感恩，并不是宣扬一种消极的宿命论，而是一种积极的处世方式，学会感恩，不要去记恨对你不好的人。作家余杰说过一句话：恨一个人对自己伤害，远远比对对方的伤害大。学会感恩，懂得知恩图报不忘恩负义，滴水之恩要以涌泉相报，爱人一掊土还人一座山，学会感恩，懂得给别人机会就是给自己机会，赠人玫瑰手留余香，今天拉人一把，明天陷入困境也会有人拉自己一把。

佛印，与朋友结伴出游，在路过海边时与朋友话不投机被甩了一巴掌，佛印气愤的在沙滩上写下“某年某月某日被某某打”当走过原始森林时佛印和尚遇险被朋友所救，于是他在岩石上写下“某年某月某日被某某所救”。朋友奇怪的问他为什么两次在不同的地方写字，佛印答道：巴掌之痛一如海水冲淡滩上的字，很快消逝；相助之恩却是刻在石头上的字天长地久，永远铭记。
