donate money , also take part in lots of charitable activities, active help the people in trouble.Charity is not just the rich people's action, it is related to everyone of us.This picture shows that On March 25, during the visit to Tanzania China's “first lady” Peng Liyuan and Tanzania first lady Salma went to women's federation.As we know,On June 3, 2011, Peng Liyuan was hired as a goodwill ambassador for the fight against TB and AIDS by the world health organization.When we give money, we all want to know where the money is used up.Most of the donations are used in the worst-hit areas and poor areas.Of course, some donations are also used to help the disabled or protect the environment.It depends on the nature of different charities.In recent years, the charity in China has received widely questioned.Especially, when Guo Meimei event happened, people were more cautious to donate money.This led to the decrease of the donations from

6.3 billion in 2010 to 830 million in 2011.Recently, even One Foundation was being questioned.On April 22, Anti-CNN broke the news that Jet Li grafted donation up to 300 million.Fortunately, the news was proved to be false.How to solve the charitable trust crisis ?

大家下午好

春暖花开，细水长流。在这个万物生的季节，我们很高兴今天下午齐聚在这里，共同参与母校的慈善校友会。我是16届毕业生，广州大学慈善基金会书记黄鹏伟。首先，请允许我代表广州大学慈善基金会和广州大学16届全体毕业生向广州市政府、广州市xxx慈善协会及各界慈善人士表示真挚的感谢，感谢各位对慈善事业的大力支持和对贫困学生的关注扶持，同时也感谢学校全体教师领导及广州大学慈善基金会工作人员的努力付出，感谢所有人的关怀与支持，因为你们，许多大学生在大家的帮助下，得以在大学展开人生的新篇章。感谢大家

说到慈善，也是一个对我来说十分具有意义的。我也是一个来自普通农民家庭的孩子，也曾努力奋发图强，勤奋苦读考上心仪的广州大学，却因为家庭无力支撑学费而差点放弃自己的象牙梦。但是，学校的慈善基金会和学校领导在这个时候对我伸出了援手，给了我无微不至的关怀与照顾，我得意在广大实现我的大学梦想。

如今我能够有一份安定的工作，一个幸福的家庭，能够在这里作为代表发言，全部都要感谢当年对我帮助的人。而今天在这里不仅作为受助的大学生，而更是慈善的行动人，在感谢慈善对我的帮助的同时，我也在拿出自己的行动回馈慈善，希望慈善事业能够在大家的共同努力和扶持下，去帮助更多的贫困大学生，帮助想当年的我一样，让他们有机会在大学里去追逐自己的梦想，自己的理想。

慈善不想大多数人理解的那样，需要捐很多很多钱，或者有很多所谓的负面内幕。慈善，就是很简单的，也许是一件衣服，也许是一块钱，重要的实质是内心温暖的传递。不需要多华丽的包装，不需要多慷慨激扬的演讲，需要的是大家对慈善的关注，需要的是团结起来帮助大家的那份心意，正是这一份分心意的叠加，才造就了每一个个大学生完成的他们的梦想，而他们又将这份爱传递下去，加入到慈善行业，帮助更多人。

让慈善从心开始

尊敬的各位来宾：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《让慈善从心开始》。首先我想先为大家讲述一个有关慈善的故事。

在得克萨斯州的一个庄园里，正举行了一场为非洲贫困儿童募捐的慈善晚宴。应邀参加晚宴的都是富商和社会名流。一位老妇人领着手捧储钱罐的小女孩露西被保安拦在了门口。

保安安东尼解释道：“应邀参加的都是很重要的人士。很高兴你们带着爱心来到这里，但是，我想这场合不适合你们进去。”

“叔叔，慈善的不是钱，是心，对吗？”小女孩露西天真地问保安。她的话让安东尼愣住了。

“我知道受到邀请的人有很多钱，他们会拿出很多钱，我没有那么多，但这是我所有的钱啊，如果我真的不能进去，请帮我把这个带进去吧！”小女孩露西说完，将手中的储钱罐递给安东尼。

此时的安东尼不知道是接还是不接，正在他不知所措的时候，突然有人说：“孩子，你说得对，慈善的不是钱，是心，你可以进去，所有有爱心的人都可以进去。”说话的是一位老头，他就是股神沃伦巴菲特先生。

当天慈善晚宴的主角不是倡议者前联合国秘书长安南，不是捐出300万美元的巴菲特，也不是捐出800万美元的比尔"盖茨，而是仅仅捐出30美元零25美分的小露西，她赢得了最多最热烈的掌声。而晚宴的主题标语也变成了这样一句话：“慈善的不是钱，是心。”第二天，美国各大媒体纷纷以这句话作为标题，报道了这次慈善晚宴。看到报道后，许许多多普通的美国人纷纷表示要为非洲那些贫穷的孩子捐赠。

“慈善不是钱，是心”，我很赞同，并为之深深感动。每一个具有慈善心的人，哪怕只捐一元钱也都是慈善家。在我们期待富豪慈善家慷慨解囊的时候，我们期待更多的是一份慈善之心。

中华民族是一个热情仁爱、乐善好施的民族，中国的慈善思想源远流长。儒家的孟子说，“老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼”，“出入为友，守望相

助，疾病相扶”；道家的“劝善之书”中列举了“收街市弃儿、普济应验汤药、修桥铺路”等多种慈善方式；佛教传入中国后，更是提倡无边的慈爱和宽泛的悲悯。

时代发展到今天，社会经济突飞猛进，物质文明日益繁盛。在个人财富日益增长的时候，一些人却表现出一种“富而不贵”的姿态。这是令人多么悲哀和不齿的行为！金钱至上、物欲膨胀，而仁爱之心日益萎缩。这绝不是人类社会的进步，而恰恰是一种倒退。我们知道，“给予”本身是一种高尚的行为，捐赠不仅是助人，也是在助己。我们不仅仅需要慈善家，更需要社会群体性的慈善参与，来唤起更多人的温情关爱，来引起等多人的倾情相助，让慈善成为公众义举。

也许你会说，我们看多了一掷千金的捐助，也知道比尔·盖茨在余生为慈善所做的了不起的人生选择，我们感慨卡耐基“在巨富中死去是一种耻辱”的豪言，也钦佩尤努斯创办穷人银行的慈善智慧。然而我们又深知千千万万普通人的点滴善举也同样举足轻重，平凡的人们给了我们更多的感动和温暖。

“感动中国”的候选人农村妇女林秀贞，从20多岁嫁到这个村子后，就义务赡养了村里6位孤寡老人。她自己的生活很贫困，她跟这些老人讲“我家吃窝头就给你送窝头，我家喝稀饭就给你送稀饭”，他们一起过着最低水准的生活。但是30年来她从没有间断过这样的赡养，而且一直养到为老人送终。在颁奖时，她之前的获奖者是霍英东先生，评委会给霍先生的评语是“辉煌一生”，而给这位农村妇女的评语是“温暖世道”。30年间，她让善良流淌过村庄，她用自己的行为温暖了这个世道。北大教授于丹在推荐词里写到，富人做这等事是慈善，穷人做这等事是圣贤。如果说圣贤是一种态度话，我更愿意理解为一种情怀。你没有资产，但同样可以用心完成一种持久的救助。

是的，慈善也许不需要一个火热的态度，一个昂贵的钱财数字，一次豪奢的行为，它需要的是一种接近体温的温暖，年复一年，日复一日。慈善也没有贫富差距，慈善没有年龄限制，慈善更没有强迫的味道。它只希望我们把慈善当作一种习惯，一种信仰，一颗对慈善执着而温暖的心。

演讲进行到现在，我的周围暖意浓浓，一股暖流涌入心中。我似乎强烈的感受到再做朋友们由衷散发的幸福热潮，那是和谐社会、和谐株洲带给我们的幸福感。那么，就请你我伸出幸福的双手，把这份手中的幸福传递下去。用我们的爱温暖无助的心灵，用我们的心来点亮悲伤的生活。用爱守望，用心相助，点点滴滴，涓涓细流，汇成爱的海洋。

因为慈善不是钱，是心。心有多大，慈善就能走多远。朋友们，让我们用爱守望，用心相助，用一颗慈善之心，在寒冷的冬日播撒春的希望，携手共创和谐幸福的家园！
