如何写英文e-mail?

毋庸置疑传统的信函往来越来越被电子邮件交流所取代,虽然不同的电子邮件系统提供的用户界面千差万别,但是标准的电子邮件都是由以下几个主要要素组成的:

To(收件人栏)—— 输入收件人的电子邮箱地址

Cc(抄送栏)—— 输入接受抄送文件的人的电子邮箱地址,并且收件人知道此抄送信息。

Bcc(密件抄送栏)—— 输入接受抄送文件的人的电子邮箱地址,而收件人不知道此抄送信息。

Subject(主题栏)—— 输入邮件的简短文章概括介绍。收件人能在其信箱中的邮件列表中清晰浏览此内容。

Message text area(正文栏)—— 输入邮件文章内容

Attachments(附件栏)—— 输入邮件附带的附件信息

在邮件开头的加上问候语能使信件读上去更加的友好和人性化。很常见的E-mail中的问候语和称呼如:

Hello, Mike,Greetings!

Hi, Jason,英文e-mail写作开头应采用倒金字塔的写作方式,即重要内容写在前面,随着叙述的一步步展开,重要性渐渐减弱。这种方式的关键在于,在紧张、有限的版面内尽快地把信息传达给读者。

书写英语E-mail时可以不必拘泥正式信函的格式要求,罗嗦的格式套话往往会减弱邮件信息的强度。因此使用简单的结束语再添加上名字和缩写就已足够。现在常用的简单结束语方式如:Thanks、Regards,甚至用缩略的结束语THX(Thanks), TTFN(ta ta for now)也足以用为邮件的结尾了。

以下是例文

Dear Mary,I hope ererything gets well!I am a member of 2007 national pupil English summer camp.In the summer camp ,MR.Libo said that I had problems in

第三篇:英语邮件

书信格式主要有英式和美式两种。

⒈英式结构即缩进式结构,属于比较传统的结构,即每一段的第一行都向里缩进4-8个字符,且所有段落的缩进距离必须保持一致;称呼顶格写,落款则在中间偏右的位置。

⒉美式结构则是齐头式结构,在商务英语中比较流行,尤其普遍运用于电子邮件的交流中,其特点是所有段落的第一行都顶格写,段与段之间空一行,另外称呼、落款等也都顶格写。[书信的结构] 英文的书信结构通常包括6个组成部分 信头(heading,包括寄信人地址和日期)信内地址(inside address,指收信人地址)称呼(salutation)正文(body)

结束语(complimentary)

签名(signature)

有时候还包括附言(postscript)和附件

·商务信

在商务信件中,一般的称呼格式是在收信人头衔后加姓,或者加收信人全名。要特别注意收信人的头衔。具体称呼方式及缩写如下:

男士:Mr.女士:Mrs., Ms., Miss 教授/博士:Prof./Dr.市长、法官、议员或其他高官:Hon.(Honorable,即“尊敬的”)编辑:Editor 不知对方姓名:Dear Sir/Sirs, Dear Madam/Madams, Dear Sir or Madam, To Whom It May Concern 正文:

正文一般包括三个部分。第一部分是开头,需要开门见山地说明写信的原因和目的。如果是写给不认识的人,还要加上一个简单的自我介绍。如果是回信,还要说明何时收到对方关于什么内容的信。

第二部分是信的核心和主要内容,把开头提出的问题进行充分的说明和解释。第三部分是信的结尾,通常以礼貌的祝福或者愿望来结束。如: I am looking forward to your reply.Please pass my best wishes to all your family.结束语:

结束语是写信人对于收信人的谦称和致敬。

给朋友的email不用太正式。email本身就比书信随意些。

⒈主题

主题(Subject)框的内容应简明地概括信的内容,短的可以是一个单词,如greetings;长的可以是一个名词性短语,也可以是完整句,但长度一般不超过35个字母。主题框的内容切忌含糊不清。

另外:

1、E-mail一般使用非正式的文体,因此正文(Body)前的称呼(Salutation)通常无须使用诸如Dear Mr.John之类的表达。在同辈的亲朋好友或同事间可以直呼其名,但对长辈或上级最好使用头衔加上姓。YES:Tommy,或者Mr.Smith。

2、称呼和正文之间,段落之间,正文和信尾客套话之间一般空一行,开头无须空格。如: Jimmy,3、地址上的数字直接用阿拉伯数字吧,除了One,例子: 127 Ninth Avenue, North 127 E.15 Street 5 Park Avenue One Wingren Plaza 556-91 Street

I hope you lead a happy life there.As we both are interested in culture tradition , now I want to share a newspaper article that I saw in the morning.Big differences in expressing feeling between Chinese and British.As is well-known , many of us hold the viewpoint that it is the well-time to show our sadness in a funeral.But to my surprise , the British seems to be breath easy and talk straightly in that place , most of them are smiling faces.This phenomenon really confused me.And in another section below , I have been informed that it is a way to see their cultivating moral integrity.All the strong feeling should be mention lightly.As a English saying goes “Keep a stiff upper lip”.If you can not control yourself , it means you will suffer losses.For example , a member of Parliament became more and more unpopular in presidential election only because he said something about his wife tearfully.Form this detail , most of the voters judged that he was lack of self-control.He lose the competition.But there exist another interesting phenomenon.When their friends or neighbors give them a small gift , they will show their great thanks or even kiss them.As for me , it is hard for me to accept the different.Thought with the development of the relationships between various countries , we have take a lot of cultural exchanges.But I get accustomed to the way that I lead.I am support the idea that it is one’s authentic thing to express our real thoughts.If everyone deliberate themselves or always don’t be themselves , it will make people feel that they live in a indifferent society.What do you think of the phenomenon ?

打造严谨的邮件,对于沟通较之面对面交流的一大优势在于,你可以借助一切力量使得你撰写的邮件准确无误得表达你的意图,而不必担心发音不标准或语法错误等让人尴尬的掉链子情况发生。所以你的商务英语邮件格式一定要严谨

但往往人们忽视的便是一些细枝末节的注意事项,这儿有一些建议可以保证你的邮件给人留下好印象。

1.Know your email terms: 英语电子邮件发送程序有很多缩写,如果你不知道意思的话,你向老板提出的加薪请求就可能发给了整个办公室!

“Reply to all”表示你的回复将发送给每一个收到原始邮件的人。在邮件的地址栏内,“cc”(carbon copy)部分指的是该邮件发给你指定的人,而“bcc”部分你可以悄悄的发送邮件而不让其他的人知道– b代表的是“blind”(掩藏的)。如果有人要你“forward”一封邮件,意思是要你通过转发的功能发送邮件,有时侯简写成“fw.”

2.Use the Right Greeting:尽管用“Hey”作为写给朋友的电子邮件开场白没有任何问题,但是最好不要用这种方式给一个潜在的商务伙伴这样写信。另一方面,使用非常正式的传统开场白“Dear Sir” 也已经越来越过时了。最好写成“Dear Mr./ Ms.” 后跟那个人的姓氏。同事之间,通常可直呼其名,如“Dear John”)。

3.Keep it Short and Clear: 有些情况下,可能需要用华丽的词藻和复杂的句式来彰显你的聪明才智和教育背景。而在用英语写邮件的时候,清晰、有条理的方式才是最佳选择。在邮件的第一段清楚的表明你写信的目的,保证每一段中都有代表核心观点的中心句。使用类似“first, second, next, and finally”的词引导读者你所要表述的每一个观点。你不需在邮件中包括所有的详细内容,取而代之的可以是类似“If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me,”这样的短语来结束邮件,这样一来可以为对方创造进一步交流的前提。

4.Be polite and tactful: 懂得谦逊和准确传达信息的重要性。“I want.”之类的词能避免则避免出现,相比之下,“I would like”显得更尊重对方。又如“I am interested in”是提出请求建议或寻求意见的好方法。

5.电子邮件正确结尾: “I am looking forward to your reply,” “Thank you,”或者“Sincerely”都是给收信人留下好印象的结尾方式。
