本学期,我担任七年级311班和316班的英语教学。两个班的教学反差很大,他们的情况具体如下:

311班学生的基础还算可以,所以有些知识点,略点一下就可以领悟了!但在这次期中考试中出现了这样的情况,尖子不尖,好像感觉很没有活力,中上阶层的学生多,但是拔尖的却没有体现出来,满分120分的有一个同学,过110分的只有21个学生,大多数都是96至109的,同时还有几个勉强及格或是差点及格,期中这份题对学生来说是简单的,可就是考不出水平!而316班学生的基础很差,同一个单词反复教导,还是读不准,有些26个字母还没有掌握,上课无心向学的学生基本占整班的三分之二,所以这次期中考试情况很不好,及格人数二十多个,优秀人数十个左右,和其他班更行对比,成绩很不理想!

我认真做了以下的反思:出现尖子不尖的情况,主要是我忽略了这个方面的培养,我应该多在这方面花点精力!同时应该出多点练习给学生操练!因为学生的练习没有按时完成,操练比较少,所以学过的知识不能得到很好的巩固,我应该在这方面安排督促检查的!还有学生的单词总不过关,每次听写单词时都是不合格!学生的基础还不打扎实,书写还是个大问题!

针对以上情况,我在下半个学期做以下的安排:七年级正是打基础的阶段,培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学习很重要。从各方面严格要求自己,积极向老教师请教,使教学计划及实施有条理,有组织,有步骤地开展。我在教学中的主要环节体现在以下几方面:(一)任何一位学生都必须书写端正,否则将会受到惩罚。吓唬之余,在最初阶段还不妨特意抓几位敢“顶风作案”的学生,以惩一儆百;同时对书写端正的任何一个学生都给予鼓励。后来我惊奇的发现,那些中文汉字写的歪歪扭扭的学生,英文却完全可以写的非常端正,俨然一个优秀生的卷面一般,感觉很有成就感。

(二)英语作为一门语言,让学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读,敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中,我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他们开口读、说英语了,那么他们这一生学习英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段,我特别提醒我的学生们,一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,则要将其列为重点关注对象,致力于先张口,再出声,最后大声朗读。

(三)很多时候我们不得不承认,学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记

单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来,我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法,同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中,我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面,我一般遵循三步走的顺序。1.跟读。让学生先学会读单词,做到看到单词,读音能够脱口而出。2.记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释,学生读出英文单词;在课堂句型操练中,进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。3.最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上,此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高,他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。

(四)英语课堂上的同桌对话模式,我想应该一直被提倡。因此,在七在教学过程编排上,也尽量多的编排对话操练,以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示,尤其是每个单元的A(包括B的前半部分)句型,更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时,教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容,其中个别超纲单词,不妨也加以解释,以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。综上所述,经过下半个学期的努力,我相信一部分同学成绩有所提高,只要我们学生用心去学,相信我们就能圆满的完成英语教学工作,为学生之后的更高层次的英语学习奠定扎实的基础。

本次期中考试是学生升级以来的第一次大型正规考试,主要考查学生综合语言的运用能力、基础知识和基本技能。部分题目比较灵活,突出考查了学生在具体的语境中,进行观察、思维、判断、分析、推理的能力。主客观题型相结合,内容丰富,试卷主要覆盖了前六个单元阶段所学的基本语言知识点语法各项目,知识与技能并重,较好地体现了新课程倡导的理念。整套试题难易适中,面向多数学生,起到了达标检测的作用。

从学生答题情况来看:选择题方面主要是一些基础短语记忆不深刻;阅读理解还是不能充分依据上下文弄明白意思,今后仍需加强这方面的练习;书面表达主要是平时课文句子的积累,仍需加强课文理解记忆。

鉴于以上情况,下一步教学确立以下具体改进措施:

1.继续抓好双基知识的训练,打牢基本功。使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力是基础教育阶段英语课程最重要的任务之一。从起始年级开始就重视双基知识的积累,努力培养学生良好的听、说、读、写能力和良好的学习习惯,为以后的学习打下扎实的基础。

2.抓好课外补差,减少两极分化现象。一方面它需要我们教师要充分利用好每一个四十五分钟,认真备课,设计教学过程,改革陈旧的教学模式,组织灵活多样的课堂教学活动,促使每位学生积极参与,从而才能激发学生的学习和参与兴趣,提高学生学习英语的积极性,促使每位学生争相开口,从课堂交际活动中积累丰富的英语知识,发展语言技能,提高语言能力。另一方面,它需要我们教师加强补差,不放弃每个差生,这样才能大面积提高英语教学质量。

3.尽量创设英语情景,提高学生综合运用英语语言的能力。学习英语的最终目的在于学生学了以后能正确地使用语言进行交际。因此,在日常教学中,教师自身要加强英语授课的素养,广泛运用流利的英语课堂用语,来营造英语环境和学英语的氛围,以激发学生学习兴趣和主动性;另外在课堂教学中要尽量创设英语表演的舞台,让更多的学生参与到其中来,以此来积极引导学生参与语言实践活动,培养学生用英语的能力。

4.强化听读训练,努力培养语感。教师在今后的教学中要有意识地加强学生听读能力的训练与培养,课外还要多选用一些内容健康,时代感强、知识性、趣味性并存的短文来让学生阅读,通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力,从而提高阅读,理解,分析,判断的能力。

总之,针对本次检测结果,除了上述一些需改进的地方之外,也对自己的教学和学生有了进一步的了解,有助于自己在今后的教学中进一步去探索、发现、改进。

七年级英语期中考试反思

本次期中考试已经结束,但成绩并不十分理想。我所带的七(3)班整体较好,而七(4)班两极分化严重,两个班平均分相差2分,两个班不及格总共15人。虽然说试题简单,但是存在的问题依然很明显。面对成绩,谈几点自己的反思。

通过试卷分析,发现学生听力能力、阅读理解能力和书面表达能力较弱,具体来说:

1.学生的自控、自学能力较差,由于学生初次做听力试题,不知如何下手,因此,听力失分较多。在平时,我虽然一再强调听力的重要性,并明确告知他们仅仅靠上课时间练听力是远远不够的,而且从一开学就要求学生每天回家要坚持听磁带十分钟,但是学生还是认识不到听力的重要性,很难做到老师的要求。

2.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实,学生遗忘知识快,过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

3.学生的应变能力有待提高,不能正确写出单词的正确形式;1-4单元,每一单元都让学生背诵过一篇作文,一旦遇到考试时的类似作文,学生只会照搬照套,不能根据作文要求灵活变通。

4.理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是词汇量少,即使是平时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。

5.不能熟练运用学过的句型。

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,但其中最重要的两方面是在于教师和学生本身。教师方面的原因:

在本学期我在教学中尝试高效课堂模式,在教学中忽视了后进生的培养。有些环节往往由好学生一笔带过。给学生的讲解偏少,重难点知识的强调偏少。

其次,在日常的教学当中,过多地重视教师的“教”,而忽视了学生学习兴趣的培养。对于个别英语底子薄的学生没有降低要求。学生方面的原因:

1.学生懒。不愿背单词,词组和句型,不愿做题。

2.底子薄弱,对学习英语没有兴趣,上课注意力不集中。

3.个别成绩好的学生眼高手低,做题时不认真。学生整体学习习惯差,缺乏主动学习意识

在今后的教学中,我将继续抓好双基知识的训练,打牢基本功;引导学生梳理知识,掌握语法规则,逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力;培养学生上课时的听课习惯,要求学生全神贯注,要和老师同步思考出现的问题;讲课时,尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言。在平时要通过阅读,培养学生阅读多种文体的能力,如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性,同时,启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想,逐步培养良好的英语语感;设计全面、高校的课

外作业,并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯,做到整洁、规范,正确地书写。总之,在教学过程中,我的教学能力有待提高。但我相信,只要我认识到并及时改正,今后的教学成绩会有更大提高。

一、面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景,鼓励学生大胆地说英语,对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的态度.根据教材中的情境,真实再现于课堂并创造新的怀境,如教“What’s you name? How old are you?”时,情境有“小歌手大赛报到处”、“迷路的小孩子与警察”、“结识新朋友”、“医生与生病的孩子”、“自我介绍”等等一些语境,使学生积极参与,到讲台上锻炼英语表达能力和胆量。如师生早晚问好、道谢、道别等,学生已经习惯用Hello、Good morning、thank you、You are welcome、See you、Good bye„„与我交流。这样就无形中发展学生运用英语交际能力,培养他们创新灵活运用英语的习惯。

2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力,鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际中去.每课的对话让学生先听后读,然后表演,每小组不宜超过四人。表演前应让各小级操练准备,鼓励其拓展创新对话内容。表演过程中,除要求学生语音语调正确外,还应让学生注意到交流手段如表情、手势、姿态等。例如在练习Is this jacket yours?这个句型时,我手里拿着一件夹克衫,一边走进教室一边问:Whose jacket is it? Is this jacket yours?这时学生很好奇,都想知道这件夹克衫是谁的。于是,我跟学生们操练熟了,就让学生自己去找它的主人,学生拿着这件夹克衫去问别人:Is this jacket yours? 教师还可以利用插图来创设情景,培养学生的创新精神,让学生根据图画的内容编一段对话。学生会运用所学过的知识,编成各种对话

二、创造宽松、和谐的气氛

在教学过程中,注重与学生沟通,让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感,只有对英语感兴趣,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得好成绩.刻板的学习,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,适得其反让他们厌恶学习英语.因此创造宽松、和谐的学习氛围有利于英语学习.1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们大胆的尝试.要培养学生的创造个性,仅停留在创设教学情境上是不够的。教师首先要具有创新的精神,注重创设宽松、和谐的教学氛围,尊重学生个体,注重抓住一切时机激发学生创新的欲望,注意对学生的学习行为和学习结果、反应等做出客观、公正、热情、诚恳的评价„„

2、鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵,使自己听的见自己的声音,渐渐做到流利,顺畅.促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感.3、对于底子薄的或性格内向的同学,降低他们的学习标准,当他们取得一点小小的进步,都要鼓励他们,让他们感到有成就感.差生上课时注意往往不够集中,我就将教材化难为易,化多为少,精讲多练,课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口,我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文,当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说:“very good”,他们往往因得到这两个激动,这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来,差生的参与意识大大地加强,消除了畏惧心理,4、建立良好的师生关系,经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足,并加以改正.教和学是一对矛盾,作为矛盾双方的教师和学生如何和谐融洽师生关系,对完成教学至关紧要。如果他们对某个老师有好感,他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视,肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师,由于逆反心理,他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以,教师要深入学生,和学生打成一片,了解学生的兴趣,爱好,喜怒哀乐情绪的变化,时时处关心学生,爱护学生,尊重学生,帮助学生。这样,师生才能关系和谐,感情融洽,兴趣盎然地进行学习。三.记忆方法

学习语言就是要开口多说,多记, 多背,只要功夫到家了,学习英语的困难就迎刃而解了.英语琐碎的知识点太多,每天都有新的知识点增加,这就需要学生多记,多背.这往往是学生最头疼的一件事.现在才初一,主要是以单词为主,如果连单词都记不住,更何况句型听力.因此谈谈自己记忆单词,句型的方法,仅供参考.1、根据发音脱口而出单词,多朗读,重复多次,背会的东西容易忘,应隔三插五的再巩固.2、背诵一个小对话,背会了用自己的话把它复述出来,这样增加学习英语的自信心.3.把记不住的单词写在小纸片上,随时都可以拿出来看看,长期坚持,一定有成效.
