《祝英台与罗密欧》

人物：祝英台（可反串），罗密欧，梁山伯（最好找矮个儿的同学,以增加喜剧效果），旁白，PK主持达人 Action

一见钟情

旁白：祝英台撑着一把伞，从街得一头款款走来。（祝英台做此动作）

此时，罗密欧出现在街的另一头。

罗密欧：我不知道我怎么来的，我只知道，我只有一个目的，那就是寻找真爱！（罗用英语说：I don’t know how get here ,I just know my purpose :look for my true love!）

两人同时瞧见对方

罗密欧：What a beautiful girl!祝英台：What a cool boy!两人缓缓走近，顿时，电光火石（配音发出呲呲的火花声），互相深情注视5秒，乍唱起英文欧子直译版《树上的鸟儿成双对》（参见欧子直译网站视屏），并起舞，（拈起兰花指）

两人的对决

旁白:此时，梁山伯出来打酱油，恰好撞见这一幕。

梁山伯冲上去握住英台的手，吼：What’s the matter ?!英台，you must choose one between us!

山伯用酱油瓶子指着罗密欧：I will PK with you!两人作剑拔弩张状。

旁白：当旧爱遇到新欢，英台将作何选择？（PK主持达人登场）

PK主持达人:hello!I’m PK主持达人，以后大家有谁需要PK，尽管来找我喔!刚才是谁要PK的？OK，let’s begin！Please listen the question ｏｎｅ，孔子是我国最伟大的什么家？

罗密欧不假思索地说出：思想家！

主持达人摇头：No No No！what’s your answer,梁山伯童鞋？ 山伯作思考状，抬头说：老人家。主持达人：Yes!请听下一题。

主持达人亮出蜷着的四个手指，问：这是什么？ 罗密欧答：是four呀！

山伯睥睨罗密欧一眼答：是wonderful!达人高呼;哇塞!山伯，I’m so 崇拜你！you are the winner！罗密欧作不服状，问：Why？

达人仰天大笑，说：瞧，这是四，four,把它弯下来，那就是弯得four啦!哈哈哈!说完得意离去。

旁白：罗密欧黯然离去。

真爱归宿

山伯奔向英台，（作兴奋状），说：英台，I’m the winner , let’s hug!

英台看都没看山伯一眼，直接朝罗密欧离去的方向追去。罗密欧听到脚步声，回头，感动得正欲抱住英台。

梁山伯追上英台，抓住英台的手，悲痛而又深情地说：英台，Don’t leave me！!

剧本改编权合同书样本

甲方：（版权费支付方）________________

乙方：______________________________

根据《中华人民共和国著作权法》和其他相关法律规定，甲、乙双方充分协商，达成如下协议：

一、甲方委托乙方根据小说《》改编_______集电视连续剧（电影）《》。

二、乙方同意将以上剧本全权交付甲方使用，剧本使用权及制作权归甲方所有。

三、甲方应履行的义务如下：

1、甲方保证在未来电视剧制成品及宣传品上署明：

原作编剧：__________终稿编剧：__________

未经乙方书面同意，甲方不得随意变更以上署名格式。

2、甲方负责支付乙方稿酬人民币元（税后），乙方的所得税由甲方代扣代缴。付款方式如下：

（1）本合同签字之日起五个工作日内，甲方向乙方支付人民币元整；

（2）乙方向甲方提交1-30集剧本初稿并交付甲方后十个工作日之内，甲方向乙方支付人民币元整；

（3）乙方完成1-30集修改完成稿，经甲方认定通过后，在开机前甲方将剩余稿酬元人民币一次性支付给乙方。

（4）电视剧拍摄制作完毕后，甲方允诺另向乙方支付原稿酬的10%，即元（税后）人民币作为奖金，在首播前一次性付给。

3、甲方保证拥有该原创剧本《》的电视剧本改编权，否则由此引起的侵权责任由甲方承担

四、乙方应履行的义务：

1、乙方保证按照甲方要求进行一次或多次修改，直到甲方满意为止。

2、乙方保证不将本电视剧中人物，情节，故事等主要元素向第三方提供（以获得报酬为准），并不以此另行创作剧本，否则法律责任自负。

五、其他事宜：

1、凡本协议中与中华人民共和国著作权法、版权法相抵触之处，以《著作权法》、《版权法》为准；凡《著作权法》、《版权法》未涵盖之处，以本协议为准；本协议的变更及其他未尽事宜，由双方另行协商解决；任何一方若有违约行为，按《合同法》有关条例执行。

六、本协议有效期为两年。

七、本协议一式四份，双方各执两份，自双方签字或盖章之日起生效。
