支教计划

为更好的实现城乡教育均衡发展,确保教育公平,我很荣幸的成为了一名支教人员。城区教师支援农村薄弱学校是实现上述目标的有力措施之一，也是每一个教育工作者尤其是城区教育工作者义不容辞的社会责任和应尽的社会义务。

支教，是一种责任，也是一种境界。把支教活动的一颗公益心，带到工作中，带入生活中，得益更多人，也感化更多人。希望自己能是一根真正的蜡烛，燃烧着自己，却点亮更多的人。抱着去体验生活、奉献所学知识的目的去支持地方教育的，希望给学生带去快乐的时光，影响部分学生的人生观；改变了部分老师的教学观念和教会学生学习方法，引导孩子树立正确的人生观、价值观，这样，支教老师走后，孩子们心中依然充满希望。我能做什么？我又能留下什么？这个问题使我思考了很久，下面是我的一点点想法，一点点小的计划和安排，以此来规划着用在实际行动中。

1、坚持党的教育方针，忠诚党的教育事业，服从领导的工作安排，办事认真负责。积极参加受援学校组织的各种政治理论学习和业务培训，虚心向受援学校同行学习，不断提高自身政治思想素养和业务水平。

2、勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，全心全意搞好教学。利用好一切可能的时间，坚决彻底做好辅优补差工作，把伟光学校英语整体教学成绩提上来，至少要平均及格。抓牢浅能生，整体推动学生共同进步。主动与其他教师交流，取长补短，配合好支教学校的教学和科研工作，力争最后取得更优异的成绩。

3、积极学习现代教育教学理论，提高自身的思想意识和教学水平。加强对新课程的研究和指导，做好专题讲座，提高全体教师对新课程的认识程度，加强与全体教师交流沟通，配合并指导他们做好日常教学工作。努力上好公开课和示范课，为教师树立榜样，从而带动支教学校的公开课的教学工作，并上一个层次。

大力推进记忆方法，让英语记忆方法永驻学生心中。

4、定班上课，示范促动。认真负责好所定班级的各项工作，用爱的阳光去温暖每一个孩子。工作中，我将严格履行教师职业道德规范，以身作则，在师生中树立自己的良好形象。

5、团结同志，爱校如家 发自肺腑的喊出一个口号，有事，只要我能办到，尽管说话，学校的大事小情，热心参与。

6、言传身教，教书育人。在与学生老师的共同生活中，以礼为道，以热心帮助为润滑剂，快速打开局面。努力做到：怀着一颗赤诚的心来，不带走半颗草去。
