笔者的一位朋友去参加中国移动的招聘会，排了很长的队，后来终于进去了，面试官大体瞄了一下，说：给你两分钟，自我介绍一下。因为这位朋友

是第一次去应聘，也不知道该准备什么，上去就说：我叫xxx，来自xxx。然后就不知道说什么了，别说两分钟，两秒钟都没到。面试结果自然可想而知了。

一般在求职面试时，考官都会要求应聘者做一个自我介绍，一方面以此了解应聘者的大概情况，另一方面也考察应聘者的口才、应变和心理承受、逻辑思维等能力。千万不要小看这个自我介绍，他既是打动面试考官的敲门砖，也是推销自己的极好机会，因此一定要好好把握。应聘者具体应注意以下几点：

一、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。

二、自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员示意，如果面试考官正在注意别的东西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意转过来后才开始。

三、注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短。

面试第一问大多是请你做一下自我介绍.自我介绍的好坏直接影响到面试官对你的第一印象.自我介绍时请注意如下几点:

1、前二分钟的自我介绍是面试成败的关键，时间控制十分重要。防止将自我介绍进行得时间太长，让考官产生厌倦感。清华大学的考生更要有时间观念，不要短于2分钟，也无论如何不要超过4分钟。

2、自我介绍不等于你所在的公司或创业发展的介绍。主语是“我”，要着重讲自己在公

司中的工作内容、经历、业绩等。切勿变成“公司史”的宣讲和业务介绍。

3、回答问题最好直接切入要点，正面回答问题，要提高语言的“纯度”凝炼、清晰为最佳。不要经过大篇幅的背景介绍或论证再提出自己的观点或回答问题。

4、要突出自身的优势。如果实在没有优势，至少要有明确的偏好或兴趣。

简历中有的内容简要陈述也可以不做陈述。

5、个性突现或热情的表达要在面试中保持一致，自我评价要明确和客观，并且要言之有理，有事例等于以佐证。

6、坐姿端正，手势大方，防止颤抖、摇晃、舔嘴唇等习惯动作。
